I recently signed up. They guaranteed the domain name would be mine and I would be on the front page. I wasn't even on the page! I had an appt to speak with a rep and when she called I explained it was not what I expected and wanted a refund. She said she was redirecting my phone call to the right dept. This the worst company that has stolen money from countless people. They "lost admin privileges" to my account, didn't notify me, and still charged me for work they didn't do. My wife was solicited and promised lots of things. That did not happen. They said they would contact us and go over the posts and the service we needed. They simply did not do that as we specialize in the 55plus real estate. They put out generic items that totally do not reflect our business. In short they did not take the time to learn about our business. They were however very quick to process a charge. Our marketing person finally reached them after several tries and over an hour on the phone. We decided to cancel as they were very difficult to reach. When I called to cancel it took me over 20 minutes to reach our (quote) Account Manager. She was quite nice and agreed to refund our money and cancel the account. At that point she put me in a cue for the cancellation department. I held on for 45 minutes and then got a prompt to press number 7 and I would be called back and not lose my place in the cue. It is now 4 hours later and still no call. I wrote her back by email and asked to have her manager call me to get this done. I got the standard response that you have to go to the cancellation department. Still no call back. Fortunately I have the emails cancelling service and paid by American Express where I have disputed the charge. I will not give up getting my $199.00 back even if I have to pay an Attorney for his demand letter the $300.00 he wants. I know that sound silly but right is right. I formally canceled an Account with Yurz on May 26, 2016 after NO phone calls or emails ever originating from this marketing, to my website in over one month. They acknowledged receipt of my cancellation 13 days later by email - I receive a reply from my 'account 'rep'. However today (June 13, 2016), I see another charge in the amount of $200.00. This is fraudulent activity to bill a credit card after termination of use of my credit card. I was told that they would cancel at the end of the month since I already paid for the month. I said "fine". Unfortunately for me My Dad became critically ill, I wasn't following my CC statements closely. Since he died several months later, I realized I was charged $159.00 for months. In that time that I was supposedly on Google 1st page, I received NO Calls or Leads. Not only is the service worthless in my line of business REAL ESTATE - they also use deceptive sales practices. After 2 months of paying $199/mo, I am not impressed. We have decided to cancel our service, and I have now been on hold for 23 minutes trying to do that and still have not spoken to a human. Pretty unimpressed that they can do all of this online marketing so "quickly", but they can't answer their phones in a timely manner. It took well over 30 days to even see where they had done some SEO online, and 1 google search finally showed up. Since there are a number of ways to google real estate, this really is not helping at all. Nothing has been done with our website, no mobile 'updates' and I have never heard from anyone since I signed up. At this point (still on hold for 31 minutes now, mind you), I would suggest you don't try this company. After an unpleasant reaction from a salesperson, their customer service called me back and offered to make it right. I will be trying it out for a couple of months. They are a legitimate business and make a really amazing web presence. I am in the majority of being fooled by Yurz. They tell ya your phrases on Google are generating upwards of 4000 hits and that your phone number will appear on first page. I understand they have no control what Google does but my name appeared on the first page 3x in 27 days with no phone number. Now that I am cancelling they tell me that Google controls whether or not phone number will appear with your name. This was the huge selling point that they lead you to believe. Secondly, to try to cancel took tons of time. They again try to sell you once again and again and again. Its just bait and switch. I too have been on the National Do Not Call Registry and I will be reporting these people as soon as I hang up. Just got a call from John at Yurz. After a 10 minute pitch I asked him to give me the name of one satisfied customer. After a few more Yurz links John sent me to a website http://www.keywest.cre8tool.com/ which was supposed to be Key West Realty and James Jameson, agent. Tel # 305-555-5555. The listings didn't look like The Keys. All of this is bogus of course. So I contacted Key West Realty and they were surprised with the bogus website bearing their name and the bogus agent as well. Well, the sales representative was quite polite and seemed like he knew what he was talking about regarding the "reviews" that he wanted me to "see"... However, I do know better, and when asked to get a phone number that I could call him back on, he did say that there is not a direct number to him... First red flag. Secondly, I told him there is no way I'll give out my credit card number for him to deduct the first $199.00 payment to get me started. I told him I have to do my research seeing as how Realtors are quite often scammed. I've been there done that. When I signed up with YURZ they were very responsive and helpful. After the 1st week, not so much. I emailed my account representative, Sheena 5 times to ask her to load my reviews (which is what they told me I would need to do). I also called several times, but only left a message a couple of times. Still no response. I had to cancel by the 8th if I didn't want them to charge me for the following month. I emailed my account representative on the 8th requesting to cancel the service and included a read receipt which I got. The following day the website was still up so I called the main number. I was told that I didn't cancel before the deadline. When I told him that I had canceled and had the email as proof, he told me that I needed to do so by phone so they would need to charge my account for another month. Service was a disaster! Linked me to my corporations main site instead of my corporate page site. Some of the adwords were not pointing to my site half the time. And when I tried the site they made for me, my mls idx search did not work on their site, so they set me up with another search option which did not work on my iPhone 5, but they said it worked. It gets cut off and does not scroll properly. I took a picture of the listings cut in half, but can't post pic on here for some reason. I received a call from this company today offering their services. I asked for a live example of their ad. He pointed me to a google ad with a real estate agent's website and then told me it was a fake person. I asked for a live example and he told me he could not give a clients information out. I asked him for a city that had the same ad and he would not give me one. The salesman said he was in Portland Oregon so I looked up real estate in that town. Yurz.com is a rip off. They offer to promote you on Bing and Google. They offer a professional web site, facebook page and youtube commercial in order to get leads. I was in the process of trying to find a good leads program. You could cancel anytime with no long time commitment. I have done well enough in real estate and never really needed more business until this summer. Most agents in our office use a leads program but, of course, they don't share that information because it is working for them and we would just be their competition. I decided that "you have to spend money to make money" so I decided to go for it. It was $159. About a week later I got an email with links to all three products. They assigned my domain as barnettteam.com. They cropped my husband out of the picture. Everything was just me, except my husband's cell phone number. I called them and told them everything was wrong. They said they would make the changes. I told them I really wanted to give this a chance but one week had already gone by. They agreed to give me a one week extension. The web site was very simple with no content so speak of. The Facebook page had repetitive posts. The youtube commercial made no sense. When I called about the poor web site, I was told I needed to add a property search tied to my MLS. I told them I thought that was a part of their creating a web site. I was told I needed to contact my MLS and they would tell me how to do it. They even gave me instructions on how to log in and edit my web site myself. They also told me how I can promote my facebook page. I already have a facebook page that is better than theirs. I told them the youtube commercial was no longer functioning, but it didn't really matter to me because it was so lame. They said they had done a lot of research and "this is what works". On Bing and Google, if someone was searching "homes for sale Abilene, TX, my domain would show up among the top. If someone was searching "homes for sale in Abilene, TX, my domain does not show up. Has to be the exact phrase. I called to tell them to cancel and I wanted a refund. We argued back and forth with this guy saying we did this for and we did that for you and I just kept saying, "No, you did not". He even kept saying they gave me an extra week. No they did not, they completely screwed up the first week. I told them if they would just give me a refund I would not work hard at trying to put them out of business. Unfortunately, right after that, my father passed. I have been so busy grieving and taking care of everything that I have been unable to do much of anything. Hopefully I will now be of sound mind to let anyone know that this is a rip off. I did see some of the comments on yelp and some were good. I am now thinking they do that themselves. One positive note about the web site - it motivated me to improve my own, which REMAX provides and we have the capability to enhance ourselves. I am also going to learn more about SEO. I received a cold call to sell me on getting my name at the top of the search on Google above Zillow and realtor.com. Afterward, I'm told not to expect that. I wasn't sold that in order to find me they had to search for my name. THAT IS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED. I got a call today from someone from this company, didn't remember her name but she was going on about the company and I said I had to get to an appointment (like most real estate agents do.. Shocker!) so I said can you just shoot me an email with all the company info and I'll take a look at it later. She said we don't do emails and that you have to sign up on this phone call or I can't get the "3 ads for half the price of 1". So then I said well I have some issues, 1 is that I can't have time to research your company nor do I get an email from you and 2 is that I'm not going to give you my credit card or personal information over the phone. She then started telling me about the company procedures with payments over the phone and to be honest I didn't even listen to a word she said because at the same time I started googling the company and all of these terrible reviews came up and so I said okay I need to go I am at my appointment and I'm not going to order right now and you can't email me the info so can I get your number and I can call you if I have questions or decide to go through with it and she said no you can't call me, I don't have a direct line. That was my final straw, I said so you are telling me that you are an advertising company (in the 21st century) that has no email, no direct phone number and you want my personal info over the phone!?? I just got a call from a female telemarketer. As mentioned in the many other reviews, she was very pushy and wanted me to commit to $159 TODAY. When I told her that I did not spend money without doing research she told me I was making a mistake. When I told her that I never pay full price she said that there was no negotiating the price. If that is the case then they should not be calling realtors. She was not rude (until she hung up on me at the end) but she was pushy. She also told me that they had a special relationship with Google Adwords. I told her I owned a domain registrar and website company and I know how search engine placement works and that I offer a search engine visibility program that is only $20 per year, and she acted like she did not hear what I said. She even went to my website, JacamorWebProducts.com and checked it out, but was still trying to convince me that they are the only company that can place Realtors in the first three paid positions for the search term. She insisted that I let her transfer me to their verification department and give them $159 today and when I refused she eventually hung up on me. I was called on June 17th and was given the buy it now push. They happened to call at the right time as I was spending my day looking into marketing. They told me that someone would be calling me the next day and my site would be up and running in 2-4 days. I waited for the call to set everything up which did not come until at least 1 week later at which time I was out with a client on showings. I called back a couple of days later and could not speak with anyone. I sent an email to the rep that sent me an email saying they tried to reach me. Of course, the date and time that was convenient for me was not convenient for them. Therefore, I finally received a call back on July 1st. I spent some time on the phone with them and the site was up. They showed me that when you searched the phrases I purchased my site came up in the second position under Zillow. Wow, I thought that was grea. They told me that I should start getting calls within the next few days. Okay, it is nowJuly 15th and I have had no emails, no calls and so I ran the Google search for the phrases I purchased and not only do I not show up on page 1, My Yurz website does not show up at all. I called to cancel my service and of course they are closed on Saturday. Also, I pulled my contract with them and under payment and cancellation it says your cancellation request must be made at least 3 business days prior to your monthly anniversary date. They told me on the phone when I agreed to sign up for their service that I could easily cancel at any time. I will be calling my credit card company and filing a dispute if they proceed to bill my card. FYI: I have been a business American Express card holder for 20 years and American Express is the best company when it comes to protecting your rights. It looked pretty good at first, but in the second month I wasn't receiving any leads, so I called to cancel. They gave me more services and talked me into staying. In the third month still no action so I called to cancel again. They talked me into a free two week extension and would have someone call me some statistics that might help. I went along with it, but told him several times not to bill me again unless I gave them permission. I got back from my trip and sure enough they billed me again. Instead of making him go through the whole spiel which he was doing at hyper speed, I interrupted and said that I was no longer an active agent and I didn't want him to waste his time. Horrible service after they receive your business. I got a $99 first month special and was promised at least 1 lead. Well come to find out they didn't even make my webpage or google/Bing searches active for 10 days after my subscription started. Now I'm trying to cancel and cannot get ahold of anyone! I couldn't even get my "account manager" to answer my phone calls or return my voicemails for 4 days! Then when I emailed him, "call me!" He replied with an email referring me to the customer service phone number and said someone will be calling me in two days to assist in my cancellation.
