Still my fav Thai place. The menus looked new/redone but they still had our favorites, Papaya salad & yum woonsen Thai spicy. They use the fresh Thai peppers to make it spicy. Their pigs in a blanket is good and the shrimp is thick. The pad Thai noodles were chewy so wife finished it bc she loves chewy noodles. The seafood in the pad Thai was fresh and I liked how they just gave me the 1/2 muscle in the shell so I don't have to pry it open. Was not crowded for lunch and I like how they have plenty of parking.

This is a pretty good spot! They have great prices and the food comes out fairly fast. Really nice service too. It was a cute place and very clean inside. We were so hungry we forgot to take a photo but the pad thai and pad see ew is great!

Visited for a quick lunch and enjoyed the lunch special options. Went with salad and the Panang curry. My friend chose mandaman curry and loved it too! Parking is easy in back once you find it. The food was fresh and came out quickly. Lots of people from surrounding business coming in for lunch. I'd highly recommend this and will be coming back to enjoy sitting in a booth and fast service.

This is a solid restaurant! Almost everything is customizable in terms of protein and spice levels, from mild to Thai hot. I went with hot for a crab fried rice, but it was tame; I'd go harder, if you're friendly with spice! My partner got a pad thai, and the shrimps were large, but it was a little heavy on the sauce and on the sweeter side. Still, it was flavorful and filling!

Tried this spot while in Santa Barbara, but the food missed the mark. My husband ordered the wings, chicken satay, and yum woon sen(glass noodle salad), wings were overly salty, chicken satay was just okay, and the yum woon sen lacked flavor compared to other Thai spots I've been to. My daughter got the chicken noodle soup (similar to pho), but it was bland and came without condiments, we had to ask for lime and seasonings, and there was no fish sauce or sriracha provided. I ordered the beef pho, which tasted just like the chicken since they use the same bland broth. Service started off good, but at the end we waited a long time just to get the bill, my husband even had to go find someone to check us out. Parking is in the back, and you enter through a back door into a very old building that smelled unpleasant. Honestly, had I known that, I wouldn't have picked this place. Overall, not somewhere we'd return to.

There were some hits & some misses. Loved the selection they had on their menu though. We tried the chicken teriyaki place with veggies and subbed fried rice for the side, wonton soup, and yellow curry for the husband. The chicken teriyaki was a subtly sweet sauce, chicken wasn't as tender as I love but the fried rice was perfect. The yellow curry was a 7/10 for my husband. The wonton soup was decent but was missing something. Maybe it was the broth that could've been better. The service was quite amazing. We had a very sweet and personable waitress who was attentive, pleasant and easy to talk to. I must admit the ambiance was a little weird to us and the lighting could've been better. It was a big space and we went close to closing time so maybe that's why it felt weird but overall, it was a decent choice for dinner!

Was taking my youngest back to school and wanted to try either Thai or Vietnamese and settled on Yummy Thai due to its stellar reviews. They didn't disappoint as the food was very well crafted with nice flavor balance complimented with fast and friendly service. I went with the Pork Entree in garlic sauce which of course features excelllent flavor quality and the right amount of garlic flavor and spice. The Crab Rangoon was amazing and the spring rolls were pretty good...I just have a preference for the Vietnamese style rolls but solid nonetheless.

Some might find it weird, but I really look forward to the caddy of 4 hot sauces at Thai restaurants. Unfortunately the caddy has gone missing from most of the restaurants in SF Bay Area. So when I saw it on a table, as I entered this restaurant, I knew it was going to be a great experience. And I wasn't let down. Food was fantastic. And spicy ! So be cautious when deciding on spice level. Chef had used ginger liberally in Prig Khing Curry, which had an excellent zing. The curry base was delicious. Drunken noodles was tasty but mild which helped tamper the spiciness from Prig Khing Curry. Yellow curry with chicken got a nod of approval from kids. Portion sizes are big. We ordered one additional bowl of rice to finish off vegetables. And we were stuffed. Highly recommended.

We have been once before and the food was really good. We tried a couple more options this time. First, just to let you know, once you park, the entrance leads you through the rear part of the restaurant, then has you walking around the kitchen, to the front area where you may order or be seated. The place is clean and has a nice aroma upon entering. The bathrooms are clean and fresh. The service was very friendly and the gentleman even allowed my wife to check the order's accuracy on the screen prior to sending it to the kitchen. Now, onto the menu choices. I ordered the sweet & sour shrimp which was cooked perfectly, tasty, and full of vegetables ! Thai sweet & sour texture is definitely more loose, but doesn't compromise on flavour. Wifey's Sweet & Sour chicken was also made well. Branching out, we decided to try the BBQ Ribs and the Shrimp in a blanket. The ribs were big and so meaty ! They offered 6 ribs in a platter, which was a lot !! The sauce was amazing having a nice, balanced smokey start with a light, sweet finish. Shrimp in a blanket was their take on shrimp wrapped in a wonton with a sweet dipping sauce. It had a great crunch, then a hearty bite from the juicy, large shrimp. All of the food was wonderfully memorable and delicious !! Do not be fooled by its commonplace appearance. The cuisine here is DYNAMITE !! Cheers !

Authentic flavored food that tastes really good. Serivce was good as it's a family run business. Cute eating area with nice cozy ambiance. It takes a little bit to get your food since it's made fresh. Our server checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and kept our water cups full.

My favorite Thai place ever. Came here frequently when it was still called Pattaya, I miss Judy! I've had pad thai, drunken noodle, chicken gyoza, egg rolls, sticky rice and mango, Thai tea, yellow chicken curry. All so good!!

Just as the name says Yummy, this place is good. Great location, great service, and excellent food. I had the spring rolls and the Mussaman Curry, medium spicy. The dish came with rice and I really enjoyed it.

Food here is alright and expensive. Wouldn't recommend coming here unless you really want some Thai food.

We absolutely LOVED Yabee and Johnny (the two workers at the front) and were treated very well throughout these years. However, today my boyfriend went back there to pick us up a poke bowl. It has been about a month of us not eating here (we got busy). Unfortunately it doesn't seem Yabee and Johnny are working anymore which is a huge bummer. He came home with a said "large" poke bowl that he paid $35 for. For the base he asked for light mixed greens, and for the protein and toppings he asked for salmon, tuna and imitation crab. When he came home, I immediately noticed there was a SIGNIFICANT decrease in the fish portioning, especially for the "large bowl". The only reason the bowl was filled, was because it was mostly lettuce. I kid you not when I say our bowl was filled with about 90% lettuce and greens and about 10% actual fish and toppings. We have NEVER experienced this before and for the price we paid, I would expect anyone to be treated to MUCH better portions of fish. The bowl didn't even remotely fill either of us up and we were both left just as hungry as before. I wish I had taken a photo of what it looked like when we were done, as the bowl was STILL filled to the brim with lettuce. I'm not sure if we were just personally jipped this time but I sincerely hope this isn't the new way this place will be handling their business. I am pretty bummed about this.

The fish and all ingredients are fresh and tasty. The service is always quick and friendly. The…read moreambiance is casual and is a great place for a quick lunch. The bowls are expensive but it's to be expected since it's Goleta.
