This my 2nd time ordering via Grubhub from this restaurant and I must admit they do not disappoint! I ordered 3 sushi rolls an order of shumai (seafood dumplings), gyoza (pork dumplings), a half order of fried chicken with chicken lomein and 4 chicken wings with fried rice. My order was perfectly prepared and packed to prevent spillage. I couldn't have had a better experience.

Absolutely dog food. Low quality, no taste. I am drinking a gallon of bleach to get the taste out if my mouth. how much sugar did you add into the hot and sour soup that had to be the most disgusting thing I've ever put in my mouth. Kudos to being the worst! i'm nauseous!

The sushi is always a hit if they can add my spicy mayo on top. Spicy Tuna, salmon and crab is my go to. I'll pass on the Chinese food and order from No.1

The ramen at this place is not legit ramen it's the farthest thing from it. I should have listened to the Yelp reviewer regarding the ramen.. it's more like a soup they put together. Order anything except the ramen from here, stick to the generic dishes like General Tso chicken or beef and broccoli!

I gave this place 5 stars because I recently started ordering from them more either through Uber eats or just ordering and picking up in store and every single time my food has always been hot and fresh when I receive it. I am a big sushi lover so when it comes to traditional Chinese restaurants that offer fresh homemade sushi then I can never pass up the opportunity to try it. It's in a convenient location, the food is a little above average for your traditional Chinese restaurant and for the consistency, freshness and flavor....you are getting your money's worth.

Ordered through door dash ..& this will be my last time ..... $35 chicken w/ Broccoli ( that tasted like vinegar, vegetable fried rice ( no flavor & why they added lettuce?? ) & very very dry general Tso chicken . I've never seen a container of rice so small !

Always forgot something when I order! Tried to scam me when I asked for a refund. Don't order from here if you want to lose money.

The sushi is always fresh, clean, and beautifully prepared. The nigiri melts in your mouth, the rolls are perfectly balanced (not overloaded), and the hand rolls are crisp, warm, and made to order--exactly how they should be. You can tell there's real care and skill behind every plate. Service is friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the overall vibe feels relaxed yet elevated--great for a casual night out or when you're craving really good sushi you can rely on. Bonus for regulars: they'll be moving two doors down, so exciting things ahead--but the quality that keeps us coming back is already rock solid. If you're serious about sushi, Torigo is a must. We'll keep coming back

Oh Torigo, it's been too long. Love this neighborhood gem and on a week night it's an even better…read moretreat, less crowded - but with the same excellent service and fresh sushi. It's been a while since I've returned so when I was given a choice, this was and still is, my go to place when I'm nearby. This visit - lots of sushi on my mind. I ordered the chirashi bowl as my entree and a la carte, sea urchin sushi. Today the Hokaiddo uni was available so I splurged and got it. The California uni was available too but given the option, Hokaiddo is the way to go! The Chirashi is a beautiful bowl of fresh sushi - given my allergy to shrimp, I asked for a substitute piece of fish. They accommodated without an issue. The tuna, salmon, and mackerel was outstanding - so fresh! The octopus, yellowtail and tamago were perfect. I enjoyed this very much... Couldn't finish the rice. The bowl is a great deal and value. For starters, my friend and I enjoyed the lightly fried soft shell crab. It was simply divine - great crunch and a soft shell indeed. The optional scallion and dipping sauce isn't really needed but available. So good! It was super fresh. My friend ordered the Black Cod Bento box. Rice bowl comes on the side. These bento boxes are the best deal: comes with gyoza, fried tofu, edamame seaweed salad, wasabi salt, cucumber salad, both shrimp and vegetable tempura (even eggplant!) and the cod was sitting on top of some sauteed string beans. Both of our dinners came with a choice of house salad or miso soup. I recommended the salad because the dressing is fantastic here - citrusy and light ginger I think, with a bright orange color appeal. The complimentary noodles as a palate starter was also fantastic. There is a parking lot in the rear but I've often found spots easily on the street (metered parking but free after 7pm on the weekdays).

Generally the slices are nice and thick and there's plenty of rice, but when I ordered this as take out, they gave me much less rice which I didn't expect. I'd also say that they're happy hour is very generous and they have a decent variety of drinks like plum wine and beers. This place can get very busy and it can be difficult to flag down staff. It would be nice if they had one of those buzzing buttons that you could use to call the staff. Overall, still my favorite place to eat at in person. Vibe is casual and looks like there's a lot of repeat customers which is good

My wife had heard good things and we had been craving sushi for a while, so we took a stroll over and gave it a shot. I went with my usual order -- a spider roll and spicy tuna -- and both were solid. I tried a third roll as well but honestly cannot remember what it was, and it did not leave much of an impression either way. The first two though were good enough to bring me back. The highlight of the visit was honestly our server. She was cool, spunky, and had a great sense of humor. We ended up laughing and joking around with her throughout the meal, which added a lot to the overall experience. Pleasant visit all around. We will be back.

In reality, they don't serve high quality sushi omakase or anything fancy. However, they do serve some of the best sushi rolls in the area. Always fresh and many crazy concoctions that will satisfy almost any taste buds. I have been coming here ever since moving into the neighborhood. The servers have always been kind and helpful. The restaurant is very small and really focus mostly on takeout or delivery. On the last visit, I really like the Mini Scallop Roll and Spicy Tuna Crunchy Roll. Munchy Roll was just okay. White Tuna Sashimi was too cold and icy, while the White Tuna Nigiri was somewhat better. However, truth be told, just come for the fun and interesting sushi rolls and forget about the nigiri or sashimi.

As…read moresomeone with a severe gluten allergy, I was really excited to try out this place because I saw a lot of reviews online praising for the way the staff members handle food allergies. I went in right around opening time (noon) on the weekend - the outside is a bit unassuming and partially covered by awning but the inside was brightly lit and the lady at the register (I wish I asked for her name) was incredibly warm and welcoming. She was super enthusiastic about helping me identify which rolls would be safe for me to have. They also have a grab-and-go section where certain popular rolls and sides have already been prepped, but as long as you're willing to wait, the chefs are more than happy to make a fresh batch of a specific roll, even if there are already packed portions of the same exact roll in the grab-and-go section. I thought this was a really thoughtful approach to appeasing all customers. I ended up going with a Philadelphia roll and a Mango Tango specialty roll, which contained a combination of salmon and tuna, mango, avocado, and cucumbers. The ingredients were very fresh and I think the prices are quite reasonable. Without even asking, I was given gluten-free tamari sauce instead of normal soy sauce. The combination of the restaurant's extensive menu and how kind the staff were made this a really wonderful experience - I was very satisfied with my order and definitely see myself coming back again and again whenever I have a sushi craving. The only downside is that this is really more so a grab-and-go spot in general, as there were only two small tables in the entire store. As a heads up, they also prefer to take cash instead of card.
