I did not trust them again to return to be evaluated by them but sent my PCP evaluation to them. I would strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to ask about the experience level of the technician performing their procedure and to carefully consider whether this is the level of customer care they would expect if complications arise.

I followed through and completed three more sessions at the new location, but saw absolutely no improvement. Frustrated, I decided to try another company -- and after just one session with them, my tattoo is already about 50% lighter. I reached out to LaserAway about the lack of results and was only offered store credit for the four sessions, which is unacceptable. Getting a callback has been a constant struggle, and the customer service has been among the worst I've experienced. Do yourself a favor: save your time, money, and energy.
