The price was very fair and the turnaround was better than mailing the Galaxy S4 phone in for repair. At the time I was unsure if they were able to even repair these phones. I was pleasantly surprised at how up to date they were with the products and with the diagnostic pricing that rolled into the price of the repair. I called a few other places and their pricing was much higher than here for diagnostics. Here's what they did to my 5…read moreyear old Dell desktop: 1) Removed some very stubborn malware 2) Updated the operating system from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 3) Installed a new, digital high speed hard drive. With my senior discount, they did all this for $138, which included a great 1 year warranty on their work. They also sell new and used computers and computer accessories.(i.e. a used 17 inch monitor for $39.) They are also very active in their community, donating time and material to many local charities.
