Apparently they were unable to connect my phone because I had purchased it in Europe. this was despite assurances from multiple apple employees that the phone was exactly the same in terms of hardware and software, was unlocked, and that there shouldn't be any issue connecting it. For whatever reason they were completely unable to figure out what the issue was and far worse, did not seem to care at all, were completely uninterested in understanding what the problem was or that there could be a solution, even though the employee admitted to me that he had other customers with the same issue. So after 2 hours of no results and being almost completely ignored after the first 15 minutes I was there with zero explanation of what the encountered problem was, the best I got was "our systems aren't picking your phone up" their "best" suggestion was to return the phone and purchase a new one from them. So the next day I went to the apple store and lo and behold within fifteen minutes they had my phone activated with verizon. According to the apple store employees most Verizon employees have no idea what they're doing and are simply there to try to take your money however they can. After my experience I would have to agree. Overall the employees at jet verizon, also known as Russell cellular were lazy, inattentive, I knowledgeable and completely unable to solve a problem as soon as any difficulties were encountered. I would highly recommend going anywhere else for cellphone related inquiries. The only reason I'm not giving 1 star is they at least tried somewhat, yet completely failed, to help.

It's ultimately a small local shop with a limited supply and selection of devices--if you want to peruse all of your current options and walk out of here with the newest model, this might not be the spot for you? Tell me why? The old…read moreaddress is up online. But in fact the store has located about 200 feet from the old place. But that's not what I'm complaining about. I pulled up to the store, and noticed it was empty. So I called up the number and some jack off picks up, and was a complete A hole. No hello, no bye, no nothing. Now to you this might not mean anything. But to me this is everything. How you gonna be a D head on the phone and expect me to drop a couple hundred on boots? That would mean that I tolerate this type of treatment. Matter of fact, in the real world, you should be kissing my A$$ to spend a couple hundred on boots made by your store. So guess what, I went next door to DSW and bought some boots instead of Redwings. Now I ain't gonna lie, I was excited to go check out the store. But this D head ruined the whole freakin drive for me. It was an hour long drive to get there. But no Problem. I hope you reading this, and I hope your manager or whoever above you is reading this. Or someone that cares about professionalism is reading this. You are the reason people internet shop, you are the reason your business will go out of business. But to you I'm sure it don't mean anything. Cuz it's not your business, you can just apply to the next retail store and F$$k it up for them. For reference, today's incident happened on 01/03/2026 at 2:04pm. If one of ya wanna play detective to find out who was working. Track that time and date. I'm sure it's not the first complaint about this A$$ head. I ended up spending 4 and change next door and got 4 pairs of fire sh*t. Maybe this was a blessing. Maybe god did look out for me, for placing this POS on the phone when I called up.

I was a bit…read morehesitant as I read the other 2 reviews but I also know you can't always rely on other reviews (good or bad) esp when there is a very small sample. The two women working there were both super helpful and I also thought that they managed the customers in an efficient and thoughtful way. Ruth waited on us and I was impressed with her. She also showed my mother-in-law some options for a new cover for her phone. Considering that we were not there to buy new products or services but to simply get help with a physical SIM insert that was already in my possession, that was great. And Ruth tested the phone and gave us her card in case there was any follow-up needed where she could make any other changes remotely. That level of service is just not common enough so wanted to commend that store (and the staff that day) for being awesome. AT&T is lucky to have Ruth and her colleague and you should not shy away from going there just because there were 2 crappy reviews from a year ago. Nuff said.

It's sad that no one warns you or gives you a heads up about what the process is. The store manager was a skinny African American who was very condescending and rude. He should not be a manager of any store. Not once was the process explained. Horrible experience. Stay clear of this AT&T store.
