My boyfriend and I went in to preorder the new iphones, add him to my verizon line, and preorder a apple watch, also to get questions answered about the deals online with trade ins and student discounts. My boyfriend called the store before we went and Kim answered him and helped him tremendously with his questions! Trey and Mike were the ones in store at the time, and they were AMAZING! Ugh! Terrible customer service! These poor people are in need of some serious training! I spent several hours over the last week dealing with the incompetence that the employees at this location have to offer! Cody is the worst! Our problems all started with with him handling our upgrade! Sounds simple.... Cody, reacts before thinking things through and this creates problems for everyone. They don't want to or like to answer the phone. After 30 rings, a girl/woman answered, rudely, and it was clear that she didn't want to answer the phone. They are rude, inconsiderate, and when asked for a referral to get assistance, I was told to "just go online." and when I continued to inquire about speaking with someone else in the store that might be able to assist, she said, "look, we just sell phones." CLICK. SHE HUNG UP. This location has HORRENDOUS customer service. I have been in the store and they just seem interested in taking the next person in line, taking an "order" from who they clearly believe are 'all knowing customers' and processing the order, bing, NEXT. GUESS WHAT????? Not everyone is 12 and knows every single option, old phone, new phone, capabilities, etc., about every phone, tablet, in the store.............and THAT is a WHOLE NUTHER TOPIC. There ARE other products besides those that are IN THE STORE. Are the sales people working on commission and will only get a sale for a store sale? If not, then what is the motive for not selling other products available? I'm fed up with being treated like I'm doing VERIZON A FAVOR. I can split, no problem. And take our business account with 7 lines with me. If I ask you when a manager will be in, then YES, YOU NEED TO LOOK AT THE SCHEDULE. If I ask you the name of that manager that will be coming in, then YES, YOU NEED TO CHECK THE NAME OF THAT MANAGER ON SCHEDULE. What is wrong with this picture? Sick of it. So many technology "experts" who work for various companies, and definitely many of the ones who work for Verizon, who expect the customer to be so smart are actually dumb as rocks, themselves.
