The day after, I found out they sell "genuine" Apple product parts that aren't actually bought through Apple (yes, I was verbally told this), which means they aren't truly genuine. I contacted Apple while sitting in iSupply to confirm, and Apple told me the parts are most likely not genuine if they're not clearing the second screen. I cannot authenticate the camera or screen now because they cracked my original screen during the camera repair and replaced it without letting me know, so my screen isn't authentic either, which I find unacceptable considering I only came in for a camera replacement due to a busted camera lens. Now my screen has this washed out look to it, and it can't even handle the blacks of the screen correctly as it shimmers, and it gives me a headache looking at it. If you're going in for a repair, be aware: you cannot authenticate, which means no proper calibration and a lower overall phone value. That is my warning to anyone coming here for an Apple repair. Just go to Apple and get your stuff properly certified. Yes, I am irritated, but I am fair. The workers are cool; the experience sucked. Do not claim to sell "genuine" Apple parts if they can't even clear the authentication process. Now I have a permanent pop-up in my settings asking me to authenticate, which I can't do since the parts aren't real. One last thing: it's cool that the owner offered to replace my screen for free again, but it's pointless if the parts aren't real because I still can't authenticate, so I'll leave it at a one-star and move on, looking at my screen as a constant reminder not to go to third-party repair shops. Hope the $230 was worth it to lose a future customer. Don't break people's products and replace them with cheaper, low-quality parts and call it a day.

They failed to tell me that they were replacing the screen with an aftermarket, non-Apple screen. They didn't explain that there was an option, any difference between the 2 products, what an official screen would cost - nothing. I got home and immediately noticed the colors looked off and did the research to understand what they had sold me. When I called they essentially said they "figured I'd want the cheaper option." It's clearly an inferior screen with noticeably worse lighting, everything is super bright and cool. To make matters worse, I then learned the Apple Store offers the screen replacement with an official screen for the same price they charged me for the 3rd party screen. I guess shame on me for not doing the research in advance, but maybe don't assume everyone knows what the hell an aftermarket screen is. Their response was essentially "sorry", and their corporate support was a notch above useless. Buyer beware.

The 'Hi-Speed' fiber optic service isn't capable of streaming Thursday night football on Prime (under 10 Mbps). No audio and the video starts and stops. The commercials play great. I called their outsourced Philippine customer service because I got a strange double bill. It had my usual bill with my hidden discount for being a 2 tour combat vet from 55 years ago (I'm old) and an extra $175.00 bill on the back. This was on my October bill no less. She proceeded to tell me it was for May and June when my auto payment bounced. Which is ridiculous. They cut you off real quickly if your behind. Well today is D-Day to pay it! Now about the AT&T Store! There's no place here to post for the Slidell, LA store on Airport Rd. I dropped off my trade-in for a new Apple 15 pro max last year. I was supposed to get a $1,000 trade-in on my still new looking 1 year old phone. I asked for a receipt and was told they had no method for giving one. I made him sign a hand written receipt showing it was received by the AT&T Store on Airport Rd. Slidell, LA. Sadly, I didn't notice they did the same thing for my wife's Samsung Fold. That's 2 Grand AT&T! They showed a $50 very old fold-out keyboard phone as a trade-in. A POC I never owned 15 years ago. Both trade-ins, I bought boxed on eBay that looked new but called 'refurbished' for $350 each. So that's $700 more I lost because evidently a employee stole them. As a retired cop, I called the local yocals in Slidell to make out a report. I still have my badge but I was state and I don't ask for special treatment. I've been with AT&T Cell service since my $4,000 1984 Motorola DynaTAC 8000X I still have. Nothing came of it and I stopped using AT&T cell service. I have 15+ cellphones that all look brand new. After you pay off your $50 a month bargain phone, you have to kindly ask them to unlock it. After my ordeal I knew they wouldn't. So, I sold them dirt cheap on eBay as AT&T locked service cellphones. We ended our bargain $225 a month DirecTV and my new monthly cell service cost $15. No dropped calls or texts. So my big beautiful flat screens are just black in a few rooms for now and watch everything online. Spectrum just showed up but their reviews are worse then AT&T! So, 30+ years of AT&T! internet is still up today. I was cheated by AT&T on 2 trade-ins that disappeared but 2 strange 'Pen' something cells with fold-out keyboards were substituted for my 2 $1,000 trade-ins and with a $50 trade-in credit for each.
