Where to start? My wife and I felt the employee helping us didn't care about us at all. Sue spoke condescendingly to us the entire conversation and offered no explanations or effort to help us understand. Don't waste your time here. All they do is work the app for you, she said. My parents were way overpaying for cell and internet service and despite paying for "150 Mbps", they were getting 5 Mbps download speed, at best. Went to cancel and AT&T gave us the runaround saying account changes had to be done in the store. Made the 30 minute trip to the store and they said it had to be done over the phone. Finally got through to someone for the cancelation and they were 3 days into the billing cycle and said they had to (over) pay for the entire rest of the billing cycle even though we wouldn't be using the phone lines the rest of the 27 day billing cycle. Crooks. Went to spectrum and the bill went down from $300 to $100, all included, plus its fiber with 1000 Mbps internet speed. AT&T needs to go under. Look at the reviews here! This store is very under staffed. We weren't even greeted until after we had been standing there for 10 minutes. When we were finally taken care of, the sales rep told us she had to show us their direct tv promo.. we told her we weren't interested.. and then she told us that she had to show us because her manager said he was watching the cameras and would write up associates who don't show the promo to every single customer. Is this a sales tactic? Or do you really have managers threatening write ups to waste both your customers & your associates time? The store either needs better management or sales training, probably both. read more

If I could give this store a negative rating I would. The manager in her house shoes and basketball shorts greeted us. She tells us it's a 20 minute wait. I told her that it sucks because they seem to be under staffed , I had gone to the store 4 times abd every time it's a 20-30 minute wait, thst said then she had an attitude and "explained" to me how there are different stores and that there were people in front of me. I didn't need this condescending explanation. But I told her we would wait. That said we waited an hour. I asked her about 5 minutes in to our wait wether they had the phone I needed and she said yes, we waited and they did not have the phone. Then she finds out with BIG attitude. And argues with me the customer and tells me that my experience wasn't correct! She is a horrible communicator. Sue escalated the situation. Being very insincere. This store needs to be closed. We tried to return an iPhone 12 that was faulty. We were told by the national ATT to bring to this store and they refused to replace it. Every other review has said the same thing about this store which is why I did this online first. read more

My husband purchased a brand new iPhone 11 for me from this store on Tuesday from a salesman named Edwin. The phone malfunctioned when we unboxed it and tried to use it. He returned to the store 3 days later and requested an exchange for a phone that worked. The same salesman said he would not take the phone back and that we could go to BestBuy to have it repaired. We called AT&T Corporate which verified that we were within the 14 day return window. We called the store again the next day and the manager, Natasha, said that they would not exchange it. She offered to accept the return only if we could prove something was wrong and agree to a $55 restocking fee. So we called Apple, and drove across the lake to visit the Genius Bar at the Apple Store. Within a minute, an employee diagnosed a defective iPhone and exchanged it for us. This store treated us wrongly and never once said sorry. We learned that the independently owned AT&T stores sell products and plans, but send you elsewhere for customer service. We will not make this mistake again. read more

My wife and I went in to buy her an iPhone. A sales rep said if I get a third phone line I can get a new iPhone for half price. I asked if the third line could be pplace on my current(paid for) iPhone. He said yes. Then they offer me Wifi for my home for half the price of what I was paying Charter Spectrum. I asked if the service was fast enough to stream three devices at once. The salesman assured me that it would. He lied. My TVs were buffering half the time. So I called AT&T and reported the problem. They said I had to upgrade to a faster speed. That was what I was paying for before. Then when I got my phone bill, they were charging me half price for a new phone and $20 a month for my already paid for phone plus the $8 a month for the third phone line. I tried to call AT&T to resolve the issue to which they said, " If you cancel the third phone line before the contract was up they would charge me a lump sum for the remainder - for the phone I already paid for. read more

ATT u verse potential customers beware. We have been bombarded with solictors and letters informing and enticing us to sign up for the new ATT U verse. We recently went to the ATT store and signed up for u verse. Att technicans came to our home on Sunday and again today. My next door neighbor has ATT U verse and we were told by the ATT store and the technician that came to our home on Sunday that service was available to our home. After numerous hours, att personnel in our home today, and even holes drilled in my walls, we were informed that ATT could not get service to our home. POTENTIAL ATT CUSTOMERS BEWARE just because it is in your neighborhood does not mean they will be able to install their service in your home...False Advertising and Unable to deliver product as marketed! read more

Worst customer service EVER!!!!!! I went in to simply have the screen protector changed on my phone. They told me they would do this as a courtesy. First of all while I was waiting, the apparent manager told another customer to "get out of his face" multiple times. After waiting 20 minutes, they sent marinelys, a rep over to help me....she tells me she's only put one on a couple of times, but she will try. I can try....the only reason I came back to have them do it is because the rep I bought it form told me how extremely difficult it was to do, so I really didn't want someone inexperienced putting it on my phone. So, I waited around for another rep. When one was available, he went to help another customer. When I told Marinelysis that I was there first, she LIED said I wasn't. I'm suspecting they wanted to help her first because she was spending money that day, and they had already gotten $1,400 from me the week before!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. Bad experience. Went in to store and purchased 4 Tempered Glass products on a Saturday evening. Was installing a few of products that night, upon opening one of the boxes and getting ready to install glass on phone, we noticed the bottom corner of glass was completely shattered. I called store to report it that night (naturally at&t stores don't answer phone calls). Wife goes in on Monday for a replacement. The checking in employee (possibly a manager) basically insinuates that she's lying. The next employee doesn't offer a replacement. Keep in mind all the while that this product even has a 30 day money back "GUARANTEE" on label. Short story shorter, AT&T store's customer service is pretty pathetic. I would have not taken no for an answer but that's how this cookie crumbled. Won't be stopping into their store any longer so they can sit you down and try to hustle you for any further sales commissions. read more

Customer service was their top priority. I have never been more satisfied with the amount of care that the reps treated me with at this ATT location. I will only do business at this location. As for the previous comment this is not the stores fault. This is a bad representation of the store. I am very dissappointed as I was leaving this store. The employees are not friendly at all. I bought an iPhone 5 and a invisible shield and asked them to put it on the phone. they said no problem. It took the girl about 10 mins putting it on and when I got my brand new iPhone back, the Whole front screen cover was totally messed up. these things are not cheap either. 30 bucks. the invisible shield was actually hanging off the phones front and is covers the home button when it was suppose to fit nicely around it. Very dissappointed. never again will I go to this store. read more
