Prior to traveling there, from Slidell, I called Best Buy and the online representative ensured me the staff was just as qualified as the Lakeside Apple employees. I did try to call the store prior, but Best Buy just forwards you to a main call center somewhere in India. Upon arrival a young gentleman, with long dirty blonde hair, within five minutes proceeded to tell me there was nothing that could be done because the computer was too old. When I asked, then why would Apple send me here and a Best Buy Representative say you could help, he just apologized. I asked if the main Apple store at Lakeside could fix it and he just had some story about it being too old for parts. In hopes of reaching a resolution, because his reasoning didn't make sense, I asked to speak to a manger. A female, black hair, came up and just rubber stamped the technicians, talking points without asking any amplifying questions. After that I left and called Apple Support back, they informed me the computer could be repaired or their system would've not allowed the appointment. Two days later I dropped it off at the main Apple Store inside Lakeside mall and in a week it was fixed it. It's more likely a management issue, because it's the only Best Buy store I've been in where you're not greeted right away. As well as while I was standing around, clearly waiting for help, the same gentleman was just chatting with a girl while other staff, not engaged with other customers, just overlooked me. My recommendation is if you need Apple Support don't waste your time at this store, they clearly don't care to help.

We have been waiting since July 31 for service the service center for centricity claims that we have refused dates to Have Our Dr., fixed We are two weeks out from having no dryer. A1 service center is Broussard appliance repair and they have told me they don't have enough staff to man the job so in the future if you buy extended warranty, avoid centricity.

I show up to pick up my game and was told by the single employee in the store that just because it is released on a particular day does not mean that it is available to me on that day. That was a polite way of telling me that they do not have it in stock and cannot honor the receipt that was given to me. Why offer the opportunity to pre-order a game that you will not have in stock on the day that you claim you will have it in stock? Not that it matters to them, but they just lost a customer. I hope this helps someone else trying to pre-order a game. Don't fall for it.
