While Slidell is a hub of sorts for the surrounding areas, it is not typical to have such a progressive selection. Anyway, fast forward 3 years and the pieces I bought back then are still of top quality and every time I wear them I continue to receive compliments. The items here are the perfect blend of sophistication with understated sexiness. Just love. They carry some brands I know & love (like Free People) and others I'm not as familiar with but happy to take a risk now that I know they stand the test of time. Stopped in yesterday and happened upon a sidewalk sale - great deals on amazing items! I don't think they advertize these types of sales, so stop in often to see what's new. Super friendly staff itching to help you find the perfect pieces - so appreciative of the warmth & genuine enthusiasm As it happens, the owner was in the shop that day & after having met her, I can honestly say the desire to find unique pieces and cater to others shines through her beautiful personality. That man is a genius and his designs are downright gorgeous. Also downright expensive. T.J. Maxx has a plethora of purses (including MK purses) among other things like clothes, makeup, furniture and shoes that are made by high end designers at discounted prices. I'd be lying if I told you I looked at any of the other things in this store but the purses, however. The smell of the leather, the way they feel, how they are just oh so pretty keeps me in the purse section of this store until I'm made to leave. Security usually gets called because I'm fondling them all weird and creepy like. Ok, not really, but I'm sure someone is looking at me on a security camera while I'm in the purse section thinking to themselves that I need a life and I need one ASAP. The merchandise here rotates so frequently that things go on clearance fairly often. That means even more of a discount for you, so if you love a bargain like I do check in often.
