Many people don't know but the company that owns Versona also owns It's fashions and Cato. Versona is a store where you can get it all. Clothes, shoes, jewelry, purses, sunglasses, stockings, bridal gifts, bday gifts, and etc. They usually have the jewelry and purses arranged by color which is nice and makes it easier to shop. Most of my jewelry comes from them as I feel like it's nice quality for a good price . They have pretty good sale and clearance items as well. The workers are always nice when I go and are willing to help in any way they can. However, sometimes they are short staffed. There have been a few times where I've gone and there would only be one worker on a Saturday (the busiest shopping day of the week). The worker would run from opening a fitting room, to checking someone out, to trying to help someone find something, and it was just a lot going on. Overall, it is one of my favorite stores and I am usually leaving with a shopping bag whenever I visit.

The best part about their line is they don't fade and the graphics don't come off between washes. I have a son and he is pretty destructive at times but wash after wash the clothes still hold their color and the graphics are still intact. I am sure she is told to sell hard for the rewards program, but I contend it's not a good policy. At a Chicos in Northern Virginia, they advertised a sale in the window, so I went in, found some clothes, but when I got to the register, they said I had to be a rewards member to get the discount. I said, "No thanks," and walked out. That store has since closed. I think this rabid effort to get customers to become rewards members is self-defeating.

I purchased a gift for my Mom (81) and it was not the right size. She went to exchange the items and it was beyond the 60 day policy but the exact items were in store and on the sale rack. All she wanted to do was exchange the items for the proper size and they refused. They had the product and would not exchange the items! The tags were still on the product - obviously never worn brand new and simply the wrong size. It is unacceptable that if the store has the product that they would not simply swap it out for the same merchandise. We were both long time and loyal customers and now NEVER AGAIN!. Highly recommend you do not shop at these stores.
