By far my favorite pizza place in town. I almost don't want to leave this review because I kind of want to keep this place a secret. Every time I go, I'm reminded why local pizza spots will always beat the big chains. The smell hits you the second you walk in, the staff greets you like you've been coming there for years, and before you know it you've got a fresh pizza in front of you that's miles ahead of anything else around. The crust deserves its own paragraph. Somehow it's crispy, chewy, buttery, and light all at the same time. The sauce actually tastes homemade, with just the right amount of sweetness and seasoning, and the cheese is the kind that stretches halfway across the table when you pull up a slice. Every topping tasted fresh, and nothing felt cheap or thrown together. You can tell they actually care about what they're serving. What impressed me just as much was the people. Everyone working there looked like they genuinely enjoyed what they were doing. I have to give a special shoutout to Zander and Jordan because they honestly made the entire experience. Those two are the definition of outstanding customer service--friendly, professional, and always making sure everyone is taken care of with a smile. They somehow keep the place running smoothly even when it's busy, and you can tell they genuinely care about the customers and the restaurant. Employees like them are hard to find, and they're a huge reason this place stands out from every other pizza spot. If they ever leave, I'm not sure the restaurant will ever be the same. Give these guys a raise--they've absolutely earned it. The place was spotless, orders were flying out of the kitchen, and even with a busy dining room everything felt organized. It's the kind of restaurant that makes you want to become a regular. I've eaten pizza in New York, Chicago, and a bunch of local places across the Southeast, and this honestly belongs in the conversation. It has that perfect combination of incredible food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere that's getting harder and harder to find. I ended up ordering way more than I planned because everything looked so good. Not a single bite disappointed. Even the leftovers somehow tasted amazing the next day, which almost never happens with pizza. If you're debating whether to stop here, stop debating. Just go. Bring your friends, bring your family, or go by yourself--you'll leave full and wondering why this place isn't talked about more. This is the kind of local business that deserves every bit of support it gets. 10/10. read more

we had lunch at my pie today and the pizza was good. But, the restaurant was not clean. Tables had not been wiped off floors had not been swept. The people who were working, once we got our pizza one was sitting outside on her phone, and the other person was at the bar on his phone. Unfortunately, it looks like this restaurant is kind of going out of business. Not what we expected. read more

Extremely disappointed with this location. We waited in line for 15 minutes while multiple employees stood around doing absolutely nothing. They appeared completely out of it and made no effort to help customers or move the line along. When we finally got our food, it was terrible, cold, poorly made, and nowhere near the quality Your Pie is known for. To make matters worse, we ordered a meal combo with gelato. When I went to the counter to get my gelato to go, I was told it would be a 15-minute wait just to scoop two servings of ice cream. There was no line, and nobody waiting for food. The lack of urgency, customer service, and basic competence was shocking. For comparison, the Your Pie locations in Dahlonega and Gainesville are 10/10, fast, friendly, and consistently great. This location is nowhere close and is damaging the brand. read more

Your Pie Pizza in Suwanee is under new ownership. I have been going to various locations for years. The Cumming location closed several years ago. This Suwanee location is awesome. Pizza made to order is the best and the service team is outstanding. A definite 10 on the Restaraunt scale. Keyon is a manger and will make all happy!! read more

I love the pizza here, it's delicious BUT this location has fell off. The place is very dirty! Everywhere you look it's just filthy. I went to use the restroom and even the men's room was just nasty. read more

Ridiculous for a restaurant to have a point system that they never honor. And for the employees to try to pacify me by saying at least I'm earning points - what good does that do me if I can use them?!?!? And don't try to use a gift card. Can't use those either. This has been going on for 6 weeks at least. read more

As soon as I walked in, I saw the pizza dough with a day dot 4 days old. The dough was so old, it had that dried out crush on it before cooking. The white girl behind the counter looked so stressed out, I couldn't help to feel sorry for her. If you know your business is going to busy on a Saturday afternoon, maybe you can schedule more than 2 people. I can comment on the food or ambiance because I walked out when I saw how stressed this girl was. I will not support this business that treats their employees like this. read more

Went today..place was empty. This establishment is filthy. Tables not cleaned, floors with dirt & debris especially around the base boards, gelato area just nasty with drippings all over some metal containers empty. Soda machines broken pieces of it lying on tables. I paid for my pizza & threw it in the trash. I will never go back. read more

Came here with my friends and did it have enough to tip because I have $4 on my card and I said sorry I can't tip and he scoffed at me and said "the drink is 2.69 you have enough to tip". We came on pretty expensive bikes and he might have gotten the idea that we where rich and assumed I had money. Had some of my friends pizza and jt was really good but didn't appreciate the rudeness read more

We skipped the pie building experience and got the chicken bacon club and pesto turkey paninis. Surprisingly good. Not sure if I'd come to dine in here again but will certainly consider take out or delivery given this experience. Service - 3.5/5 Food - 3/5 Ambience - 3/5 read more

Our family has been coming here since the day that they opened and the convenience factor of being in the same plaza as Target was a bonus. But my last couple of trips here have lost me forever. My wife and I were ordering our pizza and there was no other customers in the store, we selected our dough, sauce, and as we we're moving on to toppings another customer walked in. The other customer was a To-Go order and walked straight to carry-out register. Without a single word, nod, or gesture to us the employee left us high and dry to serve the other customer. He was gone for a good 5 minutes and we left the store. There are a lot of pizza options in the area, we will not come back here again read more

Been coming here for years and it was always soo good and one of my favorite pizza places as each of my family members can pick their own toppings, but what a terrible experience tonight. Placed a mobile order at 7:01pm for 2 10" pizzas, said it would be ready at 7:16pm, we get to the restaurant at 7:28pm and they didn't even start the order and their was no customer even waiting. Had to wait another 20 minutes. My mistake for not checking them before getting home, but both pizzas were not even 8". They looked like little kid's pizzas. Stay away, this place has gone downhill! read more

I love the option of customizable pizzas and build your own! I stopped by here today after placing an order through the app. Given the pandemic, I like having the option of picking up or curbside pick up, and all the employees were wearing a mask correctly which made me feel safe. I choose to get the Alfredo sauce, chicken, sun dried tomatoes, spinach and chicken. Overall, the pizza did not feel heavy and was quite feeling. All the toppings felt fresh and it tasted amazing! My brother got pesto, chicken and olives and said his came out well too. They give a good amount of toppings and I think I found my favorite pizza place! I can't wait to order some of their signature pizzas next! read more

Ordered 2 make your own pizzas, cheese sticks, and wings. The staff was very friendly!

I swung in here with my daughter for a quick bite. She has been here before, but at a different location, and she expressed how much she liked it, so I wanted to come check it out. It's a create-your-own pizza place. They also serve paninis and salads. It is definitely a family friendly establishment. Service was equally as friendly, and prices are reasonable. My daughter cracks me up. I'm the queen of toppings/condiments, and she's the definition of plain Jane. All the sauce options and topping options available and she goes for the marinara with cheese. Haha! She's a dream customer, flat price for the one boring topping she gets. You choose everything from the dough (white, wheat, or can even get gluten free) to the sauce to type of cheese to meats to dressings to assortment of veggies. They even have the calorie content of each, which is a nice feature for those who care. I got my daughter the kids meal, which included a fountain drink and one scoop of gelato. They also have beer and wine, side salads, cheese sticks, chips, and brownies. Good selection. I tried her pizza, and it was decent. I like a bit thicker crust, but overall it tasted pretty good and there was plenty of cheese on it. I'd have to have a better measure of things when I come back and order it the way I want it. Kids meals are only $5.99. This is a great choice for a quick and easy and cheap meal for the kids and adults even. Located right in the Target plaza, it's convenient when you need to get some errands run as well. It's not too far from home, and my child likes it, so I'm sure we will be back soon. read more

This was my first time. Quick easy ordering. Quick delivery. But as you can see from the advertise photo versus the delivered photo, two different things. It's nice to have the topping spread out and a good amount on every slice. Chicken all kind of jammed in the middle and guess a supply chain shortage on sun-dried tomatoes? Tried to call but they're too busy this time of the day. read more

This is the 3rd time it's happening which means there is something wrong in this place. I don't like to compare but I think MOD has much better options when it comes to toppings and also much better customer service. So I ordered the gluten free pizza and kept on waiting without any update. When I inquired about my missing pizza they said it got burnt if you want you can have that or we can make you a new one. I mean seriously if I want I can have burnt pizza after paying $17 for one 10' and getting only 3 veggies as they were out of veggies, I should have burnt pizza. Total disaster would refrain from coming here again for sure. read more

I had eaten at the Buckhead location two times before and really enjoyed it. It's a cool concept. At this location, I was sorry to see the previous restaurant, Shane's Rib Shack close down but happy when I saw Your Pie move in. Today my wife and daughter and I tried out the new location. I ordered the white shell with pesto sauce and spinach, garlic, red onions, basil, jalapenos, bacon and sausage. My wife gave me a slice of her oil based pie and it was excellent. She must have got a lot more cheese than me. We got a couple of gelatos and they're very good. We had blood orange and salted caramel. Service was excellent and everyone was very friendly. I'm looking forward to having this just down the road. Great draft beer selection too! read more

This store has gone downhill in recent months. Feels like it's new management, because it's all new staff each time we go in and there are far fewer than before. Tables aren't cleaned and trash is overflowing the bins. And tonight I experienced a first: after we had ordered and received our food, one of the teenage staff came over to explain that he had forgotten to add the surcharge for gluten free crust and asked us to come back up and pay the ~$4. Apparently the manager put this kid up to this jerk move, so we complied out of concern she'd take the money out of his paycheck. No wonder they can't keep staff. read more

Not sure what has happened to this YP location over the last 6 months to a year, but tonight was our last time giving this place another shot. What "used to be" one of our favorite pizza places has simply lost all quality or reliability in what should be one of the easier food items to excel at. Nearly $50 for 4 10" pizzas (two just simple cheese and red sauce). I typically order the Lineage pizza...my pizza this evening looked like all of the toppings were wiped off the pizza and then just a few toppings were reapplied? All of us thought the dough may not have been prepared correctly as it was an odd consistency...really thin and not the normal taste we were used to. The cheese sticks were almost inedible. If you can't get cheese on bread right, you're in the wrong business. We have given this location more than one opportunity to make some noticeable effort to increase the food quality but they hit a new low this evening. We won't be returning. I see others have commented on the super small pizza size now and ours were exactly the same...only approximately 7" across for what is supposed to be a 10 inch pizza. My only guess is that this is new management making cutbacks on toppings or training the staff properly. The young adults working here are always very nice, but that would go much further if the pizza was the quality it once was. read more

I have frequented this store many many times. Always loved it up until about 6 months ago. The place needs a good deep clean. Light fixtures are coated in dust, floor is grimy. Place needs a makeover. The last two visits I spent over $15 for a pizza and drink and it was burnt both times. Had to throw most of it away. Not worth my hard earned money for burnt pizza. Too bad because it used to be so good. read more

Wanted to stop by and order takeout and grab a beer while I wait but they told me that the manager was out and they weren't allowed to serve the beer they sell. This was in the heart of dinner time. Your not selling the highest margin item you sell. I've never seen anything so ridiculous. It's a first world problem but I'll be taking my problems elsewhere in the future. Embarrassing. read more

I've been eating at Your Pie for years now, but I placed a mobile order at this location and even 30 minutes later, they hadn't even started making it. There were 3 people working, but I've never seen things move so slowly. There were 4-5 people waiting on pickup orders and 4-5 people standing in line. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this location due to the slow service. read more

Our son is a big fan so we finally decided to give it a try. My wife is GF so she ordered the 10" GF meat pizza. In a word, it was inedible. The GF "dough" was premade and like cardboard and it was over a $5 up-charge. The toppings including the sauce slid all over with no real connection to the "dough". Trust me folks, the are some pretty good GF pizzas around but this one isn't one. The second dish we ordered was the Build Your Own pasta. The dish was a gloppy mess. Some of the ingredients were indistinguishable and the ones that were, not of good quality. Who serves the heel of a tomato slice? And the meat choice, meatball, was in hiding there was so little of it. In this ultra competitive restaurant environment, particularly Italian, it's a one and done for us. read more

I went in to order because no one would pick up on a Saturday night. I walk in and go straight to order pick-up and advise that I called several times and no one answered. We are no longer taking phone-in orders he says. I ask if I can place online, and he says no with an attitude. They did have a line inside, but the attitude was enough for me to walk out and order from another pizza place off of State Bridge. It is now my favorite place! read more

Good pizza but online ordering is unfortunately never on time. On multiple occasions this location doesn't seem to start making the order until I arrive at the pick up time. Would probably be a good experience if dining in and ordering at the counter. read more

Your Pie was an alright visit. When you walk in, the staff is slightly unorganized and kinda scattered, but they were pleasant. I think this area needed a Make Your Own Pizza place so I'm happy I finally paid a visit. I think its a nice place to bring families, and the owners of the place seem friendly. When I got the pizza, it did not taste very fresh, but the ingredients didn't really look super fresh to begin with. I also felt like they were stingy with the toppings - I had to ask for more toppings a few times. Pros about this place: a lot of seating, sundried tomatoes, and they come check on you while you eat your food like they do at a real restaurant. read more

I think this place has legs. The pizza is tasty and the salad is good and plentiful. For $7.99 apiece it's hard to beat. Pizza with anything they offer put on it and a salad with anything you like as well thrown in a bowl (chopped and dressed to your liking) All the "kids" they have working there are very polite and if you want a tasty little date night place that won't break the back or you just need a little pizza and salad, this is your place. My prior experience at a build your own pizza place was Blaze. While our meal was ok at Your Pie, the pizzas were tiny by comparison - I literally could not see much difference between the regular size pizza and the 7 inch kids pizzas that were coming out of the oven. Additionally, they do not offer nearly as many toppings as I would have expected. This, combined with the fact that they were somewhat skimpy on the amount of each topping they put on, I did not feel as if this was a very good value. Lastly, while I get the pay one price concept, there is a very high population of people that only want a single topping - and other similar chains have figured this out and accommodate it by offering a single topping pizza price Instead of charging them for all of the other toppings they don't want. This is something that should be seriously considered since it seems to be a recurring theme in the reviews as well as comments I heard at the restaurant. read more

I've been in Atlanta since July and hunting down good pizza. After 4 different places this one is so far the best. Fresh toppings, although they seem a little scarce. When we got there is was empty so we were like "oh yay it will be fast to get our food" it wasn't that fast but still faster than when it is busy. The lady who made our pizza was sick! She gave off a mood like she didn't want us here and after we got out pizza we saw her violently coughing every 7 minutes ish! The only other person there was this boy and when we asked if we could refill the water he said "No I can't refill it until she gets back" we were like "ok? Do you have bottled water our maybe some in the back?" And he said "No we don't have any bottled water or any in the back." Umm ok? The food was good so that was ok but the brownies tasted like soap! This was not a good experience we will not be coming back! read more

This place is great. Food is right on point. Good prices. Great service. My only beef is that they don't offer any pizza larger than 10". Sure, I probably shouldn't eat more than that but sometimes a guy just wants to feast on some pizza pie. This isn't fair. I'm changing their rating midreview from 4 to 5 stars.
