Very nice experience. In the area and wanted pizza. Ordered a 10" deep dish pepperoni pizza, which did arrive quicker than expected. The pizza was very good unfortunately could not taste the pepperoni over all the cheese and sauce. There was plenty of pepperoni however probably not the best topping to order with the deep dish pizza. Service was good and liked the Smithwicks Red Ale I ordered with it. I ate half the pizza for lunch and the other half for dinner, good both times. I did attach a picture of the pizza. If in the area again, I would go back. read more

This is the first review I've ever written. We've ordered out here pretty often over the years. More times than not, our order has been wrong: missing a side, wrong entree, missing or wrong sauce, you name it - it's been missed. Todd, the manager, scoffed when I told him how many times our order has been wrong over the years. I don't recommend this location, the management, the to-go staff. Always check your order/food, especially if you're getting it to-go and like to tip. read more

Now I realize why this place has such low ratings. Called to ask if they were still hiring and they said yeah. I said "Oh okay cool! I'm like right outside I just wanted to call and make sure first!" I got met with "uhh. Okay??" Like fym uhh okay. Rude off the bat? Should have been my first red flag. Walk in, no one there to greet me, everyone there looks like they would rather be anywhere else (hmm wonder why). Tell the guy who answered the phone I'm here to fill out the paper work, he hands me the paper with no pen. Do you want me to write with my spit? I ask for a pen, dude snatches the paper back and says "you know what just forget about it have a nice day." ?????? Never been more confused about an interaction in my entire life. Just old and mad for no reason, sorry if you had a bad day don't take it out on a random stranger. No wonder everyone there looked miserable I would be too if I had to be around that guy all day. I'd give a 0 star if I could, used to like this place, be warned if you walk in there don't ask for a pen. Had no idea he was just going to play in my face. . Had a nicer experience standing on a yellow jackets nest. read more

Ordered a deep dish pizza and something was off. Deep dish usually uses low-moisture, whole-milk mozzarella. However, it looked like they used part-skim or pre-shredded cheese, which melts unevenly because of anti-caking agents. This is the wrong type of cheese for pizza. Could also be Low-quality or processed cheese. Cheaper blends (often with fillers or stabilizers) don't melt smoothly. Have noticed quality has been going down, inconsistent quality, not true "Chicago" pizza. read more

Deep dish was 85% dough at best, very disappointed. Having lived in Chicago, I have had deep dish pizza a lot, I have come to expect the a healthy amount of sauce and ingredients. Took this to a gathering and EVERYONE was disappointed due to the amount of dough vs filling, they did not even finish it. read more

Service was spectacular for our family gathering. It happened to be on a Tuesday and our server shared the special on Tuesday for pizza and wings. A Buy 1 get 1 so we enjoyed a pizza and another to go. After considering a bit more we also did that for an order of wings. Meal was delicious and we took the free orders for a few pizza freezer bags. Our order plus beverages & salads & tip was $100 for a party of 4. read more

Fantastic family atmosphere, tv's at every table, and an unbeatable menu. The food is always fantastic!!! We've been coming to the North FoCo location for years! We always start out with the fried pickles and I swear to you, we LOVE fried pickles, try them everyplace we go, and NO ONE beats Rosati's fried pickles! The ranch dressing is amazing - I'm from Michigan, land of the ranch eaters, and I'm telling you this one reminds me of home! On this trip, I brought my 19 yo daughter... she has fond memories of Rosati's participating in our nearby Denmark HS Band fundraisers (aka spirit nights) and hanging with her friends here. She ordered her usual wings, and I had my usual Antipasti salad (it's full of meat, cheese, olives and veg). Our waitress was friendly, quick, checked on us regularly and paid attention! I feel like finding good service in the area is almost hard to find now. She took good care of us. One thing to note, the price on the bill ends up a tad higher when you pay with a cc, vs. cash. So, if you pay with cash, know you are paying the lower charge you see on the check. ENJOY! We always do! read more

Stopped by here looking for food while driving around one day. Rosatis is located in a smaller shopping center across from the Collections. We didn't realize they had chicago deep dish until we were parked and ready to go inside. Atmosphere is pretty cool with booths and tvs inside each one. There are tvs and large screens set up all over the walls. I think it would be pretty fun to watch a game here. We got a medium cheese deep dish. It came out to be about 8 slices I believe. It was delicious. As someone who has been to Chicago many many times and loves Giordanos, I think Rosatis lives up to its "authentic chicago" name. read more

The pizza was really good! I loved that it was cut into squares, and the thin crust was perfect--not overly crispy like a cracker but with a nice, satisfying bite. The dough even seemed to have some seasoning on the bottom, which added a great touch. As for the service, I'd give it two stars. Unfortunately, I had to wait an extra 45 minutes because the cook didn't see the lasagna on my order. That was frustrating, especially since I drove 45 minutes to get there based on a recommendation. Being my first visit, this mishap put a bit of a damper on the experience, but thankfully, the pizza made up for it. The inside surprised me--it's connected to a gas station, a little hole-in-the-wall spot. It reminded me of growing up in D.C., where some of the best food came from places just like this. That said, the interior isn't anything special. It kind of feels like a pool hall without the pool tables, but I wasn't there for the atmosphere, just the food! just carry out read more

Best Hawaiian Pizza ever. Made with BBQ sauce yummy. Super fast take out. I have to call on way over as it so fast.

Update 01/27/22 So glad to see Rosati's hasn't changed since the last time I was here. Same great Chicago style pizza. Same awesome atmosphere. Lots of happy people enjoying Chicago pizza and hot sandwiches. Our server was exceptional (so sorry I didn't get her name). She filled the water glasses every couple minutes. Bringing extra napkins for those juicy sandwiches. Bringing to go boxes without even asking. And always asking if there was anything else she could do. Looks like they added more TVs from the last time I was here. So there's not a bad seat in the house. One small suggestion would be the beef sandwich. Seemed like it was cut a little to thick. Supposed to be paper thin but still delicious. Can't wait to come back. read more

My parents came here previously with a golf group outing and wanted to come back. I lived in Chicago for 20 years, and was very excited to hear there was a Rosati's near where I lived! Sadie was our server tonight, patient, friendly, and helpful where and whenever we needed anything. We started with the antipasti salad that came with the house sweet Italian dressing. Between the three of us, we shared this and enjoyed all the options, peppers, onions, mozzarella, Asiago, tomatoes, olives, pepperoni and ham. It's a meal all in itself, but shared 3 ways was a nice way to jump into dinner. The dressing is so tasty. We went with the special and ordered two pizzas- the Windy City (sausage, garlic, onions, and hot Giardiniera) and the Classic Combo (pepperoni, sausage, onions, peppers, olives and mushrooms). This was too much pizza for the 3 of us, but we enjoyed as much as we could before getting Sadie to box up the rest of the pies for us. I miss Chicago and now that I know they have Chicago style hot dogs I am so excited to come back and get my fix. Hidden gem, across from the Collection and so there's some other options within the area but this was a fine stop for us tonight as a group. When my brothers and families come for Thanksgiving for a visit I'll be sure to get a ton of food from here to feed the masses! Thanks Sadie for your help today! I'll be back! We came with a party of 5 one night and the restaurant staff were super accommodating. I had no idea that they had a live band that plays here but the music and overall atmosphere was great. I ordered the Hawaiian pizza and mine came out with a bit too much barbecue sauce but other than that, it was still very good. Our waiter was super sweet and made sure we got everything we needed. I will definitely come here again. read more

Been looking for a good deep dish pizza here in the south. Overall the DD was pretty good, if anything was lacking, it was the crust that was very hard. Other than that, had good sauce and cheese. I love it here. I drove all sorts of out of my way for this tonight and so worth it. I always get the Chicago deep dish with spinach. The sauce man the sauce. I don't know what they put in it but it's sooooo good. I'm allergic to dairy and this is so worth the Benadryl. They also have my favorite cannolis. We pretty much always have good service too and can catch a game if we choose to sit in. My favorite pizza place for sure. read more

We go there once a month , do to the pizza takes 30 minutes to make they are accommodating with pre-ordering and allowing us to eat there. After that part is where it takes a turn , the service is horrible, and we always order something like a salad and wings once we arrive so it not like a pre order only, then we get dessert and we always get Zeppoli , it would be nice if they actually gave us powdered sugar like we ask for. Last time I was there they said there was a cash discount , and there was a 3% 4% whatever it is charge for Credit Card nobody told us that to the end and then they pointed to the napkin holder was not which was not facing us and the restaurant is dark so how would I've seen? Just pointing out how horrible the service is. I also like to know which business has profit is so thin, they have to charge customers extra for using credit card ? And what company wants the liability of cash at the establishment? Again , the food is good , get the deep dish pizza , it never disappoints read more

From the moment we sat down, I started regretting coming here. The table smelled like a dirty rag. The food came out and everyone's order was wrong. We just settled for it because of how long it took. I asked for no peppers in my sandwich and I got peppers, lots of them. Everyone else in the group had similar issues. In addition the food just wasn't good. We had to practically use a bull horn to get our servers attention for water refills. If someone asked for water he didn't even look or ask if anyone else needed some. I guess he was too busy watching the football game. Needless to say, never going back. read more

Been coming here for years and it is always a solid & steady experience and a go-to restaurant when I'm in town. IMO, they have the best pizza in the Atlanta area. Whether you choose the thin crust (our favorite) or the deep dish style, it is simply delicious! The restaurant originates from the Chicago area and they have authentic Chicago style pizza as well as a number of sandwiches, salads, and pasta dishes. This location has 60 draft beers! And, they are always changing, so for the beer connoisseur this is a Mecca. The atmosphere is laid-back and comfortable with lots of TVs for sports viewing. They also have live music on the weekends and the talent they bring in is phenomenal. Food was excellent! Had a sausage and cheese pizza as well as an Italian beef sandwich. That's where the excellence dropped off. Wife ordered a side salad. One would think that and the Italian need would come out first. NO! The pizza came out first, then the salad and after I was into piece number two of the pizza, the Italian beef came out. Needless to say the server And service were pretty sub par. Food was good, though. This was on a Thursday afternoon after the lunch rush so there should have been no excuses. read more

"It is wonderful to be here in the great state of Chicago" Dan C. Quayle It's no secret that Chicagoans are very proud of their state, I mean city. It's also no secret that they are also very proud of the famous Chicago style pizza Like a prisoner ordering their last meal, the last thing I had when moving from Chicago to Atlanta was a deep dish pizza. My final chance, so I thought, to appreciate this most awesome of foods. It would be a decade later before Rosati's opened for business, and in Cumming of all places. Rosati's was my favorite there, and it is here as well. Is it exactly like Rosati's Chicago? No, not exactly, but it is the best Chicago style I have found in Georgia. Service here is also not like Chicago, but in this case that's good. Employees here are great, not always on top of their game but well intentioned and friendly. Do yourself a favor and just order deep dish, skip the rest. It's massive, it's cheesy, it's so good. Deep dish pizzas will take longer, so expect at least 40 minutes for it to come out to the table. Well worth the wait, and a great chance to try a few draft beers from the great selection they have here. The place has both a good family atmosphere as well as an up beat environment for gathering a few friends together. Probably not the place for a romantic date night, but then again, there's nothing sexier than having a deep dish pizza sitting between you as you stare into each other's eyes. read more

For a girls' night in, we ordered the Classic Combo! I like that the crust is thin. You know how some places have thin crust and it resembles more cracker than crust? This is NOT that. They are very generous with toppings - lots of pepperoni, mushroom, onions, sausage and peppers in each bite. The pies are square-cut also. Not sure if they have an option to do the usual triangle slices, but I didn't mind the smaller pieces at all! Delivery was quick and arrived right on schedule. Really enjoyed my meal - absolutely would recommend! read more
