I spotted the manager, Ryan, went over to him and notified him that the boyfriend's birthday was coming up... can we do an ice cream for him? He said get me his drivers license. Not very good people skills. Meals were ordered, food delivered. Shelby was right on top of the drinks, salad, bread... At one point our waitress stepped into the next room was held the baby so mom could get a bite to eat. I recall this happening when my daughter young, was always welcoming so we could get a few quick bites down. We witnessed Ryan very rudely telling Shelby to put the baby down, 'if you drop the kid we will get sued' and 'you have customers to take care of'.
