A beautiful winery setting to enjoy beautiful weather. Great food, drink choices, music and the staff are always very polite. They have some gluten free food options and a simple menu which is nice. The winery kitty is always very friendly! Definitely a favorite spot to spend a Saturday afternoon when UGA is playing football.

Lovely little place with both indoor and outdoor seating. Live music was great and we had wonderfully attentive service! Food selections are limited to pizzas and nibbles, but all very tasty. They currently have a Halloween pop up bar that was decorated really well, but just happened to be empty when we arrived. The weather was perfect for an evening under a setting sun and a couple of porch kitties walking around. Casual setting with ample gravel parking lot (keep in mind if you like to wear heels). Do note young children are not allowed (I think it said 14+), but they do allow infants for those new parents who can't/don't want to find a sitter. Will definitely go back!

Hidden Gem! What a beautiful winery. So I came just checking the place and it is definitely more than what I was expecting. It's a beautiful winery with the entrance seeing all the vineyards side by side. Once you come to the main building, it's beautiful. Very nice people. Enjoyed a nice flight of sweet wines and none didn't disappointed e. My favorite is the Deep Waters. Enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the live music. Just come. Enjoy the environment, wine and food. They have a great selection. Looking at people around me, I see now why it's a kept secret. So come and you won't be disappointed.

Stoney J's Farm Winery is beautiful! The vineyards are very well maintained and they put emphasis on the farm. They have quite a few farm animals that you can walk up to and pet or enjoy watching. This is the part we love about visiting here. Their wine however is not our favorite, unfortunately. We have tried almost each one and they just fall a little short for us. Some of them taste a bit watered down or stale, and at $15 a flight that's not a great feeling. We do however love their Johnny Vino and would probably just go to a bottle of that next time we visit. We haven't tried much of their food but we did enjoy the White Truffle Pizza. The service has always been great, they have quite a bit of younger adults working there but they are friendly and attentive. The only thing is they don't make their tasting room very welcoming... it's a bit darker in the tasting room, and we have seen some of the workers sitting on the tables or being very touchy with one another whenever we've walked in so we tend to stay outside. It lacks the inviting, let's drink some wine atmosphere.

We stopped here to enjoy a little bit of the outdoors and happy that we did. The wines are delicious and the light snacks and pizza were delicious. We enjoyed the ambiance of the outdoor area. The waiter was highly attentive to our novice questions and was able to direct us to some different selections. Would highly recommend coming out here to spend an hour or two.

Food: the only food we had was a charcuterie board and it was lovely. Great meats and cheeses and pretty presentation. Plenty of food for 2 and priced well. Service: our waitress was friendly, attentive, fast with our orders and lit the fireplace for us when we started to get chilly outside. Atmosphere: quaint, lovely farm, great outside and semi-covered seating, nice fireplace, and heat lamps, and cozy vibes. Value: priced great Wine: that's my only reason for not having 5 stars. When I chose my flight I didn't get any info on what I was choosing- the order and names of my flight got mixed up so I wasn't sure which ones I was drinking and I only liked 2 of my wines. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

It has been my experience that few bottles that go under $40 are worth my time. I was wrong. Amy, owner of TOTT, shared with me 4 wines that ran $15-$20 that I actually truly enjoyed. Her selections are impressive, small batch bottles, 5,000 in existence or less from around the world. She also has a strong meat and cheese selection and an adorable dog to boot. I will be back!

I didn't know what it was, until some friends of mine booked a wine tasting for us. What? I love wine tastings, and thought I had to drive to Dahlonegha for that. No idea there was a place so close by to do wine like this. We walked in and were walked back to a quaint room with a long table and chairs around it. A reservation had been made for the wine tasting, so the four of us were seated with some other people that had made the reservation as well. Amy, the owner, came in and introduced herself. She was so knowledgable about wines, and really was informative. I have to say I've been to several wine tastings before, but I learned a lot here from Amy. She told us about herself, and what her store is all about. She stated she has about 300 wines in her shop, and she has tasted every single one. She stated that she got a lot of her wines from small producers, and that most of her wines were under $20. She said she liked to have a unique variety of wines that would be good to grab for a dinner at home, or for a gift. She also had several imported and domestic cheeses. We had the opportunity to try a few different cheeses, and by far my favorite was the brie/gouda mix Belletoile. It was so good and creamy. The crackers that were served with the cheeses were so good as well. We had a peppercorn and a plain cracker. Both were really good, and I loved the small sizes of the crackers to go with the cheese. They were made from a small company in Chamblee called Georgia Sourdough. You can buy their crackers at this store, so you don't have to drive to Chamblee. So the wine tastings are Monday-Saturday. Drop-in tastings are Monday through Wednesday for $10, which includes four wines and one cheese with cracker. Thursday through Saturday, Amy does a six wine tasting paired with 3 different cheeses and crackers for $18 per person. The latter requires a reservation. Each tasting has a theme, so for instance, the one we did was USA Wines. And I tried my first Riesling I actually didn't mind. It wasn't sweet. She mentioned that before I tried it, and she was right. You also get to keep the BPA plastic stemless glass you use to do the tastings. She chose these BPA glasses, because there is no odor like with most plastics and doesn't have that plastic taste, either. The glasses are very sensitive to heat, though, so don't put them in your dishwasher or they will melt. She serves the wines from lightest to heaviest, and she told us if you rinse the glass each time with water between tastings you will change the way the next wine should taste. She said going from lightest to heaviest will nix the need to actually rinse the glass. If you like any of the wines or cheeses you try the day of the tasting, you can get any of them for 10% off. And she won't tell you the prices of the wines until after the tasting, which was a good idea. She didn't want us having preconceived ideas on the taste based on knowledge of the price. Unfortunately, I picked the most expensive wine as my favorite. I wouldn't pay $27 for a wine for any regular evening, but it's a good choice for the weekend or entertaining. I'd love to come back here, sooner than later. I am so excited my friends discovered this place, and will definitely be back. If you live in the area, check it out.

Although the setting is admittedly spectacular, acres of hilly vineyards with views of the mountain behind, and the patio was certainly fancy, the tables each with fire pits in the center providing cheery warmth, the tasting experience itself was sub-par and overpriced. It lacked the authentic feel I've seen in other wineries and seems more of a tourist destination. First thing I noticed is the shockingly high tasting fee of $35 for a flight of 4 2-ounce pours of their choice. No substitutions allowed! Either these are some spectacularly great wines or this is a major rip-off. I passed. But since I was here I decided to have a glass. I got one of their estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon. It was around $16 but since I was here. It was good, but certainly not worth the $48 they charge for a bottle. For the $35 do you get individual attention, descriptions from the bartender about the wines and about their winery? No. You get 4 labeled glasses to take back to your table. Not worth it. Find another place less touristy, more authentic. That shouldn't be hard. There are like 65 wineries in the area!

Oh what a wonderful surprise and experience it was........So let's just say that I was very stunned to learn that there were so many wineries in the state of Georgia. This is how my journey unfolded on this beautiful day; I will start with Tom Ward the owner....Mr. Wine Connoisseur himselfJ Very knowledgeable and full of wisdom beyond his years. There wasn't a question that I asked or wanted to learn about wines that Tom wasn't able to provide me with an answer for. Tom was friendly, kind, attentive and very accommodating. Once we got on the tour bus, filled with snacks, water, wine and movies I was like a kid on her way to her very first field trip. We made a stop at one of his pickup locations to pick up two additional lovely ladies. We stopped and had a celebratory toast to begin our wine adventure; it was amazing. From there, we drove to the first winery "Wolf Mountain Vineyard". It was cozy, beautiful, with great ambiance. We had a quick bite (very delicious) and of course several rounds of wine tasting. Then we were off again to our 2nd winery "Serenity Cellars". This in itself was an amazing experience. The staff was remarkable; there was a wide selection of wines red and white. I am normally a sweet wine drinker, but this definitely gave me an opportunity to expand my palate and gave me a better appreciation for different wines. Of course, I could not forget the beautiful young lady that serenaded us with her lovely voice. Lastly, our 3rd winery "Kaya Vineyard & Winery". This winery was a little bit more upbeat, much younger crowd, not as quaint as the other wineries but nonetheless still good. There wines were ok but didn't knock me off my feet. Yes, I still drank it.....all of it lol. The view was amazing, one of the most beautiful rainbows I have ever seen. It was just my luck because then the second rainbow came out; first time ever seeing a double rainbow. So I said all this to say, no matter your level of expertise with wines this is the tour for you. There is something for everyone. I bought several bottles of wine and have been enjoying some and put the rest up for another time. I am a light weight so on the way home I slept like a baby while everyone else enjoyed a great documentary on wines. I am actually looking forward to doing this tour again. Maybe in the Spring or the Summer. One of my best tours ever!!!!! I applaud the level of excellence received at ATL Vineyard Express.

I was blown away by their hospitality. Before hitting the road they reviewed the wineries we planned to visit and then we were off. Rebecca drove safely and made conversation with us along the way. Chris was very knowledgeable about the vineyards and wines. Each time we arrived at a new vineyard Chris opened the car door and offered his hand as we stepped down from the van. He opened the vineyard door and helped us find seats at each winery, and then gave us space to enjoy our tasting. Between tastings he made sure we were comfortable and had plenty of water and snacks. He even brought our next tasting out to our seats so that we wouldn't need to get up- it was truly FULL service in every single way. I never once felt rushed by him or Rebecca, and their smiling faces and easy demeanor really created the perfect environment for my friend and I to cut loose and enjoy ourselves. After our tastings we said goodbye and Chris drove us back to our cabin where he personally carried the box of wine to our front door. He thanked us for spending the day with him and was on his way.
