First visit, the soda machine flavors were all messed up and one of the bench cushions was out of place, second visit everything was back to normal. Loved the pizza both visits. I find the biggest problem here is at the cash register where both times I visited, one employee handles both the register and the Gelato station, while it seems 4 other employees are standing around with nothing to do. If you order Gelato you are giving the option to get it immediately or come back up after you finish your pizza. I tried to come back up later but ended up waiting a long time as other people were either waiting for their Gelato or waiting to pay. Unless they start separating those duties, I would not recommend coming back up. I really enjoyed eating here this afternoon. My dad, sister, and myself came for the first time today. I got a white dough with marinara, mozzarella, pepperoni, salami, ham, and bacon. It was the bomb! The edges were charred just right to give it the perfect crunch. I've visited New York and it was the closest thing to authentic New York wood oven pizza that I've had since I've been there! This place can really suit anyone. It's very family friendly but if you want to have a drink, they have a little bar area as well. They also have outdoor seating available. The atmosphere was fun and it was cool to watch them make and cook your pizza. They also give kids a little piece of dough to play with! Oh, and the price is awesome! All three of us got our own pizzas, drinks, and my sister got a gelato and our total was only $26! The quality of the pizza is pretty high. All the ingredients tasted fresh. It's $7.99 for a 10" pizza and another $3 to make it a meal. My wife and I got the Lineage pizza, peach prosciutto pizza, cheese sticks and a side salad. Came out to just over $20. The staff were all friendly enough. They at first messed up on our order but fixed it instantly. My only problem with this place is the line to order the food. Surprisingly it seems like the ingredients people who are adding the ingredients to the dough are the limiting factor. Tons of spare space in the oven and the line was near the door. If they can optimize that part of the process it would have made this place a 5 star in my books. Well, I'd also recommend that they wipe out the surface of the oven a bit more. This 'build your own' pizza joint has all the fixings that you'd want on your pizza, and you can add as many as you want included in the price! There are several different crust options(white, wheat, & gluten free), sauce options(buffalo, bbq, basil pesto, olive oil, marinara), cheeses(feta, fresh mozzarella, ricotta, shredded mozzarella, & vegan) & and just about all the toppings that you can think of. They also offer some signature pizzas, paninis, chopped salads, gelato, and beer/wine. I went with a BBQ Chicken pizza with fresh & shredded mozzarella. It was really good and flavorful. The process takes a bit of time so I also grabbed some oreo gelato and it was great as well. The lines here typically get long, so plan accordingly. We eat here a-lot, and it is very good, if you know how to make a pizza. If you don't know how to make a pizza, you may not know what combinations of ingredients work together. I usually get. just vegetables on mine. Their meat is just ok. You have to be persistent when telling the preparation person what to place on it. Sometimes you will get someone who doesn't like your topping, and you can tell because they will try to place microscopic amounts on it. This usually occurs with broccoli and ground black pepper for me. They have great pesto. Skip the tomato sauce and try it, if you can afford the calories. Soda: I love the touchscreen soda machine. The gelato is always excellent! Cons: the seating area is super loud , and it is communal seating. The fan motor in the air handler sounds like a bearing is bad. Annoying. I did point it out to the waitress. Go during non peak hours if you can. They get super busy at lunchtime. read more

The good news: The food was very good, very tasty. Great idea, build your own pizza. (I had the panini with a side salad, though.) Delicious! It's nice to finally have a new restaurant in downtown North Augusta. The not so good news: The dining room was loud (hard surfaces everywhere, not much to absorb sound), so loud that conversations were difficult. The ambient temperature was way too warm for my comfort. The wait was about 15 minutes in line to order, and another five or six minutes to be served. The line to order passes through a NARROW walkway, felt hemmed in. Not enjoyable. I'll definitely go back for the food, but it will be very hard to enjoy the experience if nothing is done to tone down the acoustics and to lower the dining room temperature during these hot months of late spring and summer. Finding a way to speed up ordering by about 10 minutes on a busy evening would enhance the experience, too. They don't want you ordering kids meals. Whether it's for you or your own kid. I like to grab food before I pick my child up on the way home,and we think the food is good, so I went to order a kid's meal and that's it. The man said I couldn't. I ended up getting this adult portion of food and paying more than anticipated for the order..ans paid more in general because this is after I already grabbed a salad for myself elsewhere. So....I dont know about coming back. At least not for a while because that really pisses me off. The staff seem pretty clueless. My kid ordered a kid's pizza, which comes with a drink. They made a regular pizza by mistake and they said I had to pay for a regular pizza since that's what they made. Ok whatever. The long line was what threw it off from 5 stars. It was not that long (about 4 - 5 couples ahead) and we waited 20 minutes before even getting to the counter to order. After ordering though, the lady was very helpful to my husband in assisting him to the table and help him get drinks. My husband walks with a cane. I was carrying a sleeping child so I could not. I have a gluten allergy, and the staff was extremely catering to my needs. When creating my pizza, they did so in the back to avoid cross contamination, and made sure I received all the toppings possible. One was missing olives,one had un-ordered onions, two were missing sun dried tomatoes, one was missing broccoli. I could gone on. Your Pie just opened a few days ago in our town, we went on their 2nd day, but arrived around 4 on a Saturday due to possibly crowds. We were surprised at the crowd already there. You do have to stand in line & order at counter, read the menu while in line so you will be ready. One size pizza, one price for as many toppings as you want. I had one of the specialty pizzas, they are all wood-fired. I know they also have Panninis & Salads. We both had the combo which meant salad & drink. The pizzas were delivered to our table while we were in line for our self-serve drinks & prior to getting salad. So either eat salad and pizza at same time or do not order salad, you can also use Gelato as your side. There were some bugs, you have long tables, so hope you do not mind eating with people you do not know, which I do not mind. The staff was not able to keep up with cleaning off the tables, I do not think they assigned anyone for that task, the owner/mgr was scrambling eventually to do that. You are supposed to take your used items to trash, etc when you leave, but not everyone did that, plus tables still need to be wiped off. One drink machine was being worked on & the one working some had no ice. There is counter seating, but part of the counter at bar area was full of pizza boxes, so no one could sit there. I enjoyed the gelato, I do not think anyone else in area carries that. We will go back, pizza is good, good prices, nice people & I am sure bugs will be worked out, nothing is perfect especially on 2nd day of opening. read more

They aren't equipped to handle crowds. Food was good but service was a nightmare. I ate here on opening day 5/12/2017 and they were right on it. Food was excellent, Toppings were plentiful, pizza crust was perfect. Service was incredible. Long line but it moved quickly (30 minute wait). I was impressed enough to come back a second time - which was a nightmare. I don't know what happened to them in 3 days. I went in again 5/15/2017 and the toppings were slapped on the dough without care, they were as plentiful as the first day. I had to correct the person writing down the order 5 times because she wasn't paying attention to what my order was. And they still got it wrong. My food never showed up. When I asked about it, they took another 15 minutes trying to find it. When I got it, it was cold. The salad was served with absolutely no dressing. I asked for some and they said they would bring it and didn't. Finally I asked a second time and they brought a skimpy cup of dressing. One of the coke freestyle machines was partially out of syrups and it was blazing hot in there. The AC unit really wasn't up to par. The staff seemed haggard, management seems distracted and overwhelmed. And this was after waiting in line for 45 minutes. I accepted my cold pizza because I got in line at 6:15 and it was 7:30 by the time it landed at my table. My friend who was with me, had finished his pizza before my food even arrived.
