I ate a ton of YourPie in college, so when I saw it was coming to town I got very excited. The best part is that it is better than I remember! I am a huge fan of the "build your own pizza" idea, especially since there is no limit to the number of toppings you can put on your personal pizza for $7.99. I have tried three of their pies and all have been very tasty. They have a small bar area if you would like a brew with your pizza also. I am also very impressed with their online ordering option. I have ordered a pie from my car getting ready to leave work, and picked it up on my way home. Perfect and easy and affordable! Still haven't tried the gelato or paninis, but one day I will get to it. read more

Wow! NA is lucky to have such a joint. Every time we drove by, it's always crowded. Decided to stop by on way home from work & ordered (4) 10" personal customized handmade pies. Love the rustic thin crust. Toppings were fresh and abundance. Get in line, order your pies, then sit down or wait for them to deliver. Spoke to the manager; said that they are building 2 more places in Augusta & Evans, before the year. The workers seemed friendly and energetic since the place was packed at 5:30 pm. Your Pie was described to me as the "Chipotle of pizza", and after visiting I agree. I like the concept but the line was moving quick and I didn't have time to be creative enough for my own creation, so I tried one of theirs. They threw it in the oven and we paid, then sat down outside (not a whole lot of seating inside unless you want a big table cafeteria-style). The pizza basically followed us out the door, so points for quick preparation. It was delicious; we split what was essentially a supreme and another with mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil (the name escapes me). Portions were great; I'd liken them to a small size at Mellow Mushroom but a little thinner - you don't feel conflicted after there's just one slice left because you feel dumb leaving one slice but too full to eat it; these are small enough to easily finish. Their method of serving beer is a little odd - I figured they might bring it out with/before our food since we took a little stand with a number (like a traditional restaurant would), but instead you're supposed to go over to their bar and grab it yourself. So I walked up and basically just told the bartender what we ordered, and he took my word that we actually paid for it. In retrospect I probably could have gotten away with whatever beer I wanted, but I wouldn't do that to a young restaurant. Service was a little awkward. Got "convinced" to consolidate our plates so she could take one back to the kitchen. That smooths out with time. I will definitely give them another shot in the future. I like their location, but I hate they are neighbors with the creepy clown-hell that is Gary's Hamburgers. read more

I loooooove this place. It is the subway of pizza and really allows each person to enjoy a pizza. I am super super picky about my pizza and i like things to taste a certain way - like the sauce isn't a sweet tomato sauce. Your Pie delivers. Their sauce is a tangy marinara sauce, the cheese is fresh and all the toppings are fresh. I have had the build your own usually on a wheat pie with pepperoni and salami. I will admit when they are making my pizza i always feel like I'm getting skimped on toppings until my beautiful personal pie comes out looking and tasting amazing. The crust is never soggy or under-cooked and there is hardly ever a wait even with a crowd. The only drawback and one thing that would make this pizzeria wonderful is the ability to have different sized pies - for the fatty in all of us that wants to eat a large pie by themselves - or the family that wants to share. read more

We are so excited to have a new pizza place in North Augusta! 3 stars is a pretty low rating but I think Your Pie has a few kinks to work out. It was not a terrible experience at all and there's a lot of potential. The line was super long and the service was very slow. The people making the pizzas seemed like they didn't really even know what some of the toppings were. My husband got a pepperoni and pineapple pizza and the pineapples were almost like shavings instead of chunks. I realize many of the staff are probably still being trained and it's a chaotic atmosphere so it'll take some time for them to find their rhythm and streamline things better. But for now it's kind of just a mediocre place. Pizza is ok and the salad is pretty good. The wood burning oven is a great touch and we liked the ambiance a lot! Looking forward to trying again in a few months after the newness wears off. read more

I've been a loyal customer since Your pie opened in North Augusta. I took a friend to lunch and he orders a pasta bowl the same way all the time. The employees do a great job they fill it up with everything he requests and top it off with some extra cheese. This time the manager came out and removed the cheese from the top of the pasta with her bare hands and threw it in the trash and Reprimanded the employee for not making the pasta bowl properly in front of all the other employees and a large line of customers. Then she grabbed another aluminum tin and remove half of the ingredients from the pasta bowl and threw it away claiming that it was overfilled and I might spill over in the oven. (isn't that why they have a scraper for the pizza oven!) At that point I got so frustrated I told her she might as well throw all the pasta in the trash and throw away my lunch order as well because I refuse to eat in this restaurant ever again! As someone who is from Miami Fl, this is the BEST pizza I have ever had. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful and no matter what time of day are happy to make pizza. Very good, fresh and tasty. On my first recent trip I ordered the Lineage signature pizza, without meat as I am a vegetarian. By the time we ordered and checked out our pizzas were being delivered to our table. I was so hungry that I immediately took a bite of my pizza while the server brought it over, it tasted good but a bit undercooked for my taste. The server ordered me another one and had them cook it longer and it was worth the wait, it was sooo much better cooked longer and crunchy crust. The waiter even gave me a box for the undercooked one so I could take it home. I reheated the pizza the next day for lunch and it was just as good and fresh as it just came out of the oven. Highly recommend. If you like it more like NY style crust and texture be sure to have them cook if for longer time. Enjoy! read more

If you are a family of four expect around ~$55 for just pizza and coke. The staff also acted quite disheveled the whole time we were there. Decided to come here after I saw someone's snap of the pizza they'd gotten from here. When we arrived the line was long and it was crowded. Surprisingly the line moved rather quickly. All of the tables on the inside were taken and we didn't want sit outside. I found a table but someone hadn't put their plates in the trash. Clean up after yourselves people. I asked someone could they clean the table and I'm assuming he was the manager. He asked a young man to clean the table and I could tell he didn't want to do it. The manager stepped up and cleaned the table himself. On to the moment you've been waiting for.. The pizza was delicious . The crust was thin and crisp. I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza added spinach and bell peppers. There was no additional charge for the extra toppings. They also have gelato. We tried butterfinger and it was okay. My friend and I have always seen Your Pie but never had gone in until we were recommended it by a friend. We went in with very high expectations. When we got inside and to the counter I let the cashier know that it was our first time and she met us with an exasperated sigh and sort of an eye roll "take your time." I work in customer service so I understand how frustrating it can be sometimes, however, most of the staff working acted as though we were a nuisance. When I finished ordering my 10 inch pizza combo she told me the total and I was shocked. 17 dollars. wow. The food at least was amazing but I was very unhappy with the service and prices. I was pleasantly surprised. This pizza place actually has the taste I remember from what I have eaten before while visiting the North. An Explosion of fresh flavor. I can't forget easily. It has been so long since I had. The staff were friendly and helpful. All staff I encountered were eager to help with anything I had asked. A few times the staff recognized my need before I could ask. I was pleased at the service I received. I was able to create my own pie (pizza) . Put in the mind of how Subway is set up with selection of toppings and being passed down till its ready to put in the stone oven for the better crust taste. I choose a mixture of cheese including fresh mozzarella, provolone, and some ricotta. There were others to chose from. Those are just a few examples of the cheese I chose myself. I also tried the Gelato. I had two separate flavors. I still can recall my Carmel choice in the first one. The drinks have a wide variety with a similar machine as it is in the Firehouse subs. The time isn't long for it to cook and enjoy. The cost is reasonably priced especially to have the choice of toppings without a limit on those. At least I didn't notice anything that said there would be should I have chosen more than the few I had chosen during my visit. I do really like this new concept of the make your pizza like a sub and get it how you like it. It's crazy it's taken this long for all of these to start popping up but I'm a fan for sure. I was not too impressed with the pizza at this one though. It seemed almost like the dough was spread so thin it hurt the overall flavor of the pie. I don't know if that's it but the pizza really wasn't much to write home about and a family of 4 cost me $32 and that's with me drinking a water. They cut the edges off the 10" for the kids meal and offered the kids extra dough back to them which was fun. Worst part was leaving I happened to notice a big red C on the door from the health inspector, so maybe keep an eye out to ensure that's improved before stopping in. read more

So, I may be one of the few people that don't quite get it. But, I just don't quite get it. I have been twice, and where I LOVE the concept, I think there is a huge lack in execution. The first time I went I was super disappointed. I took my pizza to go and when I got home and went to pick up a slice, the whole piece flopped down. There really wasn't a crust to speak of, and what was at the base was soft and extremely thin. I only ate about two pieces before I became too annoyed and threw the rest out. (It was essentially just veggies on soggy dough) after about a month I decided to try it again. This time I asked for a thicker dough, ordered my toppings, and asked for the gentlemen to cook it a little longer so it was crispy. I noticed he didn't translate the message to the guy managing the oven, but I decided to hope for the best and maybe it would be communicated later. I again took my pizza to go and as soon as I got home and pulled out a slice, the whole piece just flopped down. On top of that, I really didn't feel like any of my toppings had been "oven baked" either, they were about as raw coming out of the oven as they were going in. Well this place is hands up for me! You get a fresh made pizza in a brick oven imported from Italy they have 2 100+ coke soda stations, there's beer and even from the local brewery .Gelato ice cream and wine on site.If you don't feel like a pie make it in a sandwich or salad.At the grand opening yes the lines were long,40 minutes for me and plenty of time to study the menu like a school exam. The thing that gets me you can have as many topping without paying extra like the other places around town.I loaded mine up with my favs and a few new ones(they don't have Anchovies?) and 3 mins in that hot brick oven and yes! My dream pizza pie.The staff is new and the service will improve but this was opening night so on my second go round lets see. I was talking with the marketing manager and she was very informitive about thhe company and it's plans for more Your Pie in our area. Next will be Evans,Ga which seems to be the hot spot in the CSRA now for all new restaurants. I feel Your Pie will do well because of the concept and people will look for something different ,especially when you offer wheat dough,gluten free dough also, which also they only had Wheat dough left when I was there, no problem for me cause that's what I wanted anyway. So new to the neighborhood, first weekend open. The line was crazy long, waited about 40 minutes before making it to the front on the line. Got to order and was told there was no more white dough.... so we had to be healthy and get wheat dough. Overall the staff looked frustrated and stressed as hell, but that's normal for a first weekend. My husband got a basic pepperoni and I got the great white with some add ons. We also got an order of the bread sticks which were very yummy. Also got a yummy beer... can't have pizza without beer in my eye. Overall they are still working out some kinks, for example too much protein given on the pizzas, my pizza was not a great white due to she didn't add a sauce... and put way too much cheese on it... they ran out of number stands...but your pie is a great concept, and once they get their grasp on things the service I'm sure will go up!!! Tried to go to Your Pie for a friend's Birthday. They wouldn't reserve seating in advance, and when we got there they wouldn't help us get enough seating for 14. They told us we would have to grab tables as they became empty. We tried to do that, and then someone sat at a table we reserved. We said excuse me sir but we have this table reserved for a party of 14. This lead to a confrontation and the manager came over and took their side even though we were doing as they suggested. We ended up going to an old trusted standby. Too bad, I heard the food was good, but the management was unacceptable. I have never been to a restaurant that refused to help seat large groups with advanced warning. read more

Their page stated they were known for their pizza and craft beer. I would probably not mention the beer. They mostly had domestic on draft with a few cans of craft beer. We enjoyed our experience here. I had never been here before. It was nice to be able to make so many personal choices about your pizza. My pizza was actually cooked on wheat dough! So starting with your choice of dough, you then choose your own sauce, cheese, vegetable toppings, and meat toppings. They cook it in a hearth type oven and then bring it to you. It took a little longer than I expected, especially considering that we came during a slow period. Overall it was good. read more
