We went to this place for the first time and our experience was good but not terrific. The pizzas were great but they forgot my son's food order (Alfredo pasta) for a while so he had to wait while the rest of us ate. I was happy with the fact that they had ice cream for a quick and easy dessert. We will be back though. While out and about we decided to stop by Your Pie since I had never been there before. I opted to build my own pizza and am sure glad that I did. I had the wheat crust, half marinara-half alfredo sauce, mozzarella-shredded & fresh, feta, spinach, onions, artichoke hearts, bacon, sun dried tomatoes and fresh tomatoes. Man, was it ever good. Came to this location a few weeks ago as we were visiting from California. Staff were so nice and welcoming and the food was honestly so good! We shared 2 pizzas and a Cesar salad. Absolutely loved the flavors and the crust! Their sweet tea was very good as well, and overall service was 10/10. Worst experience possible... I chose curbside due to being unable to go inside as I was not dressed appropriately and also did not have shoes on and was just running up to grab a bite to eat since they claimed to offer curbside service. I arrived and attempted to call to let them know I was there (despite it being obvious based on my unique looking car that was indicated with the order and no other customers in the parking lot) and I then continued to sit there for more than 30 minutes, calling back to back- literally I called over 40 times (stalker status) and used two different phones to do so and not one time did I get an answer. I left a message, messaged them on social media and chose every option available when attempting to call. After being there for more than 30 minutes, I chose to drive and park at the front door and then even had to wait another at least 10 minutes, probably more before someone came out with my pizza... which mind you was just one personal sized pizza. They didn't ask who I was and this clearly indicated they were well aware who I was and that I I was waiting for my order the entire time. Of course by now the pizza was cold, the cheese was not even melted and all gross and the food was def. not worth the wait! I should not have paid for this and had I not prepaid I never would have even waited that long. I will NEVER return and do hope others see my review and choose a more customer based business to spend their money with as obviously this one could care less about customer service or satisfaction! I would like to also add they were not busy- as I stated no cars were in the parking lot and I only saw maybe one person go inside my entire time of sitting there... It was not during a busy time of day either and just a really unnecessary disappointing experience. If they don't want to do curbside, why offer it and if they don't want to have to answer their phones then why have a phone number online? They disrespected my time and my trust in spending my money at their business to receive a service and I honestly should be refunded- but it isn't worth the hassle... lesson certainly learned though! Ok Yeeps let me start by saying that my mom hates pizza. No, she's not weird, she's just...how do i say...a health food freak. She doesn't do greasy, fried, high carb, etc. If I asked her to dip something in ranch dressing, you'd think I asked her to go parachuteless skydiving. Atmosphere: It's smaller in size than the Southside location, so go early because it fills up fast. I've been here a few times so far, and it's always clean and well maintained. I like that they have a good selection of both bottled and draft beer available (more than just bud and bud light), because what goes better with pizza than ice cold beer, right? There's also patio seating outside which is a plus on those perfectly sunny afternoons. This was a great find today, I believe I am a pizza snob and Your Pie passed the test. We got a spicy Italian and another spicy pizza that has jalapeños and came with a hot honey sauce. Both pizzas were good and not greasy at all. We ordered to go and I ran next door to Winn Dixie to grab drinks. Shortly after coming back the pizza was ready to go. The staff was very friendly and fast. The only reason I gave this place a 4 is because the empty tables needed to be cleaned. I've been here a few times now with my office. I usually get the chicken Cesar salad but they recently got a cauliflower crust pizza and so I tried that this past visit. It was actually good! They also offer pasta now and gluten free crust. Everyone at my office likes something different so we do well at this place. Service is usually pretty decent. Younger kids working, the booths and tables could be a bit cleaner. Came one time and there was no ice in the soda machine so it took awhile for them to refill it. This place stays pretty busy but the line moves quick for personal pizza place. You can make up your own pizza, pasta or salad with any toppings or crust.
