I am posting this review to express my sincere disappointment about my visit to the restaurant on October 25th at 5:30pm I would like to start by saying I am a long time customer of Your Pizza Pie, the food has always been delicious but after my experience today I will not be doing business with them anymore. While normally I am picking up my own food today I was picking up a delivery for a customer of the restaurant. Upon receiving the order the drinks were improperly packaged causing the lid to come off and allowing them to spill in my car when I placed them in the cup holder. I went back into the establishment to ask for them to be remade however the Manager "T" informed me that it was not his problem the drinks spilled and that it was my fault, he insisted that he could not give me free items despite him not packaging the drink holder properly. After waiting on hold with support for over 10 minutes along with the manager "T" I decided to pay for the drinks out of my own pocket as the customers food was getting cold and "T" was clearly not concerned with the time frame of the delivery. I have had thousands of interactions with restaurant employees as have I worked for many food establishments myself. With that context included have never experienced such unfriendly, unprofessional treatment from an employee let alone a manager as I have with "T" I understand that the business cannot give away free items however it was less than 60 seconds that I came back with the damaged cup from the improperly packaged order. The fact that it was a fountain drink and not food reflects the mindset and unprofessionalism of this restaurant. The rude remarks made by "T" is shocking and unprovoked. I would avoid this establishment when "T" is working as he is not well trained in customer hospitality or professionalism. read more

We ordered the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, Pesto Pasta, and Cheese Bread with a salad (which they forgot) and honestly, it was all pretty disappointing. The pizza was dry, limited toppings, and the pasta noodles were not thoroughly sauced so most noodles were bone-dry, and stuck together. The cheese bread was the best part, though I ordered both marinara and ranch for dipping sauce and they only provided marinara. Not only was the food disappointing, but their lack of attention to detail was immensely frustrating. I placed the order and sent my partner for pick up, and of course, my partner didn't check before arriving home with NO SALAD and NO DIPPING SAUCES for that arid, bone-dry pizza and pasta. I asked if he had anymore wheat dough he said he didn't know. Needed to ask the manager. Manager confirms they do and I asked for a large wheat. He pulled out a very small pie so I repeated again that I wanted a 14" wheat if they had it and he says they do and it is. Okay whatever at this point I'm slightly annoyed but he swears it's a large so I let him continue. He starts putting my pizza together and doesn't know what/where most of the ingredients are but like I said I had time so no issue waiting for him to figure it out. Now him and the manager switch out and she finishes my pizza because he did not know where the plant based sausage was. Before she puts my pizza in the oven I ask again hey is that a large pizza. She says no.. it's a 10". I know a 10" won't feed who I'm expecting this pizza to feed but I say okay whatever, no biggie since they're understaffed I'll just get a salad to make up for not having a big enough pizza. The manager tells me to grab a side salad. She says they don't have any larges made and is too busy eyeing how many other customers are coming in the door to even apologize for my inconvenience. She basically said she wouldn't have time to make me the salad because they are short staffed. I don't understand. I had time to wait for you to make my pizza (WRONG) but you don't have time to make me a Greek salad with no banana peppers? Wow. Speaks volumes on the management here. The biggest red flag: NO ONE (manager included) washed their hands the entire time I was in the location. They wore gloves (cue the Thank God from earlier) but in between making food and completely other tasks NO ONE washed their hands. GROSS. Here's the most annoying part of my visit. I live upstairs. I was excited to see this coming to the neighborhood during construction as I frequented the Suwanee location before I moved ITP. They opened on 12/8/17 and I figured I would give them a little time before trying it as new places generally require a few weeks to work out the kinks. I visited on a Friday at about 5:30 pm. I parked in the garage as this location has a store front below The George Apartment building. The garage is free parking. My plan was to order a pizza to go and sit at the bar and have a beer while I waited for my pizza. Fail! Their bar is there, but not yet functional. I was rather disappointed to see their bar being empty with a sign stating it would be added in 2018. Oh well. I walked up, placed my order, paid and waited about 5-7 minutes for my pizza to cook. Surprisingly, the place was relatively empty. There was a group dining in and that was it, but it's also a holiday weekend. It seemed like there was way more staff working than required, as they were standing around talking, as I imagine they were bored as hell. My pizza was delicious! I didn't have the gelato this time, but I've had it at other locations and it's amazing too. I will definitely come back, hopefully when the bar is up and running! Came to this location because I won a giveaway and this is BY FAR my favorite Your Pie location! The staff was friendly, the space is amazing, and my boyfriend and I got to play throwback video games to end our night. The food was absolutely amazing (as always at Your Pie) but we were just stunned that the location was so beautiful! They have an outside area, a Rick & Morty mural (that my bf was obsessed with), and did I mention the old school video games?! Our food was done in about 10 minutes, and we also had the lemonade frozen alcoholic drink and the rosé in a can (that is more oz than the glass bottle that they offer - same price) that was all delicious! Parking was a breeze as there was ample parking space in the garage, and although there was a large group dining together it was like they weren't even there because it wasn't loud at all. How has this place gone down so quickly? It was dirty on the inside like no tables were cleaned off but I decided to still order since it was takeout. Do not order a salad from there. I watched them inspect to see if the premade salad was old or not by looking at the top and the bottom of the container and choosing which one looked best to serve. The people working there just seemed very uninterested in their job. They took forever. They didn't speak. They didn't know how to do anything like ringing up or making the pizzas. One of the employees had to tell another employee and then another employee to help me after standing there for 5 min with no one else in the place. I appreciated that there was no up charge. My son and his friend both got pepperoni with white crust. It was really good. The white dough was softer than mine. The wheat dough was crispy but I enjoyed it. The customer service was really outstanding. There were team members waiting for you to finish to take your trays and whatever else you needed. It's hard to find good pizza so I wasn't sure what to expect at Your Pie. I have heard great things about the chain but finally decided to try this particular location out during their grand opening for selling alcohol. I had to circle the block to find parking since I was unfamiliar with the area but ended up parking in the rear of the restaurant right next to the place. On this particular Friday night they were jam packed but the line went fast. The menu is on the wall so during our wait we created our ideal pizza that we would order. The ordering process was simple you had your choice of crust, toppings and all the pizza came in one size and at the same price $8.50, we both ordered our own pizza. All the ingredients were fresh and they had a large selection to choose from. The staff was super friendly yet they made sure the line moved quickly. There is plenty of open seating and the staff made sure the tables were cleaned off. My friend and I both ordered drinks with our pizza, she had a glass of red wine and I had a mixed drink called The Bootlegger. My drink was awesome and I will be sure to order the same one next time I come back. The pizza was absolutely delicious the sauce was good and the crust was thin.
