I have passed by this place for 15 years and never stopped. Sunday, drove by and looked up the reviews and wow-they were in impressive. Went for lunch today and it was great! I had the Kung Pao Chicken lunch special. It comes with a salad-peanut dressing was great. Rice soup-needed a bit more punch. The main meal was a small egg roll, rice, and chicken with cabbage, carrots, and broccoli. I would order it again. My date had the #13 and it was a creamy yummy soup with green onions and tomatoes. My grandmother told me about this little place. When I arrived I was a little concerned because it was a bit shabby on the outside and no cars were there. When I arrived the lady greeted me with a smile .I decided to dine in and order the general chiken.Lets say never judge a book by its cover because the food was DELICIOUS. This Thai restaurant was a little hidden jem because it's in the middle of spring branch. I've had the Thai basil chicken, pad Thai, red curry and Tom yum soup. Everything tasted good but the closes to actual Thai native dishes were the Thai basil chicken and red curry. The Tom yum soup didn't taste like Tom yum much but over all an ok experience. I'm giving it 4 stars because the owner or the person working the register was really nice. read more

Genuinely delicious food, although the medium spicy was more mild+ spice level. We tried a curry chicken, spicy noodle with shrimp and a vegetable dish. You can pick your protein for each dish. There is a refrigerator with bottled drinks including some Asian favorites. The only downside, which was not apparent from the other glowing reviews, is that the restaurant is situated in a run down plaza with barred doors and windows which makes the area seem less safe. We went to this old local restaurant in Spring Branch called Your Kitchen at Long Point & Bunker Hill to try the new Thai food that they're now featuring under new management. It's a tiny place that has been open at least 15 years selling hamburgers and Chinese food. They still do, for now, but have added several classic Thai dishes. We had two spicy basil dishes, one with chicken and wide noodles (our favorite) and one with beef and rice. Absolutely delicious. The veggies were crisp, meats were good, and the sauces were great. FYI Medium heat level was pretty dang spicy! The stand-alone building is small and nondescript, but the interior is fresh, inviting, and spotless. We cannot believe our good luck to live right around the corner from this place! We order at least once a week ... mostly takeout but we have dined in often as well. Our hands down favorites are: green curry (with pork or chicken) and spicy basil noodles with beef. We always get our dishes Thai or Superman HOT!! The green curry is loaded with veggies. This is honestly the S P O T for Chinese food. Their cheese rolls are so goood!!! Also their chicken spring rolls are pretty good. I wish I would've taken pictures of the food. I also ordered their sesame chicken with fried rices, orange chicken with friend rice and their house lo mein. It was the right amount of filling! They have been open for two years. I wish I'd known about this place sooner. Did a google search and wanted good, inexpensive Thai/Chinese. This place came up with great reviews but I questioned the look of the building from posts. Don't let the outdated strip mall type setting keep you from their delicious food. I've been twice since finding it two weeks ago. We've ordered around 9 different dishes so far and all were perfectly prepared and delicious. You can choose your preferred level of heat 1-Thai hot 5 (Superman HOT). We mix it up from 3-4 heat and there's plenty of spice to open your sinuses. Very good. The vegetables are fresh and crunchy and doesn't seem like they use much (if any) msg because there's no tingly tongue, salty feeling after eating here. They have a drive through which is a plus. I also saw door dash pick ups. I asked them if they were crazy busy during lunchtime or a hidden gem. They are hidden gem. Their cream of Tom Yum Soup is yum yum satisfying. Yellow curry, green curry, lo mein, spicy basil stir fried flat noodles, Kung pao ** really can't go wrong. All super. They are also BYOB if you're into that. Came for the red curry with chicken. I ordered it spicy and it had some good heat but not melt your face hot. The flavor was very good. I might order extra chicken next time since I think the regular order couldn't use a little more. My son got the general chicken and it was good too.
