She also works with you from start to finish, scheduling an initial planning meeting (this took place at our venue) where she listens and jots down what you expect as well as adding her own artistic design/thought. Day of the event she was extremely late for the set up, showing up only 20 mins before the party and was still setting up when the guests arrived. After they finish setting up, she tells me that she didn't do the blue icing filling for the cupcakes so now I have nothing to reveal! I was furious! She didn't bother to use her table linen and left the existing one already on the table. We had to scramble and buy another prop to use for the reveal. I expressed my disappointment and that I wanted at least a partial refund but of course never heard from her again. She was also late picking up her equipment when we accommodated her to pick up the next day. For the amount paid, the service was truly lacking. If you're planning an event, go with a real professional instead.

When I called to ask if they could assist us, Carolina was so warm and friendly over the phone--she just told me to come by anytime. The moment I walked into the store, I was immediately impressed with all the beautiful gowns and accessories on display. He is extremely professional and exudes good vibes all around! My mom, my now husband, and I KNEW we wanted him to DJ our wedding immediately after our first meeting. To begin, he came to the venue (backyard reception at my mom's home) months prior to the event and helped my mom figure out details like where the bar & bartender would be, where our grand entrance would be, whether she should get square or rectangle tables, where the food (buffet) was going to be served, where the dance floor was, etc. He essentially acted as a wedding coordinator as well as a DJ. Before the event we had a few conference calls with Mike to ensure we were all on the same page. I really really appreciated this because I'm a huge planner and I like to know exactly what's going on at all times. I didn't really have any worries at any point during the planning process because I just knew Mike would come through. He is truly amazing at what he does. The day of our reception, Michael kept the party going and just as I expected, everything went exactly as planned. The music, the lighting (he had some beautiful color changing lights that he scattered throughout the venue which came on at night, truly gorgeous), the energy, it was all just perfect. Shortly after, Michael called me and we talked about my party and what I was looking for. I saw on the site, they also offer Photobooths so I asked if it was possible to make a slight change to the photobooth and personalize it a bit for my party and sure enough, they were able to accommodate! I booked a DeeJay and Photobooth package. I got directed to their client login site (awesome) and I was able to include music, change and edit the timeline and add special requests of music. That client site made it so easy to plan my party the way I wanted it to be. DJ Cali was my DJ, she showed up looking gorgeous for my fancy birthday and she was ready to hype up the party as needed. All the music I had asked for were played and during our special dance...the Dancing on Clouds added such an emotional touch to our heartfelt song. It was BEYOND BEAUTIFUL! Professional, Communicative, Efficient and Wonderful would be the best words to describe what you are paying for when You decide to book them for an event. I order a small 10x10 jumper and made sure my measurements were correct to fit the 15x15 requirement. However, I forgot about the height, my bad. So, I asked to take it in the backyard and I would pay the fee for the steps, which the guy had to count every step in order to calculate my fee. Money was not the issue and just wanted my son to have a great birthday but the delivery driver was super rude and stated he did not have a long enough cord. So, I told him no problem my husband will go buy a 20ft extension cord because you can't double up the cords, no problem. I was willing to go buy it and then his excuse was that it would not put out enough power even though I have a whole entire separate studio in the backyard with its own power. The man made every excuse to not take the jumper downstairs and had stated I would need a generator and I said okay that is fine and I will pay for the generator but he stated that they didn't carry any when it states clearly on the website that they do. So, they ended up canceling my scheduled appointment for the jumper and refused to give me any of my money back even though I was willing to pay and work around every obstacle that he threw at me. Horrible service and will not recommend to anyone unless you wish to loose out on $294 dollars then be my guest and schedule.
