Where to begin. Oh I know... HIRE DANIELLE. Price: SO reasonable. By far the best deal out of all the wedding planners I spoke to. Support: Endless. She'd take multiple calls to walk through logistics, prepped me for scenarios I hadn't thought of, and took the lead on coordinating with all my vendors. She'd check in just to make sure I was doing well multiple times too. Her experience with the Southern California area really shown through because she had insight to which vendors would meet my needs and which of my ideas would thrive. Organization: Insane. Not a single thing went wrong during my wedding. The vendors only had 2 hours to move everything in and one hour to remove everything and it went seamlessly. I mean we had 230+ guests and no one had to wait for the buffet line for more than 20 min! Everyone who was a part of the wedding knew exactly where they needed to be and we stayed on schedule. Look. I know there are so many wedding planners out there. But Danielle is a USC business school boss and takes this job so seriously. Attention all brides, especially those considering having a #covidwedding in the next year or two: Hire Steadfast Events today! I am a #covidmob (mother of the bride) who put together a wedding in four weeks, and was referred to Danielle at the end of week three. She met with the bride and me, made suggestions and was hired that day! Background: We hosted 10 guests, for a total of 14 people, in a backyard ceremony and dinner, with a reception for another two dozen people on our front lawn in between the two. Social distancing was maintained and there were three parts to our daughter's special day. Danielle not only shared her vast wedding experience, but stepped into the catering role by assembling, plating, and serving food prepared by the catering company. What I thought would be good food served at room temperature (with me spending much of my time in my kitchen), became a four course meal, with the entree served hot! Throughout the afternoon/evening, Danielle asked my daughter if there was anything she needed, and made her feel like the bride she was!!! Getting my husband to take a shower, and keep everyone on time, made her worth her weight in gold!!! Do NOT think you can't host a very special wedding in your backyard, but by hiring Steadfast Events, YOU will also enjoy a wonderful day. I can't even begin to imagine my wedding without Danielle @ Steadfast Events. My husband & I are very picky & hard to please to say the least but just the fact we had zero complaints is a miracle in itself. From our first initial meeting to the end of my wedding night everything was so meticulous & taken care of. We had a cake catastrophe & Danielle handled it like a BOSS. She worked with the florist & made it look beautiful. Even complained to the cake company it wasnt what we paid for & got it refunded. I had no idea until the next day. I can't thank her enough. I am so grateful to Danielle for being the best wedding planner and day of coordinator. She was incredibly thoughtful and knowledgable. Even though she was our day of coordinator, she went above and beyond and helped out with all sorts of things before the wedding day from the makeup schedule for the bridal party to looking over our wine order. I completely concur with the other reviewers. I was one of those type A brides who thought that even though this was the first (and hopefully only) wedding I'm ever going to plan from A to Z that I didn't need any help. I was really thinking that I wouldn't need a day of coordinator, but my venue made it mandatory and I read great things about Danielle, so I went with her and I'm SO GLAD I DID. I literally would not have survived the day without her. I live in NYC but was planning an LA wedding and Danielle knows the ins and outs of everywhere in LA so well, including my venue. She was able to easily answer any small questions I had about the area or about wedding planning in general. She was always easy to reach and very positive and willing to help with everything. She was so thoughtful and thorough and always seemed to think of all the things/details that I could never have even thought of having never planned a wedding myself. Without her, I'm certain my wedding day would've fallen apart and I would've had an emotional breakdown. I could trust her with any and every task and she really went above and beyond making my day run smoothly and taking everything off my hands to allow me to enjoy my own wedding. If you're getting married, you NEED Danielle in your life! I am a control freak, and wanted to do my entire wedding all on my own because I thought that was the only way to make sure it went right. However, I panicked of course, because I also did not want to be bothered at all on the day of the wedding so I could be 100% present with my family, friends and husband.
