FIVE Stars Stranded…read moreon I-75? John is your answer. My spouse and I were stranded on I-75 at 4 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon--the absolute worst time, with traffic flowing in both directions as people headed to and from South Florida. We were stressed and uncertain, but John arrived and completely turned our experience around. From the moment he picked us up, John explained everything he was doing and kept us engaged the entire time. He's genuinely entertaining--sharing stories about his family-owned business with warmth and pride. He even gave us great recommendations for local restaurants in the area, which meant a lot when we were feeling out of sorts. But what really stood out? John stopped what he was doing on a Sunday afternoon. He drove over an hour to get our car then took us to a local automotive shop, and then STILL made sure we got home safely in the dark!! above and beyond!! We're older Americans, and he treated us with the kind of respect and care you'd show your own parents. That level of kindness and professionalism is rare. Tell your mom I said Hi and she raised a great son! Spencer Towing isn't just a service--it's a reflection of John's character. Locally owned and operated, and it shows in every interaction. We will never call anyone else. THANK YOU, JOHN. THANK YOU. THANK YOU.

I tried the number they have on Google, which is different from the one they have on Yelp. I tried twice and it hung up on me immediately both times. This was Friday and now it is Monday. Still no reply from these guys. Only 2 reviews and I feel like they must be fake because surely someone would have called me by now or replied to my message. Also their address is an apartment complex next to a pool. So...yeah. Sketchy. If your car won't start and it isn't the battery, use a car jack handle and a hammer and tap on the starter rhythmically while someone else starts your vehicle. This business has been in operation for over 30 years since I got my older car fixed by them when I…read morewas in high school and had my first accident in 1989. I decided to look them up to see if they could repair some damage to our SUV when we were rear ended on I-4. I found that they moved to Debary but kept the same name. If you need a body shop that puts quality first before quantity, check with them for your repair needs. Not only are they willing to work with you but will ensure that you know all you need to about dealing with insurance companies. I want to share the experience I had because I think it is above and beyond what I would expect from any business. I spoke to the insured's insurance company (National General) regarding getting things organized for the repair of the vehicle. Everything seemed to be going smoothly as I turned in my vehicle to OCC. I received a call from the insurance company that had supplied the rental vehicle saying that they spoke to OCC stating that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. So I brought the vehicle back to Enterprise rentals and then they drove me to OCC. All of the representatives of Enterprise had nothing but great things to say about OCC. When I got to the body shop, my car was still up on the rack getting repaired since when they took the car apart to repair it, there was more damage underneath to fix. Come to find out they spoke to the insurance adjuster and got it approved to fix the remaining damage but the adjuster never notified the rental company to extend the reservation nor did they tell me this. The owner of OCC saw what had happened and worked on my behalf with the insurance company to make sure that I was not without a vehicle to drive. Most businesses would have just let me sink or swim by letting me find a way to get transportation. Not to mention, when I was talking to the insurance company, the lady said affirmatively that it was 5 o clock and the other agent was gone for the day which basically said she was not going to help me. If not for OCC, I would have ended up having to spend money out of pocket than have the insurance pick up the charge. I will take my car back to them for any future repairs. Appearances of the owner / employees does not describe their character. Nice people to deal with as well as knowledgeable. The SUV looks great too.
