Before I even hung the phone up with my roadside assistance customer service, I received a text message from VIP towing that said they were already in route to my vehicles location and would be there with would be at my location within five minutes. I immediately called them because my roadsides service had give me a ETA of 60 minutes. VIP Towing answered immediately, and proceeded to tell me that they were in route and would be at my vehicle in 3 minutes bu that time. I was actually at home and my vehicle was a mile away from my house. VIP Towing Company beat me to my cars location and had my car hooked up, on the tow truck and pulling out of the parking lot, in LESS Then, 15 minutes from the time my roadside assistance service sent out a request to then requesting service for my vehicle. I would recommend VIP Towing to anyone for anything. I also had to use their service again today, Wednesday, March 27th 2024. Once again, they arrived at my disabled cars location in less than five minutes after being dispatched by my roadside service. And, just like before, they had my car hooked up, only Joe truck, and pulling out of the parking lot in about 15 minutes or less after being dispatched by my roadside service. I knew I needed a very highly skill team to do the installation since this is not only a safety concern but also involves working on a new vehicle with some fairly innovative features that allows it to be flat towed. After meeting with Sidney the owner and his wife I knew I had found the expertise I was hoping for, Sidney looked over all the components I purchased directly from RoadMaster and we scheduled the installation. We have attached a photograph of an actual instrument cluster of a van Longwood is currently advertising. If you zoom in on the photo you will see it is an aftermarket speedometer bolted in with 4 bolts. It is not the factory original gauge that came with the van. We estimate that this van has closer to a half a million miles rather than the 135,707 they claim. If you have purchased a step van from Longwood Truck Center with an odometer that has a PRICOL or VDO replacemment speedometer/odometer please reach out to us, or contact your attorney.
