When our towing schedule unexpectedly went awry (through no fault of his company), he immediately stepped in, responded quickly, and made sure my husband and our truck were picked up without delay. What really stood out is Eric's professionalism, dedication, and integrity. He didn't just treat us like customers--he treated us with genuine care and urgency. It's rare these days to find someone who is so committed to doing the right thing and going the extra mile. On top of that, Eric is a veteran, and his shop reflects those same values of service, honor, and commitment. It's clear that Seigel Towing & Recovery is veteran-oriented, and that pride shows in the quality of service they provide. I cannot recommend Seigel Towing & Recovery enough--if you ever need towing or recovery services, this is the company you want on your side! Thank you Mr. Eric!

I never used it to tow with , I'm 63 years old, and it lasted less than 7,000 miles since rebuild . it's out of warranty with them now, I call them , they say I will have the owner call , instead no response , I will never call them or use them again . be careful if you use them . I really drive this Avalanche easy and out of nowhere no foward or reverse . I feel i was taken . and they did a poor job. thanks. They responded to me on this site unfortunately they never called me back . The person who responded on this site , mentioned even though it was out of warranty they would possibly do something, they said they were pretty dishes in the review I left, I was more disappointed when I had to pay the tow truck driver 120.00 to tow this vehicle to my residence because it will not move one inch under its own power , and thinking after having a company that I asked all the people in the auto business where to get it fixed and they all said use this place , they are the best around . So maybe I should have waited longer to give this review. But in the end this transmission isn't making my truck move and by the way even though I never mentioned it when you guys put on the new trans cooler you took the horns off my truck and they were never put back on. So since the trans was rebuilt Ithe horns ( beep beep ) are just gone ???

This business has been in operation for over 30 years since I got my older car fixed by them when I…read morewas in high school and had my first accident in 1989. I decided to look them up to see if they could repair some damage to our SUV when we were rear ended on I-4. I found that they moved to Debary but kept the same name. If you need a body shop that puts quality first before quantity, check with them for your repair needs. Not only are they willing to work with you but will ensure that you know all you need to about dealing with insurance companies. I want to share the experience I had because I think it is above and beyond what I would expect from any business. I spoke to the insured's insurance company (National General) regarding getting things organized for the repair of the vehicle. Everything seemed to be going smoothly as I turned in my vehicle to OCC. I received a call from the insurance company that had supplied the rental vehicle saying that they spoke to OCC stating that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. So I brought the vehicle back to Enterprise rentals and then they drove me to OCC. All of the representatives of Enterprise had nothing but great things to say about OCC. When I got to the body shop, my car was still up on the rack getting repaired since when they took the car apart to repair it, there was more damage underneath to fix. Come to find out they spoke to the insurance adjuster and got it approved to fix the remaining damage but the adjuster never notified the rental company to extend the reservation nor did they tell me this. The owner of OCC saw what had happened and worked on my behalf with the insurance company to make sure that I was not without a vehicle to drive. Most businesses would have just let me sink or swim by letting me find a way to get transportation. Not to mention, when I was talking to the insurance company, the lady said affirmatively that it was 5 o clock and the other agent was gone for the day which basically said she was not going to help me. If not for OCC, I would have ended up having to spend money out of pocket than have the insurance pick up the charge. I will take my car back to them for any future repairs. Appearances of the owner / employees does not describe their character. Nice people to deal with as well as knowledgeable. The SUV looks great too.
