Our masseuse's asked what pressure level we liked and kept it consistent throughout the entire massage. They also asked what to focus on, I said shoulders. They truly listen and tends to your needs. It was about $60 per person for our massage (before tip). I recommend getting there a little early. We were late, and they are normally booked up. If they could change anything it would be adding essential oil smells to the massage and more hot towels. The space itself is clean and welcoming. We felt relaxed the entire time. Nicole definitely knew what she was doing! I did the 60 min deep tissue. She was very strong and attentive. She immediately found all my knots and some tight spots I didn't even know about. She recommended next time to do 90min and that I would see the best therapeutic results with a massage every 2 weeks. I would come back again and see Nicole! I do wish there was less sound bleeding and maybe the ability to turn the lights down lower/music up a little, but otherwise I had a great experience.

I go to a small private gym nearby, and because many of us train hard and regularly need massages for recovery, I've had good experiences at Serenity Spa in the past and felt comfortable recommending this location to several people from my gym. Unfortunately, one of the people I recommended it to recently went with her daughter for a mother-daughter spa day, which was especially disappointing because it was her daughter's first spa experience. According to my friend, during their massages, one of the therapists was repeatedly coughing throughout the service and was also passing gas multiple times. On top of that, one of the therapists was about 10 minutes late to the appointment, yet the session was not extended or otherwise made up for. When you pay for a service for a specific amount of time, I would expect to receive the full amount of time that was purchased. I completely understand that unexpected things can happen, but the combination of the therapist being late, the shortened service, and the overall lack of professionalism made the experience extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. It's especially disappointing to hear this after I had personally recommended the spa based on my previous positive experiences. Unfortunately, if this is the level of professionalism and service being provided, I can no longer confidently recommend this location to others.
