They start with massaging your head, shoulders and upper body while your feet soak in water. After about 15 mins they get to your feet. If you are active like me and have sore feet this is a must try. For the last 15 minutes they flip you over and massage your whole body. I always seem to pass out. Next I have to leave a review on the scalp treatment they now provide. I have seen this all over the internet and have been wanting to try it. This location is the only place I know of that has it in or near Concord. The price is very affordable and you can add on a foot massage. Well I booked an appointment and let me tell you, I have never walked out of a massage place smiling and feeling so refreshed. I highly recommend the scalp treatment, we don't realize how much stress we carry in our head and for someone who uses their brain a lot for work lol this just released all stress and tension I had.

There was a massage I got once that I felt was on the really light side on the foot part, but once we got to my hips and glutes, definitely didn't know I had some tightness there. As for tipping, I haven't really experienced issues myself, but I did hear them kinda judge on tips when the customer was gone in Chinese. Mainly asking how much she got and said the number. It was explained that my masseuse (Sunny!) had only been working here for 2 weeks with limited avail on Sunday and Thursday. Sunny was amazing and checked in with me often to give me just the right amount of pressure to get my knots out. She could tell I was sore and didn't want to use her elbows which would have made it worse. She also gave me a wonderful first time foot reflexology + leg massage experience.
