Ok, as for language barriers- typically I do not have issues with my masseuses because I can speak…read moreChinese. This is no exception. This is still one of the cheapest places for reflexology in the area. They do have cash pricing so use that. I just get the 30 minute foot/30 minute body, which is in a communal massage area. It's ok for me. I'm not complaining since this is usually how reflexology places work and you're fully clothed. I usually have good experiences here. Usually I have a male massage me, and they tend to be super heavy handed, just the way I like it. There was a massage I got once that I felt was on the really light side on the foot part, but once we got to my hips and glutes, definitely didn't know I had some tightness there. As for tipping, I haven't really experienced issues myself, but I did hear them kinda judge on tips when the customer was gone in Chinese. Mainly asking how much she got and said the number. I would say it's better than getting a pedicure, so I much rather spend $55 on a foot massage (cash price in June 2026) than a pedicure.

The lighting and music were nice, but a ticking clock next to me made it hard to relax. During the service, multiple staff rotated in and out, I had three different people massaging me. The massage felt too rough and overall chaotic rather than calming. I was asked to pay before the service, and when I tipped 15% at the end, the therapist seemed disappointed. Everyone was very nice, but the experience was not relaxing and left me disappointed.

They have helped me successfully by reducing my numb arm/nerve issues by almost 100 percent. I've tried one male on a chair, and 3 females, mercy, Nancy, and carrie. My husband and I will be forever customers now. We both love massages and he's on board with me about this place.

The massage itself was okay, but I was disappointed overall. I spent a lot of time reading reviews…read moreabout this place because I appreciated the honest feedback about the masseuses. Based on those reviews, I carefully selected the masseuse I thought would work best for my shoulder tension and knots. Unfortunately, I did not get the person I originally booked, and no one informed me of the change beforehand. The same thing happened to my friend as well. Additionally, during the check-in process, the front desk never gave me a card or questionnaire to fill out regarding the focus areas for my massage. Since this was both my friend's and my first experience here, I expected better communication and a more thorough process. Instead, the experience left me disappointed and a bit shaken. Another awkward part of the experience was the checkout process. At the end of the session, they wait for you at the front desk expecting a tip. Of course I planned to tip, but the pressure and expectation made the experience uncomfortable. One especially odd part of the Signature Massage was that the masseuse inserted her fingers into both of my ear canals without warning. I was completely caught off guard and really disliked that part of the service.

At 4:55 she came in and said that they were being delayed and would have to turn mine to a 90 min because they have another guest coming at 6:30. Okay unfortunate but no big deal. Life happens. The masseuse begin at 5 and then at 5:50 she starts wiping the oil off with the hot towel and promptly ends at 6. Saying all done. I kept telling her we had 30 more minutes but there was language barrier. So whatever fine I got dressed. When I came to the front counter to pay she still trying to charge me for 90 minutes, I calmly explained that we only did the massage for 1 hour, the masseuse was sweet so I still tipped her 60 bucks like I normally do for a 2 hour sesh and just expressed that I should only be paying for 1 hour since that's all I received. She then started yelling at me that we don't like people who try to steal and took 20 dollars out her purse and threw at me and said I can't take the discount off the card. I told her nicely like hey. I'm not penny pinching or dishonest. I don't need your 20 dollars cash because I havnt even paid yet. Can you kindly just charge me for 1 hour and I will be in my merry way. And she continued to berate me while charging my card. Like what is going on I could've lied, taken your 20 dollars and walked out with a free massage but I was honest. No one is trying to pull One over on you or steal, I just only wanted to pay for services rendered. This will be the last time I patronage your business.
