Not only is the lady at the front super sweet and accommodating, but the foot massages are so amazing! We are a family of four and the foot massage room is absolutely perfect for us - mommy and daddy take up two beds, and the kids take the other two beds. The kids get the 30 minute foot massage and then relax for the next 30 while the parents get an hour massage - loves it! It cost $60 each for the adults and $30 each for the kids (under 7yo). Such a nice and pleasant experience - can't wait to be back!

I have been coming to Palace Spa for years but mainly for a Swedish massage. I recently had tried…read moretheir reflexology massage which was amazing. They have a separate open room with about 6 chairs in it, lights are very dim and the room is quiet. I did the 60 min foot reflexology and it was amazing. They start with massaging your head, shoulders and upper body while your feet soak in water. After about 15 mins they get to your feet. If you are active like me and have sore feet this is a must try. For the last 15 minutes they flip you over and massage your whole body. I always seem to pass out. Next I have to leave a review on the scalp treatment they now provide. I have seen this all over the internet and have been wanting to try it. This location is the only place I know of that has it in or near Concord. The price is very affordable and you can add on a foot massage. Well I booked an appointment and let me tell you, I have never walked out of a massage place smiling and feeling so refreshed. I highly recommend the scalp treatment, we don't realize how much stress we carry in our head and for someone who uses their brain a lot for work lol this just released all stress and tension I had.

I've had sessions with three different therapists, and they've all been great, but Kelly's deep tissue massage is my favorite. She really knows how to work out the knots and tension and I always feel rejuvenated after my sessions. The place is always clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The staff is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of care you get. I've become a regular and definitely plan to keep coming back.

I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. My husband and I are loyal customers and…read morehave been coming here every single week for massages. I am 37 weeks pregnant, and instead of being treated with care and respect, I was treated terribly. The woman who answered the phone initially refused to book my appointment simply because I am pregnant. After she spoke with the manager, instead of apologizing for the confusion, she told me I would have to pay more just because I'm pregnant. This is completely unacceptable. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, even though I have been a regular customer for a long time. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have never had this issue before. It seems that ever since there has been a new person answering the phone, the policies have suddenly changed, and customers are being given inconsistent and inaccurate information. Loyal customers deserve better treatment than this. Instead of valuing repeat business, they chose to make me feel like a burden because I'm pregnant. I will seriously reconsider returning after this experience and hope management addresses both the poor customer service and the way pregnant customers are treated.

This is still one of the cheapest places for reflexology in the area. They do have cash pricing so use that. I just get the 30 minute foot/30 minute body, which is in a communal massage area. It's ok for me. I'm not complaining since this is usually how reflexology places work and you're fully clothed. I usually have good experiences here. Usually I have a male massage me, and they tend to be super heavy handed, just the way I like it. There was a massage I got once that I felt was on the really light side on the foot part, but once we got to my hips and glutes, definitely didn't know I had some tightness there. As for tipping, I haven't really experienced issues myself, but I did hear them kinda judge on tips when the customer was gone in Chinese. Mainly asking how much she got and said the number. I would say it's better than getting a pedicure, so I much rather spend $55 on a foot massage (cash price in June 2026) than a pedicure.
