Filling up a 30 cubic yard dumpster is something you have to experience to believe. (I helped a bit but Brook really did 95% of the work and a lot of the trash was quite heavy.) Wow...the yard hasn't been as clean as it now is in years! We still have a chicken coop to demolish but will call Paradise Landcare back when it's taken down for haulage. So I can't recommend Paradise enough. I had some old scrap wood and pallets to get rid of along with an old twin metal bed frame that was bent. I have used these guys in the past for broken TVs and they have always provided a delightful customer experience. You have the options of leaving stuff out on the curb but I couldn't do that because of my HOA. Also, last time I had left a desk that someone snatched up from the curb. So I didn't want to waste their time again. Their technology use is pretty awesome and respectfully as a IT guy I appreciate how it makes billing simple and easy. This is the only dump I've ever been to in my 37 years on planet Earth that didn't have me wanting to puke while being there. I don't know what their methods are but to me that's amazing! I've been a few times but I had to dispose my old bed recently which caused me to make an appearance there. The dump is actually in Creedmoor (It says Buda on Yelp) & FM 1327 is a quiet & pleasant little road to travel along. The nature preserve surrounding the landfill is also pleasant to look at & is kind of cool that the landfill is trying to make good use of the land surrounding it. The overall cost of disposing my old bed + large boxes left behind from the new bed ended up being around $67. That with the $45 U-Haul pickup rental + gas was still cheaper than paying the furniture store's $189 disposal fee. The employees I dealt with were friendly, had good attitudes, & from an outsider's perspective they seemed to be well taken care of by the company they work for.
