First, we did not end up working with UWRG, but we wanted to. The only reason we went elsewhere is…read morebecause we needed a specific additional service that they didn't offer. Every interaction with them was prompt and professional. I sent them our mold remediation protocols. They called the next day to schedule a visit, and I had an estimate a day or two later, that was roughly on-par with other estimates I received. Chris, who came out to do the site review and walk us through the plan, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, pointing out a few things that changed how we thought about what actions to take first. We have other parts of our project that we're delaying for a few months and we'll probably used UWRG for them.

I recently hired By Any Means Movers and was disappointed with the entire experience. Trevon…read morearrived late and brought along a team that seemed unprepared for the job's physical demands. Despite charging a premium rate, they provided anything but premium service. Several of my belongings were damaged, and when I asked for reimbursement, Trevon was unwilling to take responsibility or offer a fair resolution. On top of that, he caused damage to my recently renovated home and refused to give me any clear assurance that he would fix the issues. I now regret trusting By Any Means Movers--especially since they do not appear to carry proper insurance. If you're looking for reliable movers in Austin, TX (or in any other area they serve), I strongly suggest going with a more reputable company. My experience with By Any Means was frustrating, costly, and disappointing.
