Right from the beginning, Robin was responsive and detailed, answering all of my questions and providing info about his process. He sent over a multi-page info sheet for us to fill out with all of the fine details of our wedding day, which he reviewed with us during a check-in call the week of our wedding. It was clear that he spent time reviewing this document and had a general timeline for the day. I was fairly hands-off aside from providing my wedding details, I checked a few boxes about the genres of music that we liked and left the rest to Robin. On the day of our wedding, Robin arrived several hours early to set up at our reception venue before heading over to our ceremony venue. When we threw him a curveball and needed two handheld mics (instead of lapel mics) for our ceremony, he went back across the street to pick up that equipment without hesitation. During our reception, he followed the timeline we outlined, made the few announcements we had, and checked in with us from time to time. He even threw in a few nerdy Star Trek references (our table names were Star Trek ships and he was on board with this from day one!), completely unprompted, but it showed us that he clearly paid attention to our details and wanted everyone to have a good time. Some of our friends requested some pretty obscure songs throughout the night and Robin did a great job adding those to the playlist. He totally nailed it with the music selection the whole night. My husband developed a migraine and generally wasn't feeling well shortly after dinner, and Robin was kind and thoughtful, checking in on him to make sure that the dance floor lights and music volume weren't making him feel worse. Overall, we had a really wonderful experience with Robin and 10/10 would absolutely hire him again for future events.

They'll arrange for a time to drop off the house and the you have 24 full hours to enjoy before the scheduled pickup. They offer houses for girls and boys, and there are about 3-4 different sizes from small (10 jumpers) to big (25 jumpers). Everything is provided you just need a regular power outlet for the bound house to plug into. Our house was clean, with zero issues. The owner had called a day early and offered an early drop off for no additional charge. Apparently they were in the neighborhood and would save themselves a trip by giving ours a day early. It was really nice and we loved having it an extra day. Our daughter got some free time in to practice her moves before the party goers arrived the next day. If you need a bounce house to entertain the kids look no further. This place is great!!
