Yoshinoya - Japanese Near Me - South Gate, California

I had such a great experience at Yoshinoya thanks to Perla! She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. She helped me with my order, explained how I could make it a meal, and we even talked about how delicious the chili crunch is. What really stood out was her honesty. When she realized I was about to spend more than I needed to, she told me about the available coupons and helped me save money. Not everyone would take the time to do that. Perla made my visit enjoyable from start to finish. She deserves recognition, and honestly, she deserves a raise. It's not just because she helped me save money, but because you can tell she's a genuinely kind-hearted person who truly cares about customers. Thank you, Perla, for making my day! read more

Awsome service and nice people with a wonderful personality well respected and recommended

The online order said it was ready for pick up and then had to wait an additional 15 mins to get it. It wasn't ready even though the app and text said it was. It was not a busy day for such a delay. read more

Upon my arrival to the restaurant I noticed that there was a crowd and the line was very long, only one cashier open and it took even longer for the food order. It was my first time there and I don't think I'll be going back to this location. It was just convenient to my home. read more

This is my go to Yoshinoya location! The ambiance, service and food never disappoint. And they have the best employees!! 10/10

I went to the Yoshinoya on Tweedy and South Gate and the service was honestly terrible. The cashier, Fernanda, seemed really distracted because she was busy talking with someone named Eduardo instead of focusing on customers, and it made everything take longer than it should've. On top of that, the food was disappointing--my beef and chicken combo was undercooked, which is unacceptable. Definitely not coming back. read more

I come here all the time, unfortunately the coupons don't work on the salmon plate which is unfortunate because I am pescatarian and that is the only plate I order here. read more

Great service! I stopped here for a quick lunch and Perla recommended their new crispy gyoza, it was amazing! The establishment was very clean and have public restrooms for customers which is also a plus! Will definitely be coming back again read more

Made the HUGE MISTAKE of going here and getting the Tokyo fried chicken! It was burnt to a crisp! And hard and dry! It's really offensive that anyone would cook this and SEE it's burnt and still put it in a box and give it to a paying customer! This is the kind of stuff that makes customers have bad attitudes! read more
