Visited today for a chicken veggie bowl. I loved that there were no customers. But yet again, customer service was lacking. I told the lady that I wanted half and half (half rice, half chicken) because they tend to put more rice than chicken. Seemed like she had a problem with what I said because to my face she said "okay" BUT when she went over to the cook she started talking crap about what I said. Some people that speak Spanish should really watch it... you don't know who understands the language. She basically was telling the cook what I said and she told him just to chop my chicken up into smaller pieces to make it look like it was a lot! I was laughing so hard when I heard her. I kept my cool though. So, since she wanted to talk crap about how I wanted MY FOOD that I was PAYING FOR... I waited until I got my order from her... waited until she started talking to the other employee again... I said oh I'd like to order a side of chicken please... interrupting their convo right on UP! The girl in the front took my order and as I was going to pay with cash she turns around and starts to do other things, looks over and I raise a $50 bill and she's like "oh" gave me my change in a rush. So I've been here maybe 20-30 times, I can honestly say more than half of the time they've gotten my order wrong and even after correcting them they get it wrong again! I thought it was just me but my co workers have also experienced the same thing. I've had it with this place and the employees. As I was walking out for the last time in a fit from that store I observed a sign on there door.... Which was a clear sign that this store is in dire need of a re-direction. Look at the picture and see the word "experianced" which is suppose to be "experienced". WaBa Grill in Lynwood is my home away from home. The food is amazing! Vegetables, rice and meat (chicken, beef, or fish) are consistently cooked to perfection - which is rare in fast food. WaBa is the healthiest in the fast food industry. The restaurant is clean and the staff are very friendly and efficient. Alicia is AMAZING she is super friendly and very kind (and funny!). Great place to come in for "healthy" fast lunch! It is located in a small strip mall, so parking can be hard to find but the lines at the restaurant are never too long. I order the kids chicken veggie bowl and the portion is perfect! The service is fast, I am usually in and out within 10 mins. Ive been to multiple waba grills and this one has been the least favorite due to cleanliness. All the tables were dirty and the floor had smudges and food all over it. The meats are not cleaned out as well, there was a lot of steak in my chicken. Other than that, the food was okay. Same as others. The cashier seemed cool. read more

For a new Waba griller, this would be somewhat ideal. But for a person like me, who has visited several Waba grill locations, you would be disappointed. Sadly, this location happens to be pretty close to home. The veggies are too raw and the meat was too burnt. The veggies - Yelp, I might-tis well go full vegan if I eat here! You get all the nutrients from the veggies b/c they do not seemed cooked. Every other location that I have visited had the perfect combination of hard and soft. These veggies are a job to chew... (CAN I GET A RAISE NOW??? #please&thankyou) Meat - It was burnt. The good bites of the bowl was over shadowed by the bad burnt ones... Once that burnt taste took over...
