Unfortunately I had to stop here and order food. I ordered 5 sandwiches zero drinks and zero fries... it took them 15 minutes to take my food out even though I came though the drive through. The woman asked me if I wanted any sauces, I asked for ranch, she said how many, I asked for three and when I finally got my food I only saw 1 ranch. You would think in 15 minutes she would at least give me what I asked for. This place is so unprofessional and slow. Nostalgia run: grew up coming here (4th-12th grade) and swung by for a Famous Star. Menu's definitely changed with lots of price tiers and overall on the pricey side, however my burger was big and the classic flavor has not changed. I would give this place zero stars. Ordered burgers there and my husband got really bad food poisoning. Vomiting all night almost had to take him to the ER. A day later and he's still feeling sick. When I came in, there was no greeting even though there was no line, and no one in front of me at all. Just a cashier wandering blankly. After a few minutes of looking up at the board, I looked forward then she said next in line, no one is behind me. She took my order and asked if I wanted each and every upgrade available, this was correct and awesome so that my order would be exactly what I wanted. I paid, then she handed me my cup. Normal. Then my food came momentarily to my table that I sat at. Nothing was asked, just dropped the food on the table and left. The fries look thin, you can also tell this from the picture attached. I usually don't go to this Carl's Jr. because almost 100% of the time they get something wrong. So I pressed my luck and went there this Saturday. In the drive thru, I ordered a large combo. Everything was correct but the fries. Large fries container had about 15 fries in it when I got home. The very next day my wife wanted to go there. She knew I had a bad experience the previous day but we went anyways. We get to the window and I told the lady about my fries the day before. Ordered 2 double western combos. Order ready, fries full to the rim ok great. We get home and both burgers have 1 pattie. WTF? This Carl's is terrible. Nice people. They say all the right things with a smile until you get home and look at your order. First review but I've had more than a few bad experiences here. Get your ish together people. July 30th at 1:53 am you guys put a chicken tender instead of a mf chicken patty or wtf ever. basically ate some bread it was too late to go back to replace it , second of all you guys didn't answer your phones 2-4 times when I got home and realized all of y'all was sleeping on the job. not only that made us park on the side when you guys can't even do the order correctly. Worst experience at this restaurant so far. I've had bad experiences here in the past,but this was the worst yet. Placed a mobile order for pick up and arrived 10 mins after. Told them i was picking up on the drive thru and was asked to go to 2nd window. Once there i was handed a bag which i opened to find out it wasnt my food. I got hold ass fries and they tried to re heat the fries by putting them back in the hot oil. You can see how soaked in oil this fries are by looking at the box. The box is made out of THICK carton, how much oil does it takes for this box to get like this.
