    Avocado Crunch Salad

I thought I reviewed this place already! I've been here twice in one week since discovering it here on Yelp. AMAZING. Great service both times I've come in and the food is DELICIOUS. I ordered the Island bowl both times because it's just THAT GOOD. I tried to order the Avocado Crunch Salad to take to go for work, but they didn't have grilled chicken lol. Still 5 stars tho, because it's just so good lol. Restaurant is super clean!!!! There's a TV in the back and lots of natural light :) I'd highly recommend!!!!

I was in the area so decided to get done takeout. Got the Egg n bird sandwich. Don't forget the Free fries w a Yelp check in. Also got the Korean bowl. I preferred the Korean bowl. Largely because the chicken in the egg n bird sandwich was a tad bit too sweet for me. Service was helpful and friendly when I was deciding what to order Ample parking. Place was nice and clean.

This restaurant is clean & staff are friendly. This chicken breast sandwich was tender & juicey. Brioche bun was toasted just right The pickles and sauce really added more flavor. I will be ordering other items, I'm sure.

Want to explore a new fast food chain? Come with me! Highlights of the menu: 1. Island bird bowl 2. Nashville bird bowl 3. Korean bird bowl 4. Fried chicken sandwich They offer a variety of different dishes to choose from. I love the fun yellow theme color, so bright and fun. This place is so bright and offer so many good dishes. Quick and very nice service. Easy to get for my whole group of friends!

The founders of Yogurtland hatched an amazing a chicken sandwich shop! They have a variety of fried chicken sandwiches and chicken bowls to choose from. Servers are friendly and there are plenty of seats available to dine in. There is also a parking lot in front with plenty of parking available. Here's what I got: Buff Bird sandwich $8.99: made with fried chicken tenders, creamy Buffalo sauce, cilantro aioli, and aioli slaw on a brioche bun. If you like buffalo chicken, I would recommend this. The sandwich is loaded with Buffalo flavor and comes with thick tenders Plant-based Nashville Hot sandwich $11.99: this is a new limited time menu item that is made with plant-based chicken tenders on a vegan pretzel bun! This was so good, it tasted more like chicken than a regular chicken sandwich does. The sauce is so flavorful and the pretzel bun is amazing with the plant-based chicken tenders. DEFINITELY TRY THIS OUT! Korean Bowl $8.99: this rice bowl comes with chopped Korean Glazed Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Fried Egg, and Vinegar Slaw topped with Crispy Onions, green onions and Spicy Mayo. I loved how everything tasted so good together and I especially enjoyed the slaw. Hot Elote Fries $9.59: fries loaded with corn, crack sauce, nacho cheese, chopped fried chicken, and hot Cheeto crumbs. These fries are great if you enjoy cheesy fries with a kick of spice. Overall I loved their new plant based Nashville chicken sandwich the most and would highly recommend try it out. Their other items do not disappoint and I would definitely come back for more!

Ambiance: Decent amount of seating, bright and clean. Simple menu, pretty straightforward. Service: I ordered Togo through the online portal during my lunch break and didn't have to wait at all once I got there. Ordering on the website was really easy as well. The person behind the counter was very nice. Food: I had this place when it first opened at this location, and it definitely tastes different than it did initially. I liked what I ordered. It was nice and hot when I got back to work, but I wanted more flavor from the chicken. Overall, it was a good sandwich. It was filling

Above all great customer service , food was fresh and delicious. Venue was clean and modern. Military discount applied. Def. Will be back Got the Korean hot sandwich, it's lightly hot, the perfect way I like it. A hint of kick and not too overpowering. Fries are fresh and crispy!!!

If I was in the area and someone wanted a chicken sandwich I might go back, however, I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again. The food was good, good size, the chicken was flavorful and the coleslaw in it was also tasty. The service was not bad. The girl at the register was sweet and when I forgot to add an egg on my sandwich, she didn't charge me for it. The tables were a bit small, a table for four may only seat two people comfortably. Overall the restaurant was modern looking and clean. I ordered the Nashville Hot spice level on my sandwich and I wasn't entirely disappointed only because there was flavor, it just wasn't as spicy or spicy enough for me. In conclusion this chicken sandwich did not meet my expectations of Nashville Hot.

Good place that serves chicken sando and rice bowls. The crunch of their fried chicken is excellent. A little on the higher price, but you get what you pay for. I have been there twice.

Drove by the new chicken spot, but didn't have a chance to drop in. After a quick Yelp check, took the dive, and ordered some delivery. I have to say, I am glad I did. Tried the BBQ and Parmesan wings, much to my delight. Wings were crispy, juicy and had the right amount of flavor. The macaroni salad is top notch. If takeout out was this fire, I'm excited for some dine-in.

When you come here, make sure you come with an empty stomach! Portions are great especially getting the egg n bird special. It was absolutely delicious and had a hard time finishing it! Service is what you'd expect from fast food, they do not come to your table, you order n seat yourself and self serve fountains. Ambience is not bad, plenty of seating, but could be a little cleaner, it's the same every time I go. Other than that, place is worth your time n money!

Visitation Rights: Been here a couple of times Current Yelp Check-in Promo: Spend $5+....get a free drink. Background On Egg N Bird: The founders of Yogurtland decided to open up this shop on a simple idea: offer delicious food at an amazing value. We love bringing people together as much as we love bringing flavors together. Together in flavor. Together in community. Together in all that we do. For more background on the shop, you can check out their website: https://www.eggnbird.com/our-story/ Location/Parking: Located on the NW corner of Atlantic Blvd. and Slauson. Decent amount of parking can be found in the plaza. Ambiance/Decor: Pretty cool ambiance with neat modern furnishings through out the shop and things to take pictures with. If you can't find a seat inside, you can take a seat at the outdoor patio. Service: Service for the most part was good. Staffers were friendly and offered great suggestions. Food came out at a decent time. The shop also provides a option for ordering through their app for to go orders. Chicken Sandwich Of Choice: I've had the banh mi (tastes like a vietnamesbanh mi sandwich) and the country bird sandwich. They were quite solid and would recommend to have the krackin' sauce on the side. The reason for this is that the sauce can make the sandwich soggy and messy to eat. Bowl Of Choice: I've only had the Rotisserie Chicken Bowl. I thought it was quite good. The chicken was tender and flavorful. Egg N Bird For Thought: Definitely come back to try more/new items in the future.

I've eaten at Egg N Bird thrice now. The first time I had the Egg n Bird sandwich and the past two times the Nashville Hot sandwich. The food here does not disappoint. The size of the chickens are honestly bigger than most other chicken places. I won't speak much on the Egg N Bird sandwich because I'm now hooked on the Nashville Hot sandwich which already packs some heat and a lot of flavor at the mild level. The fresher you eat this sandwich the better because of the coleslaw and crack sauce. While you run the risk of a soggy bun because of the coleslaw and crack sauce, the coleslaw really pull this sandwich together. One of the best coleslaws out there. However, I'd be wary of the services they offer. Today I decided to place a curbside order through their website. I parked in 1 out of 2 of their curbside parking spaces where customers are further instructed to call and notify the store once they've arrived. The online order provided me with an "I'm here" button which I proceeded to click. I arrived a few minutes earlier than the expected pick up and waited until a few minutes later before calling the store. The employee who answered the phone sounded confused, but told me they'd be right out with my order. When two employees finally brought out our food, we were handed empty drink cups notifying they "don't do curbside." The store should do better to rectify discrepancies between online and offline services. Otherwise they run the risk of providing their customers with incomplete orders and unsatisfactory service.

Sampa is located in the Arts District near the intersection of S Hewitt St and E 5th right next to Urth Cafe. There's a parking lot directly across the street from the restaurant but you can also park around the corner by Arts District Park for $5. If it's your first time visiting Sampa, you have to be open minded towards the concept itself. Yes, the dishes here are smaller in portion and costs more than your typical fast casual spot. All the servers here are attentive and offer to help with what to order if you're unsure. For dinner, the Crispy Pasta is their take on crispy pata but served with spinach tagliatelle. The crab fat fried rice is a no brainer and depending on the night you come, I highly recommend the Sinigang xiaolongbao special. You don't have to be Filipino to appreciate what Sampa is doing for the culture, just come by and see for yourself.

Found this place by chance and wanted to love it but now torn between a 1 and 2 star review…read more First, entering the restaurant it was dead empty except for a single diner. Decor is all black. By design to hide cheap furniture or dust I don't know but it did not elevate the space. Pretty cold welcome as well. Went to Bestia down the street the week before and everyone greets you and the energy was high, not here. To the food, I'll preface this by saying I'm Filipino so I know the flavors. First course, kare kare tamales ($26). Pretty bland, meat didn't seem like oxtail but was at least well braised. Masa was really mushy and sauce lacked peanut flavor and salt, seemed like just a lot of cream. Second course, Bicol Express Mezzelune pasta. Seemed like the same protein inside as the kare kare tamales and the pasta was really undercooked. $38 for 7 undercooked mezzelune? For that price, could have had a whole meal at Olive Garden for 4 and been more satisfied. Entrees were Crab Fried Rice ($38), Pork Pinakbet ($56) and Crispy Duck Pancit ($48). The Crab Fried Rice was the best of the night with good flavor and lots of crab. The Pinakbet was nothing like pinakbet I've had before. It was a huge pork knuckle drowned in a heavy cream sauce. There were 2 okras in it and no other veg. The Crispy Duck Pancit was overcooked (not crispy) duck breast over some kind of noodles that were like mediocre Chinese take out with a little vinegar to make it Filipino. Toward the end the waitress then asked if we wanted dessert (of which there was only one option) even way before we were done with the entrees. When we declined, she dropped the check even though we were still eating. I had such high hopes for this restaurant because I think Filipino flavors are prime for higher end dining but we got none of the punchy, bright flavors that are common in Filipino cuisine. I would say the food for the most part didn't even measure up to Waipahu or Daly City Filipino restaurants much less elevated, fine dining. This meal for 2 adults and 2 teenagers was $400. We've had better in Waipahu for $75. Boggles my mind how there are so many good reviews here. Unless you are rich and desperate for anything resembling Filipino food, I would just take a pass here. P.S. the 2 mocktails for $14 each were also underwhelming and a little weird.

I have been here a few times for dinner but this was first time for brunch. I made a reservation, was asked to confirmed reservation 3x, noted it was celebrating a birthday and gave no preference on seating. I arrived on time, but one of my group was parking. There were a few people milling around and I was greeted with "checking in?" No hello, no welcome, no mention of celebrating and told to let them know when entire party arrived. (This is becoming more common to be seated along with a $25 per person fee if I canceled less than 24hrs. I know restaurants are struggling but come on!) I watched as 'walk-ins' were given priority tables and when our party was complete, she was squeezing in a 3rd chair to a small cafe table right by the pass through door. No asking our preference. When she returned to seat us, I said "you're not putting us at that small table are you?" Her response - "yes...unless you want to sit inside." How was that not a conversation first? A professional would have said "I apologize, where would you prefer to sit? I see you made a reservation, are celebrating an event and we had some unexpected guests for seating options." Perhaps she was having a bad day, or was still reeling from a prior customer interaction but she was NOT up to the standards I equate with Manuela. Go for the food but don't think by making a reservation you get any special acknowledgement.

The mushroom oyster tacos are awesome, my wife had the Grilled Branzino and I had the Porcini Rubbed steak. The attendance by Alondra our waiter, was one of the kind, polite and friendly with the best attitude. The view is unique and with the DJ 80s music we had one of the best times in downtown LA don't miss it!!!

Fair enough, except when I checked their website minutes later, there were plenty of open reservation slots for that exact time. Turning away a customer while your own booking system shows availability just feels like poor front-of-house management. Also Google has a feature that tells you if a place is busy or not and for Cara Cara that day it said "less busy than usual." A part of me wanted to booked the reservation just to see what would happen but I decided to go somewhere else. Disappointing experience -- I wanted to try this place, but the disconnect between what staff said and what their website showed doesn't inspire confidence. Might give it another shot with a reservation in hand, but wanted to flag this for others walking in hoping to get a table.

Dear Jim, I am…read morewriting to express my sincere appreciation for the incredible experience my husband Esteban and I had at Stevens steakhouse on Saturday. June, 27th. 2026. We hosted our 45th wedding anniversary for 160 guests, and everything from the appetizers, dinner to the desserts was absolutely flawless. The atmosphere was perfect, and all assigned staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely made our evening feel special. It's rare to find such a combination of exceptional food and top-tier hospitality individuals. Being in the hospitality Industry myself, would like to recognize your banquet manager Jaime, for doing an extraordinary job. He's one of the best banquet managers I've worked with. He made our event flawless, I've never had to worry about anything. He was very professional Kudos to Jaime and his staff for doing an amazing job. Please pass along our deepest thanks to the entire kitchen staff for their hard work. We will certainly be returning to Steven's Steakhouse when visiting California again and will be recommending steven's steakhouse to all of our friends and family. Best regards, Esteban and Helen Rico

It was my first time dining at Steven's steakhouse. I was there for a retirement celebration…read moredinner. It was Sunday evening and the place was packed. There was a special event going on. Music was very loud and many people were dancing in a small dancing area. The noise level is so loud that my Apple Watch gave me a warning that exposure to this level of noise will cause hearing loss. There was a total of eleven of us. We ordered some appetizers (a combo platter with various fried stuff, and stuffed mushrooms), prime ribs, New York steak with shrimp scampi, Italian surf and turf, and many other entrees. Each entree comes with choice of soup or salad plus homemade pasta (which is a small side of spaghetti with sauce). Bread is served at the beginning. The bread is excellent. The side of spaghetti is very good. The sauce is slightly spicy which I liked. But someone at my table didn't care for it being spicy. I had the Italian surf and turf which includes 8-oz Filet mignon and 6-Oz lobster tail and lobster ravioli. The Filet mignon was okay (average). The lobster tail was over cooked. The best thing on my plate was the lobster ravioli. Needless to say, I was disappointed. For the prices they charge, I expected to have a delicious well prepared meal. Parking for this place is terrible. The parking lot is very small. Street parking is very limited. I would not be coming back. First of all, food was just average but prices are high. Secondly, It was so noisy that it made my dining experience not enjoyable. Last but not least, parking is a problem.
