For dinner I had the kids portion teriyaki chicken with brown rice and shredded carrots, in this also did not disappoint! For lunch today I'm looking forward to the barbecue chicken with mac & cheese and some greens. The last side of my picked up is the overnight oats, but I'll save that for the following day since these food items are marked fresh for four days since I picked them up on the 29th. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Appreciated that there was a parking lot. I will absolutely be back to pick up goodies for myself and husband on a biweekly or weekly basis for sure. Instead, I felt shortchanged and frustrated by the experience.I should not have to come into the store and personally monitor the preparation of my order to ensure that the salad bowl is properly filled. Customers should be able to trust that their meals will be prepared accurately and consistently every time. If employees are not willing to provide customers with the value they are paying for, it raises serious concerns about quality control and customer service. I called him but he did a drop and dash and it was already claimed. He argued with me but let me get to Andy's. This review is for how Andy's Super Burger handled this. I was credited by Grubhub after they found he misdelivered and I placed a second order using my credits. Two drivers were sent to the store and neither one were able to bring me the second order. After waiting 45 minutes after the last order Grubhub called me and said they cancelled my order because Andy's would not confirm the second order. Not only did I lose the credits.for food I never received but by refusing to accept the order Grubhub said two drivers were not allowed to pick up the order without the restaurant accepting the order. I placed an order for someone who lives with me who has a disability and this is completely unacceptable. I had to not only wait for Grubhub to tell me that Andy's refused to take the order after both orders were already paid for, but I also had to now place and order elsewhere. I wish they would have contacted me directly or Grubhub because this is extremely unprofessional and really bad service. Unfortunately I can't speak on their food but I feel this needs to be rectified as Grubhub said there was nothing they could do when a restaurant refuses to accept an order. I'm very disappointed.
