I hate old and flat burger buns. Takes away from the whole burger experience. Aside from that, the food was exceptional. Was able to pick up immediately after arriving at the restaurant. Food was ready for pickup. The customer service was also exceptional. I was greeted at the pick up counter by a young lady and received my order with no problems. Parking can be irritating or a hassle. The parking spaces are small. Makes you wanna park away from others to avoid any unwanted damage by doors opening and closing. The restaurant seemed a bit smaller compared to others. The restaurant was busy during lunch. I noticed a few open dirty tables when I was attempting to check my order. I only came because it was the closet one in the area to where I was working. And they had the better review ratings. read more

Today, the manager, Gilbert blessed me. I placed an order on the Habit app, but the problem was that it was for the other Habit on Firestone, the one in Downey. I was unpleasantly surprised that I couldn't cancel my order and the phone number listed doesn't actually connect you to that location and just a general call center. The call and order was unpleasant but Gilbert and the lady at the cashier made all the difference. They took my order at no extra charge! Cannot emphasize enough how blessed I felt when they did that. My family enjoyed the double char burger, the lettuce wrapped cheeseburger, and the kids' meals. This was my go to which lately seems to be falling short with customer service and food quality. My fries were over cooked hard. The meat was way too mushy in my burger not cooked well and I will say my dad was throwing up later in the day after eating here and lucky me I had the runs at night we both got sick eating here so disappointed. Good, fast but fresh food. Habit is the place to get something freshly made and down it with one of their delicious lemonade concoctions. Everything is reasonably priced, tasty and comes out relatively fast. We enjoy the fact that they have plenty of Pet Friendly seating so the pups get to enjoy a fry or two. 11/19/22 Come in last hour of service, manager seems to be working on the till already which seems quite early Disregards me and as I approach her waves over the guy cleaning the trays to help me He gets upsets and to show the frustration slams the trays "bam" before walking over to me and saying "YES" instead of how can I help or take your order anything along those lines, or is that how he was trained? I have to start by saying that there are plenty of food choices in this area and being that I reside nearby, this Habit is my go-to. Most other food joints in the area are sloppy with either service or cleanliness, not sure why or what gives, but they do. However, this place has NEVER failed me since they opened up here at the Azalea shopping center. You get greater as you walk in, they ask if you're ready to order or need help with the menu; you order and they're on it about cheese, regular onions or grilled, which I always forget to ask for grilled, so good thing they always ask; they ask if you want to make it a meal; they immediately hand you the cup for your drink-URKS me that I have to ask for the cup at some other places knowing damn well I'm supposed to have one, so kudos to the peeps at Habit for this. They tell you where the soda machine and the condiments are. They don't rush you to order like some places. I absolutely love this spot! The price is up there because the quality is up there and the location is expensive for them I understand. I met up a friend for lunch, and met halfway between the South bay and Alhambra. I wanted to try out a new burger place, and we decided on The Habit. As I walked in here, I got the feeling that this place is a step up form Carl's Jr. The menu items were somewhat limited, however. I ordered the chicken burger, with grilled onions, mozzarella, mayo, and a burger bun. The burger was actually quite delicious, and I got some jalapenos for that extra kick. To drink, I had their iced tea. The tea was ok, but was probably an aspartame bomb. The burger was perfect, however, so I will give this place 4 stars. My friends did not stomach the beef burger too well, but most beef burgers have fillers in them. Hence I don't touch em unless they're from the Counter. A great place to have lunch, I will come back here for their chicken burger. But next time I will opt for water instead of tea. read more

This location is at the corner of the Azalea shopping area. Next door to them are Panda Express, Blaze Pizza, and Subway. They have a parking lot, so you don't have to worry about any street parking. I'm still learning the menu at the Habit. I usually stick with the charburger because it's so simple. I recommend adding avocado, which is something you can't get at In N Out! The chicken sandwich is another good option. They came out with some new salads, but I'm hesitant to try those. If I'm going to cheat on a meal by coming here, I'm not going to order a salad. (By the way, In N Out is on the other side of the shopping center.) The people who work here are friendly. I like that they repeat back your order to make sure they got it right the first time. They get crowded during lunch, but luckily they have a nice outdoor patio. At night, the lights look real nice! read more

I didn't used to be a fan. However, once I started ordering my burger without grilled onions but with bacon I'm a convert. I'm in the minority most likely, but I like the raw onion instead. I feel like they are short on seating, but provided you don't come at peak time you'll be fine. The quality of peppers could be higher, but I'm appreciative that they are offering a variety.
