I really wish I could give this place a negative rating if I could…read more... 1. This place is way too over priced. They charged my blouses as a dress when it CLEARLY was a blouse. They will over charge you SO MUCH compared to any other dry cleaners I've ever been to. 2. I came back home with a cardigan that had 7 different holes in my sweater... was so upset and frustrated. I called them back and the lady said sweaters tear during the process if it's too thin. Why did they charge as a heavy sweater then? And if it was damaged, why didn't they call me to let me know that it was damaged before I picked it up? The lady transferred me over to this guy (assuming it's the owner) and he said I already had holes in my sweater. Cleaners call their customers when they spot any flaws before beginning their process of dry cleaning but I didn't receive a single call. I wouldn't have dropped my sweater at the cleaners in the first place if I had any disorientation on my clothes. What's the point of paying to get something dry cleaned if it has flaws already? Extremely rudely, he said he would try fixing it by sewing the holes together. How can I trust this place with anything? He should clearly know that this type of fabric CANNOT be sewed together! I wasted my money on dry cleaning clothes that I can NEVER wear again... And he just hung up the phone on me without any apology. 3. Customer service is complete garbage. They were rude ever since the time I dropped off my clothes until the time I was hung up over the phone. They're careless about their customers. I've heard so many people say horrible this place was but because of their great ratings, I wanted to give it a shot. THAT WAS A HORRIBLE MISTAKE! Do NOT go here unless you want to get your clothes damaged. You'll definitely waste your money and better yet, you'll come home feeling like poop.

At least that's what my wife said she heard. Anyway when it came time to pay she charged $14.00 for both. So the discussion began. Bottom line very rude lady. I do not take my clothes there any more because I was never thanked after I paid or when I picked up my clothes. I take my clothes to Zip cleaners across the street from them. Better price and great customer service.

But you charged me for press and fold. I either need folded or only pay for press. Nope, no adjustments, no refunds. Though I am hesitant to admit it, they have exceeded my expectations, taking out some nasty stains from dress shirts and trousers such as tomato sauce, dark beer, grass, mud and and even blood. Every order has been done in a timely manner with professional customer service. I have never had them alter a garment, however they did a good job fixing a torn stitch in a leather jacket. Though I am out and about a lot and have to use other cleaners from time to time, I never take valuable items elsewhere.

I am so disappointed. I have been taking an average of 22 shirts and 12 suits here for over a year…read morewith satisfactory results. Their idea of heavy starch is lacking, but they have been no better or worse than the other cleaners in town. I have also had many suits altered with decent results. UNTIL TODAY. In my last batch of 14 shirts I had cleaned/pressed, one white dress shirt collar was scorched brown all the way around the collar. Just the collar, nowhere else. On a light blue dress shirt, it was returned with a half dollar sized oil spot right in the front of the shirt. Perfectly round. Of course I didn't take the tags off the shirts. I figured I would return them to the cleaners and have them "reclean" them to correct them (at no charge to me). Well when I went in this morning with a suit and 14 shirts, I showed the two shirts to the proprietor, and she proceeded to tell me that the white shirt could be laundered for $1.89+/- and the blue shirt would have to be dry cleaned for $4.35 +/-. I gave her a chance to correct herself by telling her that I didn't cause these issues, the cleaners did and that I wasn't going to pay for their errors. Instead of trying to understand that it was the cleaner's mistake, she kept repeating the prices over and over to me. I asked her if she thought it was right that I had to pay for their mistake. She repeated the prices to me once again. I grabbed my clothes and told her I would never be back. Now, was that incredibly poor display of customer service worth all the business she is going to lose with me and everyone else I talk to about it??? I think not.

I have tried the "valet" services before and wasn't super impressed with the quality and customer service. I tried Total Cleaners for the first time a few weeks ago and won't go any where else. Then, I received another update letting me know my clothes were ready and on the way to be dropped off. This small touch definitely exceeded my expectations. Needless to say, their customer service is top-notch and the price is definitely a compliment to their attention to detail and stand out service. In addition to their keen eye for detail and service, the MWF pickup schedule really helps and keeps me organized. I return a dry-cleaned suit jacket because the arm pits still smelled after Fair Center Cleaners' initial service. I specifically explained this a re-clean because they didn't clean it effectively the first time. Upon picking up the jacket the second time, the same smell exists and is easily detected by waving the jacket around. The staff claim they can't smell any body odor. I was absolutely appalled 1) that they claimed they couldn't smell it and 2) they refused to return the paid amount $8.50. Why would I bother to give them a third chance to 'clean' it again. I explained I have been coming here for a number of years (mostly laundry not dry-cleaning) and asked why they are they lying, not providing a cleaned product, and do they not care about retaining customers. The owner said, 'We don't need your business.' Well there you have it folks, consider finding a dry cleaner that actually needs customers instead of taking money for continued failed service. And note this is not an isolated incident, read complaints from other past customers both on Yelp and Google.
