Whole Wheat Everything Bagel-Organic and with eggs is AWESOME. They are a great shop, but don't quite get the 5 star for a couple of reasons-they don't offer a non-butter/margarine option for cooking eggs, it seems like everytime I get inquisitive with the employee at the counter they get agitated and somewhat rude. This morning I went to Yorgos for a delicious bagel sandwich, but what really stood out was the AMAZING staff! I went for breakfast with my 3 year old daughter, and they made us feel so welcome. Our sweet waitress gave her paper and a pen to draw with while I was ordering...and then when she had a complete meltdown while we we leaving, the manager, Ms Jennifer, comforted her and gave her fruit and was just SO kind! This place was once a hotspot! Unfortunately, the selection is not as large and the service is terrible. It's hit and miss in quality. The kitchen staff struggles to get the ingredients listed into the item ordered and when they do, it's often not cooked properly or heated through. Was disappointed the last few visits. This place was decent- I went here for breakfast. Their breakfast burritos are pretty good. I must say, I wasn't expecting taco meat but it was pretty good. I like that you can get different types of wraps (even though you really can't taste the difference anyway). For the amount of customers that this place gets, there just isn't enough space! Also, on their bagels they put enough cream cheese to last you for a week. My suggestion- get two bagels and only one with cream cheese. It's enough to put on the other bagel. This place is delicious! I stopped by this morning for breakfast on the way to school and its great! I love the exterior of the building; its so pretty! This place is very hipster but also has that community-feel to it. Parking was pretty easy; there's a little strip of parking spots but then there's also street parking on the side. The place is pretty spacious and there were a couple of tables for those who like to sit in. I got the sausage egg and cheddar on a garlic bagel. This is the first time I've ever had a garlic bagel and let me tell you IT'S DELICIOUS! I LOVE that there were garlic bits all over the bagel. I was expecting like some garlic dusting of some sort on top of a plain bagel but boy was I wrong. I totally appreciate the garlic bits and will be coming back for more! The sandwich over all was great! The egg was a good consistency; it wasn't that gross plasticy type egg that some places tend to have. I must say the turkey sausage was pretty small. It was little bit bigger than the bagel hole in the middle. So when I bit into it i got mainly egg, cheese, and garlic bagel. But it's still delicious! Next time I come back I definitely want to try the onion bagel! read more

I love this place. It's everything a local bagel spot should be. My go-to is the sausage, egg and cheese on everything bagel. The inside out omelet is also a solid choice. This is probably the best place to get a bagel in the area. Im originally from NY so its definitely hard to find a bagel thats decent. They arent the typical NY bagel but for VA theyre pretty good. On top of the bagels they have plenty of healthy options and plenty of creamcheeses to choose from. Its always busy but it never takes too long. They have great servuce and great food read more

Literally my favorite spot in the Ghent area for quick vegan eats. I love that they have so many kinds of bagels, but you have to get there early to get the best flavors because they sell fast. Their bagels are delicious. I ordered a vegan sausage egg and cheese on a sourdough bagel and was extremely pleased with how it tasted. I haven't been able to find a breakfast place that serves vegan options and it was definitely worth the drive. Great customer service, very friendly. I went around 6 in the morning so it wasn't busy at all, just a few people sitting inside eating their breakfast. The atmosphere is comfortable and very clean and well kept. I have never written a bad review before but I just have to say something about the bagels. Also I want to mention that I've only had 1 bagel from this place so take my review with a grain of salt. I just moved here and I was excited to have a real bagel shop close by. however, i was very disappointed when i actually tried their bagels. I purchased a half dozen cinnamon raisin bagels. I took them home and this was my experience. I had a hard time cutting thru the bagel because it was harder than any fresh bagel I've every had. it didn't have more than 10 raisins in the whole bagel and thats being generous. the worst part is that it had hardly had any cinnamon flavor at all. I hate to say this but it actually tasted and smelled like dog food, literally, like real actual dog food right out of the bag. I could not even get passed 3 bites without feeling nauseous. I worked in a bagel shop in NY for 4 years so I know a great bagel. but this bagel was not it. I can only assume that there are so many good reviews for this place because the people here don't know any better? (no offense meant)maybe only the cinnamon raisin bagels are terrible. idk. but if you decide to go and you smell or taste dog food... don't say I didn't tell you so. read more
