If I am correct, I think she just poured whatever they have in the tanks into the bubbles and gave it to me. I could tell she was in a bad mood and she just wanted to go home. The drink tasted nice like a chocolate milk - except I have not had milk in years. Silly me, now I think back, I don't think I tasted any oat milk for paying extra. I shared the drink with my husband. Then an hour later my stomach was in so much pain. It was a lactose intolerant reaction that I am fairly familiar with. Unfortunately, I didn't have any pills.
