Mmmmmmmm! (Wait, give me a minute...) Mmmmmm! So I was casually strolling around Chelsea when I walked past the VERY busy shop - my curiosity had the better of me and on my way back I stopped and checked it out. To my surprise and glee it was ice cream. I thought if it's this busy, it must be good so obviously a cone was a must! As I was queuing I realised this is no ordinary ice cream shop, this is an Italian gelato ice cream shop, but it was no ordinary Italian gelato, it was an Italian gelato ice cream shop that made ice cream into flowers, YES FLOWERS!! I opted for a regular cone with black cherry and traditional chocolate, and watched with delight as they beautifully shaped ice cream into a flower shape on top of a cone, and topped it with a cherry! Sure it was £4.50 for a cone but it was SO worth it! The ice cream was deliciously rich and velvety smooth! I LOVED the black cherry in particular. It's was just a delightful experience from start to finish and I would definitely head back to try some more flavours!

Went for a crepe ice cream with whipped cream. We can choose two kinds of ice cream in the showcase. The crepe was OK but not warm at all and thin a little bit bland. So it was overwhelmed by the others. The whipped cream was fresh and fluffy but not really sweat which was OK for me. But a little sugar was put inside the box so I ate them putting the sugar. As for ice cream, it was amazing!! There were almost 20 kinds of ice cream. I'd want to try another one ; ) After all , I recommend you go for ice cream here shouldn't expect much from crepe!!! There were cozy sofa and seats upstairs.

Not the cheapest fro-yo in London, but absolutely delicious and the portions are quite large…read more It's located on the 3rd floor of Harrods (formerly on the 4th), and the day we were there it was quiet with very few people. The local is light and concemporary, match the brand. My friend and I both had the chocolate flavour and we loved it. Try it with coconut shavings, it's amazing.

Confession: I paid £7.95 for one serving of frozen yogurt today…read more When my friend and I were waiting for the express elevator at Harrods to take us up to the 4th floor she said, "Hopefully I'm making you go somewhere that fro yo costs £15." She did. Yoo Moo has a £14.80 choice that is garnished with 23 carat gold flakes. All of the sweet treat are named and I had the Spooky Moo. It was a huge bowl of pumpkin pie flavored frozen yogurt topped with chocolate buttons, popping candy, and a big gummy skeleton. The yogurt was sweeter than most I've had in the UK and lacked the tang you get at Frae (which I like). I am a pumpkin pie lover so I was excited about the flavor. My Spooky Moo was yummy, but the serving was too big for me. I ate it all because I paid so much and am still riding a bit of a sugar high. My friend had a vanilla and Belgian chocolate swirl with brownie bites on top and the chocolate yogurt was decadent. Very nice. Bottom line is that the price is a bit crazy and there isn't an "experience" to make up for it. When the waitress asked if my friend and I wanted a loyalty card we actually laughed.

I really wanted a matcha icecream however it was out of order. In fact, a couple of options were out of order. Not sure if it was due to the fact that it was already late when I stopped by. One of the servers were really helpful as I made my order. As I am lactose intolerant and I can't have cold/caffeinated drinks often. I asked which drinks don't have caffeine and she recommended me the chocolate bubble tea. I also asked for alternate milks and she said they have oat milk. And I paid an extra pound for it. The whole interactions were great and the drink was nice - except I think the girl who made my drink didn't add in the alternative milk. If I am correct, I think she just poured whatever they have in the tanks into the bubbles and gave it to me. I could tell she was in a bad mood and she just wanted to go home. The drink tasted nice like a chocolate milk - except I have not had milk in years. Silly me, now I think back, I don't think I tasted any oat milk for paying extra. I shared the drink with my husband. Then an hour later my stomach was in so much pain. It was a lactose intolerant reaction that I am fairly familiar with. Unfortunately, I didn't have any pills. My stomach was in a twisted knots the whole night as I went to bed in agony. So I think the girl who made my drink didn't follow the instructions and do the right thing. Zero stars for this soft serve society if that's the truth. After paying $10 (after conversion) for bubble tea that gave me a stomachache, I regretted making this choice.
