Double pistachio, chocolate drip. Delicious!
Liz J.

Friendly service and incredible gelato. Their double pistachio with the chocolate drip was amazing. The daily special was a salted white chocolate which they let me try too, but I stuck with the pistachio. I often find it hard to eat sugar due to an allergy but didn't find this too sweet. I'd absolutely go back if I'm in the area again.

Love you the most, to say the least! At the risk of repeating myself, Love you the most, to say the least!

One of my fave food experiences while in London (SoHo). We saw a couple practically making love to some cones on the street so we interrupted their love fest to ask where we could replicate the magic. They pointed us in Bilmonte's direction. The owners of the shop are in the right biz...they ooze gelato goodness from their pores. They boast 11 "basic" flavors that are anything but, plus three additional seasonal ones. Try any/all of them to your heart's content. I opted for coffee and the bilmonte (a sweet cream of sorts). It was magnificent on its own, but then they go and top it with a cute lil' chocolate dipped cone (pretty sure it's extra, but VERY worth it). I'm talking dollhouse in size, but somehow felt like the chocolate never ended (you can opt for pistachio instead of Belgian chocolate, too). Loved it!

Holy moly, who would have thought I'd love gelato in London. I had the VANILLA GELATO with the cone filled with a decadent chocolate syrup. Super creamy, not too sweet. Such a perfect dessert after lunch or dinner. ENJOY!

Milk chocolate / pistachio

Really amazing gelato that tastes like Italy to me. The milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate, and pistachio are all amazing. They are incredibly generous with portions so I actually preferred it without the (free) whipped cream, even though the cream itself was really good. Same with the chocolate sauce in the bottom of the cone, which was excellent, but almost felt like too much. Regardless, this is a must for our next trip in London.

Whipped cream and tiny chocolate filled cone is the cherry on top!

After seeing this place all over social media, I had to try it. I was expecting a queue but was…read morelucky that when I arrived there were only a couple of people in there. Firstly there are different options for a base- a cookie, brownie, doughnut or baklava. Then you choose your ice cream and toppings. I decided to go for the brownie topped with lotus biscuits and flake, and chocolate ice cream. It was really tasty and enjoyable. The portion isn't massive but is a decent enough size. I didn't think it was necessarily worth £7.30 though, which after adding the toppings is the price mine came to. So I do not think it is value for money, but maybe more attractive as a place to grab something and post it all over Instagram! They have got it right, with pink walls, cool seating and novelty mirrors on the walls. I did enjoy the brownie but now I wish I had tried the baklava as it would have been good to try something different that you can't necessarily get everywhere with these toppings. So now I kind of want to return just to try that! Whereas otherwise I probably wouldn't feel a need to return now that I've tried it. I wouldn't say the place was set up for an influx of customers either, considering how much it has been posted/advertised everywhere on social media. There was just one member of staff there when I went (Sunday afternoon) and so she took the orders and payment and then went and prepared the ice cream, so had there been a queue there might have been quite a wait. Like I said, I might go back to try the baklava if in the area, but this is likely somewhere that people visit for a media post and then don't return. The price point is too high in my opinion for regular customers.

Ended up coming here twice during my last trip to London. The first was supposed to be for a quick…read moresnack/treat before getting dinner later that night, but when I saw that there was more than just vegan, allergy-free ice cream, and that I could also get gluten-free vegan waffles as well? Oops, I ended up having dessert for dinner. My second visit was after enjoying the first visit so much and wanting to try their crepes, but they ended up being out of crepes that second time. I love the concept of everything there being free of the top 14 allergens, therefore being vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free, dairy-free, egg-free, etc. It is rare being able to eat somewhere without the worry of cross-contamination. (They also don't allow patrons to bring food from outside to eat there, to prevent cross-contamination even in the dining area, which is extra security for anyone who is severely allergic to anything.) The ice cream was pretty good for being vegan (I've had so much worse), and the waffles weren't anything special. You get three mini ones. For the combo plate, you can opt for two scoops of any flavor of ice cream, three mini waffles, and a choice of topping or syrup on top of it all. Next time if I get the combo plate, I might choose something other than syrup on top ... it was a little TOO sweet for me. Still yummy nonetheless. My second visit, as I said, was in hopes of trying their crepes, but they were out. So, I got just a scoop of ice cream. I tasted a couple of the other flavors, but I loved the cookies & cream one so much last time that I got a scoop of that again, and got a gluten-free version of an Oreo cookie on top. Next time I'm back in London, I'll be back here, for sure.

Staff are friendly and helpful, nice ambiance within, fantastic central location and of course delicious froyo.
