Beautiful delicious ice cream served by people who were incredibly rude.
Malibu B.

I would have given this place a five star if it was based on the flavors and taste but the staff is so incredibly rude and their behavior is so disgusting that I can only give it a two star. Not sure if the staff is related to the owner, as it makes no sense to provide an amazing product with such an incredibly poor quality of servers. Hope you upgrade the staff to match your delicious ice cream. People who are kind and appreciate their customers. It's difficult to support an establishment of arrogant employees.

23 ice cream flavours - in ONE cone!

Amorino's answer to a fine dining restaurant tasting menu - for gelato! So. Have you ever stood at an ice cream counter trying to select flavs from an insane range of choices? Scene set: bewildered me and seas of delicious ice cream flavours behind the Amorino ice cream counter.. inevitably means more scoops and higher cost, right? But not at Amorino. Miss Amorino explains to me that because they sell by size and not scoops, I can have as many flavours as I want. "What?!" I exclaim. "This is madness! You mean, ALL of them?! On ONE cone?!!" l ask. "We can do that" Miss Amorino replies. Ok. Challenge accepted! And...et voila! My 23 flavour Amorino Tasting Ice Cream Cone of Deliciousness. One flavour per petal. Add THIS to your bucket list and make the special trip here. You won't be disappointed.

Amarena and pistachio
Melissa L.

I walked past a couple of people holding cones of gelato shaped like flowers and on this very warm day decided that it was about time I had one of them. Amarena is my favorite gelato flavor, so I asked for that but asked the staff member for suggestions for ideas on a second flavor. He suggested pistachio and then went about creating the flower. The gelato was good and very welcome! However it melted really quickly so I had to slurp up my treat rather quickly. The flower turned out okay but I think the quality depends on the skill of the scooper. However, the gelato still tastes the same no matter the flower maker. The space is small and there's just enough room for a couple of tables to sit and enjoy their treats. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. They offered to put the cone in a cup for me given the temperature outside. There was a good selection of gelato on offer. The space was quite clean.

Pistachio gelato macaron

I got a pistachio gelato macaron and it was delicious. The rose petal ice creams were really cool too, but all in all, the place is pretty expensive for a small dessert. The line can be long and ordering ice cream is almost more of a hassle with the ordering machines and then the servers calling your name and you telling them the flavor. I wish they would have spoken louder because they really talk too quietly when shouting names that I was getting nervous for myself and for my friends that they would call our names and we wouldn't know.

Regular icecream

Regular icecream with unlimited flavours can be added to the cone. Decent variety of icecream flavours. The mint is too minty like bubble gum.

Usually I don't go for gelato, but my friend really wanted to go. I'm so glad she suggested it! I was pleasantly surprised that they served gelato in rose form. When you first walk in you order and pay first, then select the flavors of gelato you want. Location: it is located in Shoreditch. It's a really small place with a handful of seats. Service: I don't recall the name of lady that helped me. It was quite a unique and complicated name. She was really nice. With how unfamiliar she was with the cash register, I would assume that she was new. After I paid, it was time to select the flavors I wanted. I asked for samples and she saw me sharing the samples with my SO. She promptly got a second flavor for him so we didn't have to share. This really stood out to me. After trying a few flavors I had a hard time picking between two flavors. She informed me that I could pick 2! Awesome!! Gelato: All of the samples I tried were so good. Ultimately I picked tiramisu and chocolate hazelnut. The tiramisu had a nice distinct coffee flavor. It had just the right amount of sweetness. The chocolate hazelnut didn't taste exactly like Nutella, but had a more chocolates taste. Not a bad thing, but delicious. The price was reasonable for a rose shaped gelato, or just gelato in general. The quality was also super high. I normally don't do gelato but I would totally come back here.

Hazelnut and pistachio: the ultimate combo. They put it into this dope rose shape which admittedly gives you less ice cream but it's dope for Snapchat and Instagram. The people that work here aren't the nicest people. After 2 samples, I noticed she was giving me less and less. Perhaps she thought I wouldn't buy. If I had an Asian person testing a lot of samples too, I'd also probably think they weren't gonna buy anything (self-loathing asian). This place is definitely worth coming to. Don't hesitate to visit if you're in the area.

Stracciatella and tiramisu

I love the concept of "Ice cream flowers". You can combine as many flavors as you'd like to create a delectable treat. The staff is so friendly and clearly love making their ice cream concoctions. The fantastic treat you get is well worth the price. If you're in the mood for a fantastic ice cream cone, this is the spot for you.

We were lured in by the prospect of flower-shaped gelato. While some reviews have criticized the prices, you're paying largely for the artistic presentation. If the prices still spook you, I'd point out that the large is plenty for two to share -- perhaps a bit of a self-made BOGO!

Dulce de leche, plain chocolate, stracciatella
Ashleigh D.

I came based on recommendations of my family -- everyone loves anything in the ice cream family. I was less than impressed with the gelato. I got standard flavours for my choices (ones I use to judge all gelaterias from Italy to Arizona): Stracciatella, chocolate, and dulce de leche. The flavors were OK; they weren't mind blowingly good. In hindsight, I wish I hadn't gone there, mostly because, for me, the cost was too high for the quality received.

Large Cup 4 flavors at Amorino

As a passionate dessert person a great meal is topped off with an excellent dessert. Ice-Cream is always top of my list & having been too various parts of Italy I have experienced heaven in a cup or cone numerous times. After walking around Covent Garden & initially passing by Amorino. We were stuck between Morelli's & Ben's Cookies but Morelli's seemed quite expensive for 3 scoops it was over £5. As much as I love Ben's Cookies there was a queue & I wanted something creamy. So we headed back here. I got a large cup, my Sister ordered a medium to share with her Boyfriend & my Brother surprising went for the small. You tell the person what you like, you pay & then you move down the line & wait your turn until the magic happens to you. The great thing about this Ice-Cream Parlour is that they do it by size so even though my Brother got a small he got 3 different flavours in his small cup. I was tempted to get the Grande but that challenge will be for another time. My large cup was blessed with Pistachio, Hazelnut, Chocolate & Ecuadorian Chocolate. The Ice-cream is dense & heavy which leads to a creamy & luxurious taste. The Girl who served me didn't give me a spoon but I was given a mini cone which as much as I tried to use as a proxy spoon I needed a proper spoon to get inside my cup. An excellent place for dessert & when we were leaving even though the 3 people behind the counter were busy doing something they were aware that we were leaving thanked us & asked us to come again. Nice touches like that always make me feel like the company looks after their staff & they are happy to work there & you are not just a bag of money waiting to be emptied.

Coconut and tahitian vanilla gelato, shaped like a rose. Just soooo yummmy

My favourite place for Gelato, they have every flavour you could possible want. Better than ice cream, melt in your mouth, wanting more. Their hot chocolate is also the best of the best, taking me back to paradise with the insanely rich coconut one, perfect for a winter morning.

Best gelato place in the Covent Garden area, especially for dairy-free options! While the prices might seem a little steep, portions are generous and the quality high. I got an extra large for £7.50 that was perfect for sharing between two people. The nice thing about this spot is that even for the small size cup you can get 3 flavours. For the extra large you can get up to 5. I got the chocolate, strawberry, raspberry and pistachio. Each flavour was excellent on their own but the star of the show was Pistachio! They really managed to capture the delicate flavour of pistachio in a powerful way! Will definitely be going back!

I had never had goats' milk ice cream, so what better place to do that than Borough Market where they sell pretty much everything. Greedy Goat has a small stand in the ridiculously small seating area of the market. Jamie W. and I decided to treat ourselves on a balmy day. £6 will get you two scoops in a cup, and there were about ten enticing flavors to choose from. Jamie went for Caramel & Sea Salt and Banana, Chocolate & Caramel (photo: https://yelp.to/Y558VWhmM_), while I got the Cherry & Amaretto and Hazelnut (photo: https://yelp.to/1S4DBPzJiQ). This is where their story started, humble beginnings serving ice cream cups and cones from their 'little goat shack' at the market. Their ice cream is made in Somerset from British goat's milk. (Uhhhm, don't mind if I do!) Their ice creams are GMO free, egg free, gluten free, lactose friendly, 100% natural, suitable for vegetarians, and all that good stuff . They had a handful of fun flavors available and we went with chocolate for the kiddo and we got the banana & pecan. Our son enjoyed his ice cream and couldn't even tell it was made from goat's milk instead of cow's milk ;). We also enjoyed our ice cream. Nice, clean flavor and not overly sweet! The fact that they use locally sourced ingredients were a big plus for me and something I like to look for when visiting new places. It is quite a bit pricey per scoop, at £3.90, but we were on vacation so ... counting memories not $$$.

Their chocolate chips cookies are HUGE and delicious as well. This was probably one of my favorite markets!
