The staff was so nice, they were swamped with door dash orders while trying to serve the line of us, which is a good sign. I only felt bad they didn't have more hands to help them back there! We were traveling from Cape Cod back to VT and came through Keene and we wanted ice cream and picked this place based on the reviews. We were very surprised after ordering the first frozen yogurt, to find out it's vanilla yogurt mixed with Torani syrup for the flavor per order. The banana blueberry was not as good combo as a normal banana & blueberry yogurts. Staff were friendly and professional. I started coughing as soon as I stepped inside-I react the same when someone is cooking hot peppers, so I passed on ordering anything. However, I did taste my husband's and happy with my decision! And always have a hard time deciding on what I want for there's so much to choose that I like on their menu. I really wanted froyo the other day so I went to what I believe is the only frozen yogurt shop in the area, Yolo. It's not a tradition froyo shop (ie: 16 handles, menchies, sweet frog). You order a size and then they just put on what you say. There's not 4 flavors. The end result is decent, but I'd rather just make it on my own and pay by weight. Maybe it's just my opinion, but I find it tolerable. A chain froyo place would probably thrive in Keene, but we have this for now. Btw: They also serve ice cream. They offer 4 core yogurt flavors and 23 ice cream offerings, as well as a large variety of toppings and sauces. They also offer speciality items like espresso, smoothies, crepes and milkshakes. The pricing is reasonable, the atmosphere is pleasant and I never feel rushed, and the staff is prompt and kind. The tables have never been sticky or unclean when I've been. They offer to go pints and lids if you're looking to take it and run. My favorite is the original flavor with fruit bobas. All in all a great addition to the keene food scene. read more

i've never had better frozen yogurt than here. the yogurt is always consistently good, with a noticeable tang and doesn't leave you feeling like what you had was too sweet and you should invest in a detox supplement. with that being said, teenagers work there, and you'll be lucky if they give you general acknowledgment. i'm giving yolo 5 stars because the quality of the yogurt outweighs the customer service, no doubt. read more

I wish the logistics of this place were different. They showed 5 frozen yogurt flavors (which you could try) & 24 flavors of soft serve (NONE of which you can try because they just add syrup to vanilla soft serve). I kept trying to ask if I could have two flavors in one cup (PS. they don't have cones at all even though all the logo and banners outside have cones all over them). The person working said yes. So I ordered two flavors, vanilla and mint. I thought what would appear in the cup was half vanilla half mint. What showed up was all mint. Because if you order two flavors (Say, lemon and chocolate.. you will get one serving with both of those syrups added to the same swirl of soft serve like lemon-chocolate. Not what it used to be. I heard there is a new owner and it shows. Yolo used to be delicious and I was willing to pay the ridiculously high price for the treat. The original was creamy and had a nice tang to it. What they serve now is bland and icy, and tastes like chemicals. It melts fast and is slightly grey. They also now offer canned pineapple, used to be they only served fresh pineapple. Blah. I visited YOLO for the first time yesterday and was very impressed with the quality of the ingredients and the service. The owner is very personable and made a great impression. The berries and candies were all very fresh - which is particularly impressive since it's not really ice cream season right now. Additionally, I'm not usually a huge frozen yogurt fan, but this stuff was pretty good! It was ten times better than Tropical Yogurt or any of those other "mall" yogurt stands, and YOLO has way better selection. I see that a lot of other reviewers have commented on the prices, but I felt they were on par with your typical ice cream business. $3 for a generously sized ice cream plus $1.25 for any number of toppings is a better price than going to Ben & Jerry's. read more

Worlds apart from your typical strip mall frozen yogurt. A mix of classic and interesting flavors plus a great mix of healthy and not-so-healthy toppings make for a perfect treat.
