    Ice Cream Flight
    Emily L.

I can't speak to the drinks but I love the flight of ice cream deal they had! So worth it. It was 13 dollars for SIX scoops of Gracie's ice cream! Loved all the flavors we got - coffee, cookies and cream, pandan, ube, sweet cream, strawberry. The service is slow during the day (he is by himself during the day time) but I very much respect how hard the guy works. He bartends, is the cash register, cooks the food, and scoops the ice cream. What a trooper. Even though he was so busy, he was very friendly.

    heartbreaker + pandan frappe

Came here for drinks after dinner. We got the pandan frappe and heartbreaker cocktail. I'm a big fan of "unique" desserts, and love trying new flavors--the frappe came in a huge glass and was delicious! The cocktail was strong, with a wooden taste. Great place to try fun new drinks! I definitely have to come back to try their ice cream as well!

Southern Cheese Dog topped with BBQ Pulled Pork (+$2)

Gracie's Ice Cream is one of my favorite local ice cream shops, and I was ecstatic to hear they were opening a second location in Kendall Square. My partner and I stopped by on opening day, and in addition to ice cream, this location also serves coffee, food, and alcohol, including some absolutely delicious "adult frappes." Earnest Drinks + Gracie's Ice Cream is currently offering outdoor dining (and take-out) via online ordering only. The outdoor dining space is spacious but limited, and you are expected to seat yourself on a first come basis. All of the tables are numbered and named to facilitate seamless ordering and delivery/service of food/drinks. We ordered the Muffuletta and Southern Cheese Dog with BBQ Pulled Pork (+$2) in addition to the Pandan Whiskey Frappe and Ube Coconut Frappe, and ended our night with a scoop of the Twinkies n' Jam (!!). The Muffuletta tasted authentic compared to the ones we've had in New Orleans, with just slightly less of an oomph factor. My partner felt that there were not enough olives but I felt that in comparison to the other ingredients, the ratio was spot-on. The Southern Cheese Dog was insanely juicy and the Fritos provided an incredible added texture. However, I still felt hungry after finishing the entire hot dog. In comparison, the muffuletta was light but very filling. I cannot rave enough about the Pandan Whiskey Frappe. Oh. My. God. To my partner's eternal dismay, I am not and will never be a whiskey person, but I absolutely loved this drink. The flavor of the pandan was not too sweet and provided the drink a well-rounded earthy taste. The Ube Coconut Frappe tasted like an ube pina colada and was good, but fell slightly short of my expectations in comparison to other ube flavored alcoholic drinks I've had in the past. Overall, we enjoyed both the food and drinks at Earnest Drinks + Gracie's Ice Cream. The flavors were satisfying and well-rounded, and we'll definitely be back again to try their cocktails + other food items!

That might be because of its location..it's kind of tucked away and the first time it took us a while to find. The easiest way to get there is to walk in to north station by the star market entrance, turn left and walk straight until you get to the doors and then walk through those and you'll see it (you'll pass Dunkin on the way). It's not what I would describe as a cozy coffee shop, it's the kind of place where you get your coffee and then leave. Now the drinks themselves.. The coffee cream/coffee ice cream is DELICIOUS. This was the first thing I ever tried and it blew me away. It is very heavy but so yummy. The latte affogato is also delicious, probably because they use that coffee cream in it! The Americano is great with any of the coffee blends. The Nutella latte is also one of my favorites, especially if you like Nutella. The gingerbread affogato was great too! This is a seasonal item I think but if it's there definitely try it! Everything here is so great, and the rotating specials make it very easy to want to keep going back and trying new ones. Highly recommend!

I ordered my usual flight, but they were out of stickers :( They had some unique beers amongst them one called Belgian Waffles which is a blonde ale with maple syrup and cinnamon. This was dessert or breakfast, depending on your perspective, in a glass. I also got a hazy IPA, a peanut butter stout, and a hefe. All were really good. For lunch I got some honey jerk wings. These were cooked to perfection. Crisp skin and juicy meat. The problem was the flavor. They had the honey but no jerk. There was no spice at all. They were still good, but they could have been great. Anyway, give me stickers and spice and I will give you that 5th star.

Service is very friendly and they are always accommodating in terms of where we would like to be placed on the patio. Their beer selection is decent, my husband always enjoys one of their lagers or IPAs. I would really appreciate it if their cider selection was improved. They usually have at least one good cider but more recently, they have been "out." With so many great cideries in New England, it's disappointing that they don't have a collab with one of them. I mean Downeast is just just across the Harbor!!! With that being said, the food is awesome. Our favorite go tos include: the jalapeño arancini, the roni' roni' pizza, the cobb salad, and the fish tacos. I will say for having "roni" twice in the name, they could throw some more on top of the pizza. Regardless, the dough is perfect every time and we always get it with a side of the spicy ranch. Cannot wait to come back and enjoy another meal here! If you're in the area stop by to check it out or if you're heading to the garden for a game, plan to stop by before. It's so worth it.

We had already eaten but wanted to grab a drink and couldn't pass up trying a bubble tea spot. So as you'd expect this review is solely for just drinks. Service wise we ordered from the little kiosk which worked well and allowed for plenty of customizing of your drink. That was a positive but also could be a quick way to make your price sky high with most additions being an extra dollar. They give you an order number that will be called when your order is ready. As we were waiting a worker did ask if we were waiting and for our order number and then they seemed to put a rush on making it and they apologized for the wait. Which honestly I did not think we had a long wait but appreciated the staff still. Overall the space for waiting is limited but won't hold that in a negative light since it's a food hall. I grabbed a Mango Fruit Tea with mango popping boba added while my wife got their toasted brown sugar milk tea. Both were pretty good but neither blew us away. My wife did not like the syrup in her brown sugar milk tea, had an odd flavor to it. Maybe we should have picked different drinks that would have impressed more. I would return to give some of their food a try in the future and more drinks though. Friendly staff with decent drinks and located in a very convenient location if you are visiting TD Garden.

I do not go out for coffee much anymore due to the convenience and cost effectiveness of a Breville and am often frustrated paying over $5 for mediocre coffee, but flour cafe was not in this boat. Even better was the fact that these drinks were served by someone with a warm spirit and smile.. hard to get great service these days. We walked into a space that mixes communal tables, stadium-style seating, and smaller spots to sit, making it a place where you can stop in for a quick drink or stay longer with a laptop. The interior design is one of the biggest highlights, giving the cafe a more elevated experience compared to a typical coffee shop. The tiered seating in particular creates a visual dynamic that makes the room feel more intentional than your standard coffee counter. The drinks are the main focus here, especially the matcha, hojicha, and espresso-based options. We ordered the hojicha latte, which was one of the strongest items on the menu, with a deep roasted flavor and a smooth texture. The matcha has a more traditional earthy profile and leans less sweet, which works well if you prefer a more authentic matcha taste. The drinks are on the expensive side, but the quality of the ingredients and preparation make it feel more like a specialty cafe experience rather than a standard coffee stop. The food and dessert options add another reason to visit, with items like the egg sandwich, quiche, macarons, and hojicha desserts available depending on the day. The menu is smaller compared to a full brunch cafe, but it pairs well with the drinks and gives the visit more of a cafe-and-pastry feel. Service is friendly and the staff are knowledgeable about the drinks, which helps when choosing between the different Japanese tea options. The cafe can get busy, and seating is limited compared to the number of people who come through, but the layout gives it a unique character. Ogawa Coffee works well for specialty coffee and tea lovers looking for a more intentional cafe experience in Boston, especially if you enjoy Japanese-style drinks and a thoughtfully designed space.
