Went here for some froyo with my friends and we loved it! The owner was working and she was incredibly friendly and helpful, and suggested different toppings to go with the froyo flavors I chose. A large selection of toppings were available, although I would suggest having a scooper/spoon for each individual topping instead of a few to share for all of them. Prices were lower than any other chain froyo stores in Vancouver, and the outdoor seating was lovely! I'm excited to come back and use my punch card.

    Topped with whip cream!

Friendly service and 8 flavors to choose from. I went with Huckleberry, Cake Batter and Georgia Peach. Yummy!

I was in horrible back pain and since Freddie's locks the back doors early (where all of the handicapped parking places are), I was focused on getting to my car. I don't know what made me stop, but I turned around and went back in and asked if they had time to make one more shake. Elijah greeted me in the craziest of ways with so much energy! He is absolutely one of the BEST CSR's (customer service representaive) that I've ever crossed paths with and I retired out of a sales & marketing career, so I appreciated his enthusiasm. His co-worker on the other hand, barely looked up from sweeping & when she finally did she rolled her eyes like she was too cool... Anyway, Elijah made me the BEST milkshake I've ever had in my 66 years of life with white chocolate, strawberry cheesecake ice cream! I was so happy that I stopped in! And get this, he started working in Baskin & Robbins as a Sophmore in H.S. and is still loving it today as a Senior. I was so impressed with his enthusiasm and have mad respect for his integrity and the discipline it must take to hold down a job as a 16-18 yr old! All I wanted to do in high school was to hang with my friends. Elijah is the kind of young man that will go far in life! He deserves a raise and the manager title!! One last comment, please, please order some black licorice ice cream!! It's my fave and one would think that by now, it could've gotten easier to make?! And Halloween is just around the corner! Thanks again, Elijah, for turning my crummy day into an awesome night! You're the best!

We were running very late so I left quickly to meet my husband in the Fred Meyer next door. We looked at the cake together and were confused and disappointed at what we saw. She did write what I requested, but the way it was written was disappointing to say the least as you can see in the picture. Also the ice cream was very good but the cake portion was very dry. BASKIN Robbins "PLEASE DO BETTER" If you're going to charge $60 for a cake please make sure your employees are trained to the level of quality we've all enjoyed in the past.

You walk in and grab your own bowl or tasting cup and fill it with any combination of flavors that you like. The pineapple tastes just like dole whip, and I think it's my new favorite flavor. Flavors rotate monthly, but there are some regular flavors that seem to stick around every month. The lone employee was very patient with us as our kids tried various flavors and then loaded up on pre-measured toppings. Pre-Covid, you would scoop toppings like cookie dough balls and cheesecake bites from a self serve area. Now, some of the larger toppings are measured into sealed plastic containers. While it does create a concerning amount of plastic waste, I appreciate that no one's hands have been in my sliced strawberries before they get on my yogurt. After you get your toppings, bring all of the yogurts in your party to the register and place them on the scale. This was really the only time we interacted with the staff. She was very friendly as she rang us up and after looking up my account she let me know I had a $5 credit on their app. There is a small, clean area with two indoor tables for eating. There are usually tables outside as well. Most people seemed to be taking their creations to-go, which left our family a quiet place for our kids. When you're done, bus your own table and you're all set!

I also tried their cheeseburger and it did not disappoint! The burger had the perfect crispy edges, the cheese was melty and delicious, and something about that perfectly toasted bun just brought everything together. Simple, classic, and done SO well. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area! I'll absolutely be back!

Eastwind Drive-In sits right on Wa Na Pa Street, red and white building, that iconic soft serve and hamburger sign swinging out front like it's been doing this since before any of us were born. And it has. The line was out the door and down the sidewalk by 3pm, easy thirty minute wait, and nobody seemed to mind. That tells you something before you even taste the food. We ordered the double bacon cheeseburger, and it did not disappoint. Real griddled beef, two patties, melted cheddar doing exactly what melted cheddar should do, crisp lettuce, all of it stacked on a sesame bun that held together through the whole ordeal, which matters more than people think when you're eating standing up in a parking lot with a dog giving you the full guilt trip. Speaking of: we took our food down to the park by the lake, picnic tables under the trees, and Willow, our English lab, decided that burger was the single most important object in the entire state of Oregon. Nose right up against it, patient as a saint, working every angle. She didn't get any. She deserved some. That's the tension of loving a good dog and a good burger at the same time. Prices are fair for what you get, hamburger starts under seven dollars, the shakes and soft serve looked like the real draw for half the line, and the menu board out front covers everything from tater tots to Italian cream soda, which is a detail I did not expect and now can't stop thinking about. If you're passing through Cascade Locks, Eastwind Drive-In is worth the wait. Bring cash patience, bring an appetite, and if you bring a dog, be ready to share eye contact you won't win.

But I was meeting up with a friend and it was almost 100F so we walked over and got a kids scoop of vanilla. I brought my puppy so I had to wait outside in the seated area. My dog and I loved the plain vanilla ice cream. To be clear I ate half first and let her eat after I was done. Lol. It's so velvety and wonderful. It was sooo good I was thinking about it for days later and I'm not a huge ice cream fan to be honest. Anyway I was telling family about it. I decided to get a few pints for everyone to try. We opted for the seasonal fruit ones because summers coming to an end and didn't want to miss out. Pomegranate ginger sorbet was ahhhhmazinggg. The ginger was actually predominantly forward. We love ginger and are the type of weirdos for ask for lots of extra ginger at sushi spots. Second flavor was raspberry sorbet. So so so good and fresh. FYI there are seeds still in there, it's not strained so if it bothers you keep it in mind. Flavor was amazing and I gave a bite to my family's dog and she loved it too. Last one was mint chip. Can't go wrong with a classic. It was good but my least favorite. I'm still dreaming about the vanilla and want to pick up one pint for them to try. Definitely want to have a few vanilla in the freezer for entertaining. Maybe bake a pie and have the vanilla on deck. Definitely for the holidays! I'm so grateful they're family owned and source all their fruit and ingredients from local farms. Love supporting local small businesses and keep telling myself that when it's ~$13/pint. LOL! The people are helpful and kind. I'll be back soon. And make sure you use your punch card!
