Yesterday was a difficult one. Everything that could go wrong did, so by the time I was passing by 31 Flavors, at almost 11p. I was in horrible back pain and since Freddie's locks the back doors early (where all of the handicapped parking places are), I was focused on getting to my car. I don't know what made me stop, but I turned around and went back in and asked if they had time to make one more shake. Elijah greeted me in the craziest of ways with so much energy! He is absolutely one of the BEST CSR's (customer service representaive) that I've ever crossed paths with and I retired out of a sales & marketing career, so I appreciated his enthusiasm. His co-worker on the other hand, barely looked up from sweeping & when she finally did she rolled her eyes like she was too cool... Anyway, Elijah made me the BEST milkshake I've ever had in my 66 years of life with white chocolate, strawberry cheesecake ice cream! I was so happy that I stopped in! And get this, he started working in Baskin & Robbins as a Sophmore in H.S. and is still loving it today as a Senior. I was so impressed with his enthusiasm and have mad respect for his integrity and the discipline it must take to hold down a job as a 16-18 yr old! All I wanted to do in high school was to hang with my friends. Elijah is the kind of young man that will go far in life! He deserves a raise and the manager title!! One last comment, please, please order some black licorice ice cream!! It's my fave and one would think that by now, it could've gotten easier to make?! And Halloween is just around the corner! Thanks again, Elijah, for turning my crummy day into an awesome night! You're the best! read more

We walked in to purchase an ice cream cake for my mother's 77th birthday. The young lady that helped me was very helpful and friendly. Store was clean. We were running very late so I left quickly to meet my husband in the Fred Meyer next door. We looked at the cake together and were confused and disappointed at what we saw. She did write what I requested, but the way it was written was disappointing to say the least as you can see in the picture. Also the ice cream was very good but the cake portion was very dry. BASKIN Robbins "PLEASE DO BETTER" If you're going to charge $60 for a cake please make sure your employees are trained to the level of quality we've all enjoyed in the past. read more

Baskin-Robbins - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Vancouver, Washington

I decided to stop in for some treats on a late evening, approximately 30 minutes prior to closing. The good: * The store is relatively clean, and staff is generally friendly and competent * There is plenty of parking since it is part of a Fred Meyer store The bad: * The flavors are just not good. The ice cream here seems to be on par with bargain giant supermarket chain house brands (actually, most of those taste better than what I got at Baskin Robbins) * The prices are stupidly high, and I suspect I may have been overcharged (how three small milk shakes and a two-scoop sundae came to almost $45 is beyond me) read more

This chain sells hard scoop ice cream in a variety of cones along with specialty drinks and ice cream cakes. This particular location has just a little bit of room to move around the counters, making it difficult for large groups to maneuver. On hot summer days, it can begin to feel very crowded. The good news is that it's clean. The staff is friendly and quick with service, so they're moving folks in and out without much delay. The most difficult hurdle for us was making our way through a group of people who didn't want to separate for us so that we could get to the register. This obviously is not a reflection of the business, besides the cramped layout of the store. The back up occurs because there are so many flavors to choose from and in order to see them all, you need to study two adjacent counters. I really can't complain about it since choosing your flavor/cone combination is second in fun only to actually eating the ice cream. We chose lemon curd in a cup and pistachio almond in a sugar cone. They were out of waffle cones when we were there, but I figured it was the universe encouraging me to rein in the calories. The ice cream was delicious and the outing was fun. We're already planning on which flavors we are going to try next time. read more

Ice cream is amazing. My favorite flavor is Oreo and cold brew. The staff are so amazing. Always in a good mood and so accommodating to any of my requests. The music in there is great as well. read more

... yeah so I was looking forward to a scoop of rocky road ice cream because it sounded amazing. The store was slow and as I walked by I noticed a female employee making out with a guy inside the store....behind the counter where the ice cream was. I get making out is natural but not in the workplace. I lost my whole appetite for ice cream... Eww. The guy didn't even look like he worked there. I just walked past and skipped on the ice cream all together. Pretty gross and unprofessional. What else is happening around the ice cream?... read more

Came here to try a new flavor ice but was served by a young Caucasian female. I was trying to talk to her and she ignored me and spoke to her co worker about her "Karen experience" in front of all the customers. This was very rude and made us feel awkward. I can tell by everyone's faces. I will not return to this spot again. The ice cream was ok tho. read more

This has been my go to Baskin & Robbins for about 7 years. The last two trips, I will not be back. Last time, didn't review because we all have a bad day This trip...same problem. I have Pistachio Almond and Jamoca Almond Fudge. The nuts were rancid and old in both ice creams. They are either making bad stuff or they are not rotating stock property. I'm done. Service was fair to good, no complaints with the staff. read more

I wrote my review originally when I was bitterly disappointed and without ice cream. My only actual complaint with this location is that they say they're open until 10 but actually stop serving at 9:45/start closing/clean up. If the business stops serving at 9:50 it'd be nice if it was listed as closing at 9:50 instead of 10pm. Driving out to find a business closed 10 minutes early and getting the response from employees that "well we're open until 10" but unable to sell anything? Three other cars pulled up before 10pm, seems like its worth it to pay employees to be there after closing. read more

So, I was with 2 of my friends and decided to walk in 15 mins before closing to get a quick ice cream on a Friday night. We get one foot in the door and we are not welcomed to the store, the little high schooler girl says, "we close in ten minutes". We weren't planning on staying just going in and grabbing what we want and going home. While taking one of my friends order, she was very short and had a rude demeanor in her voice. I and my other friend didn't not want to get served by her snarky attitude so we went to fred Meyer and got ice cream instead. It was a rude experience for over priced ice cream anyway. read more

Ordered an ice cream cake. It was very good but I did not know to specify the colors not to use so the cake was a little on the loud side with yellow icing and some orange piping. There's no accounting for taste in Orchards or the lack thereof. read more

Dude, it's Baskin-Robbins ice cream. Come on, you know there's going to be some good stuff here. No, it's not Ben & Jerry's or Salt & straw but it's pretty good. Whoever you bring here will always be happy that you brought them to come have some good ice cream. read more

Have been in twice in the last month. Both times there were other customers NOT WEARING MASKS or wearing them incorrectly (nose out). Sad to see the employees don't seem to care. Both times I said something to the offenders, but I was not supported by the employees. read more

Went into this Baskin Robbins with a friend last night & received excellent customer service! Two young ladies (one looked to be a teen & the other no older than her early 20's) greeted us right away, offered as many samples of the unique flavors as we wished, & were very friendly. The ice cream itself was incredible & the selections were rare combinations. Loved our experience!! read more

I called the to get a price on a cake and then called again the next day to double check so called twice and was given the same price and then a couple days later went in to order and the price more then doubled told them what I was told showed them my phone when I called they offer me 5% off lol that was a joke then I said can I talk to the manager they said yes she can call you. When she called she said doesn't matter what you where quoted the price is $56 when I was quoted $26 ridiculous. Management speaking and customer service skill SUCK! No sense of apology for wrongly quoted told me I was a liar pretty much. read more

I accidentally licked and toppled the scoop of ice cream off the cone as soon as I received my ice cream in front of the store.... sadly the employee would not to give me a free scoop. I was disappointed that I wasted my ice cream but it happens. I just wish they were more considerate considering the fact that I barely had a few licks. read more

Meh. It's Baskin Robbins. Like many things from my youth, it was not as spectacular as I remembered...but I kind of expected that! I was going mainly for the fun colored ice cream for my 2 year old...they get a kick out of bright colored sweet anything. I don't remember what I got, it wasn't really memorable for the taste, but just a good time with my little one and making her happy. The place was decently clean, prices pretty low, and service was prompt. We will be back next time I want to give her a treat, read more

To be honest, I'm a bit picky, otherwise I'd add a star. I'm spoiled by great, local ice cream shops, Haagen Daz, and Ben and Jerry's. All that aside, BR is conveniently located, and I had a coupon for a free ice cream. It was for a cone, but my daughter and I are gluten-intolerant, and they were great letting her have it in a bowl. Now, I love cheesecake ice cream. Cheesecake ice cream, everywhere I look, has freaking graham cracker in it. Frustration. I walk in, expecting to just get my daughter her ice cream, and what do I spy? Cheesecake ice cream with no graham cracker! Even better: butter pecan cheesecake ice cream...that I can have. I very happily paid for my ice cream and enjoyed my favorite ice cream flavor for the first time in years. The downside, it's temporary. I will be paying too much for pints of this flavor until it disappears. Until then, yea BR! Side note: they have their milky way ice cream marked as gluten free. It is not. Caramel MW and Midnight MW are gluten free. Regular MW (the one in the ice cream) is not safe if it's an allergy and not a choice. read more

Baskin Robbins has a flavor to suit everyone's likes in our family! This place is bright and clean! The employees are always friendly and helpful! This location is well taken care of! Definitely recommend if you are craving an ice cream cone or a milk shake. And it's right in your neighborhood in Vancouver! read more

Going up to visit my kids, I called the night before to make sure that they had ice cream cakes for my son who was celebrating his birthday. When we all got there the next day, my son found a cake in the flavor that he liked, and the manager(?) asked if we would like writing on it at no extra charge. It took about two minutes, and it came out great. They also had candles to put on top. Very friendly staff who took care of us. Thanks for such great service! read more

Went in with a free birthday scoop coupon on my phone and they wouldn't take it and suggested I go to a library to print it out.. so let me get this straight, you want me, on my birthday, to waste gas going to a library to print out a coupon I obviously have all ready to go on my phone??? What a joke! I won't be back. read more

An absolute abomination of a business. Went and and picked up a birthday cake, and when got home it was all ice cream and no cake. Called and spoke to Jennifer, who was rude and snotty. Our guests were appalled by the look and taste of the "cake". All we wanted was to exchange the 3/4 of the remaining cake for one that had bot cake and ice cream. Would do nothing until the "investigation" was complete. Forced me to dispute the transaction on my credit card, and notify corporate of this disgraceful business. Shame on them and their horrible service.. read more
