Reese's Pieces and Cookie Dough Delerium

This was an interesting visit. I can't fault Cold Stone for the annoying family we got stuck behind in line, but the visit didn't improve much. The team did a nice job of taking our order and making the cones. It was $25 for two cones. One was a cookie dough/brownie combo and the other was a Reese's Pieces cone. We got both in waffle cones. The ice cream was meh at best, and the cones were ridiculously stale. We actually stopped at a gas station a mile away and threw them both away. Total waste... you can get better ice cream for less money so many places locally. Great service, subpar ice cream

I feel like most of the reviews on here focus on really weird things. Like they don't realize what they are ordering. This isn't just a normal ice cream chain. They take ice cream and manually add toppings into the ice cream on a cold stone. So the texture isn't typical ice cream texture because it is being mashed together. So I don't understand why people complain about it. The food is delicious even though its a little expensive, but worth it if you order smaller. The service us unusually on point and friendly. My biggest and really only complaint is the way the store is set up. The line gets long and is right next to where the tables are. It just gets really awkward constantly being bumped or bumping into people. It's just weird to have the line so close to where people sit. It's not a quic moving line either because of how long it takes for people to order and for them to "create" the ice cream. I just wish it was more spaced out or configured better.

Expensive but delicious! We only go here every once in a while, so it's worth it to me. Friendly staff as well

Cold Stone Creamery #20771. A Cold Stone Signature mixes, a Peanut Butter Cup Perfection, Love It size (medium cup, $8.49).

Cold Stone Creamery #20771, Vancouver. We treated ourselves to two of Cold Stone Signature mixes, a Peanut Butter Cup Perfection (chocolate ice cream with a tablespoon of peanut butter, two Reese's peanut butter cups and a tablespoon of fudge, all mashed together) in two sizes, "Like It" (small cup, $7.99) and "Love It" (medium cup, $8.49). It was a good mid-afternoon snack, not life-changing, but good. The store was moderately busy, and the masked Staff provided basic, just OK customer service. Hey, they deliver through Postmates, and also take online orders. What could be easier? Cold Stone Creamery #20771 - Four Stars.

I got an amazing heath bar bowl cone, chocolate ice cream with Kit Kats inside! The line went very quick and it was fun to watching the worker put the Kit Kats in my ice cream. The worker was extremely nice.

I had the opportunity to visit with a friend here on Tuesday night. This is after all a great meeting location and I have promised myself to try a lot of ice cream this summer. After waiting for a few minutes for my friend to arrive we placed our orders. I decided to try the cotton candy flavor on a chocolate dipped waffle cone. I added marshmallow and white chocolate chips to my ice cream. It was delicious but I have to admit it was too rich. Regardless, I was able to finish it off. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Soon after we received our ice cream the place filed up. This can happen at Cold Stone from time to time. I was a little disappointed that they only sang one song the whole time we were in there which easily exceeded an hour and a half. The song was song upon my request at the register.

I've always been a huge fan of Cold Stone. So many different ways to create a yummy dessert. This location is particularly great. we came in right before they were closing, they were still just as friendly and happy to help. The ice cream was of course delicious as always!

How hard is it to get a name spelled right and put ! At the end????

Cold Stone is really good. They have several options to choose from, good price points, and an overall nice establishment.

You can always call ahead to ask. But it's great to be able to pick up for a vegan and vegetarian friends. They are generally open on the weekends, as both owners work full-time during the week. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this tiny bakery. Every single thing is completely handmade from scratch. They take a great pride in everything they produce. Also, every month has a different theme. We've tried their delicious goodies from the cupcakes, cinnamon rolls, and sweet, sticky buns to the cookies and hot cocoa balls. I can honestly say anything we have purchased has been delicious!! Laura makes amazing custom ordered cookies. They take her so long. I'm still amazed. She doesn't order more. Stacy creates custom order cakes. And I know they do customer requested catering; from grand openings to other special events and birthdays. Be aware there is no seating or eating in house here. It's definitely a pick up and go. There's plenty of parking and no steps getting in to the shop. You're truly cannot go wrong here. On Sundays when they have the cinnamon buns and sticky rolls, you definitely want to get there earlier! In my personal opinion, this is the best bakery in the Vancouver and Portland area.

So I decided to pop in because my husband loves carrot cake and I heard their was the best in town. And being the week before Easter I had high hopes. I was sadly disappointed. I walked in the a very sparce bakery case. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was Monday afternoon and they may have been still baking for the week. They had some cookies and brownies and about 6 very small carrot cake muffins.small meaning the size you would bake at home, not the larger bakery style. They did look pretty cute but was shocked at the price. I paid over $9 for two small cupcakes, I thought, these better be amazing. I took them home, my husband gave an 'eh, not the best carrot cake I have ever had' review. I had to try for myself. There was no spice or really any other flavor , just straight up carrot. It was moist and he loved the frosting but that was it. I love to support a small business and don't mind paying a bit more if the product is good. But that was not the case. I will wait and try again, but from talking to a friend who used to frequent this shop , she agrees that the are not what they used to be .

They have a nice canvas sail overhead to give some shade for seating. The inside is super small. Not what I was expecting. It was similar to Salt & Straw on the Vancouver Waterfront. It's definitely a grab and go type of establishment. I didn't see any baked goods displayed at all. Maybe they've done away with those options?! They had a nice variety of ice-cream flavors to choose from, including non-dairy selections. They also had floats. I decided on the single scoop Mint Cookies & Cream. It was absolutely delicious, and fresh! No freezer burn whatsoever, and plenty of cookies throughout. The mint flavor wasn't too overpowering either. It was the perfect after lunch treat! Staff was okay. Not super friendly at all. She didn't say much when I walked in either. I was the only one in there. It looked like you could sample some of their flavors too, but I wasn't sure if the extra interaction was welcomed. Definitely a different customer service vibe than Salt & Straw; their employees are so friendly and personable. Overall an okay experience. The ice-cream was delicious, but customer service lacking.
