This little Vancouver bakery has a large customer base! It's wonderful that I can stop by here and know that they will have at least one vegan item and vegetarian as well. You can always call ahead to ask. But it's great to be able to pick up for a vegan and vegetarian friends. They are generally open on the weekends, as both owners work full-time during the week. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this tiny bakery. Every single thing is completely handmade from scratch. They take a great pride in everything they produce. Also, every month has a different theme. We've tried their delicious goodies from the cupcakes, cinnamon rolls, and sweet, sticky buns to the cookies and hot cocoa balls. I can honestly say anything we have purchased has been delicious!! Laura makes amazing custom ordered cookies. They take her so long. I'm still amazed. She doesn't order more. Stacy creates custom order cakes. And I know they do customer requested catering; from grand openings to other special events and birthdays. Be aware there is no seating or eating in house here. It's definitely a pick up and go. There's plenty of parking and no steps getting in to the shop. You're truly cannot go wrong here. On Sundays when they have the cinnamon buns and sticky rolls, you definitely want to get there earlier! In my personal opinion, this is the best bakery in the Vancouver and Portland area. read more

I confess to living in this area for almost 30 years and never stopping in here. Today I decided at the last moment to get a cookie so we headed for this bakery. The place looks very clean, the choco chunk cookie is outstanding as does the rest of the offerings . The service was very good and I know she was busy working on something when we got there. Highly recommended & we intend on going back. read more

The service was great, the gal was so nice and kind helping us pick out cupcakes. Cute little storefront and can see the kitchen in back which I like about bakeries. All the cupcakes had great frosting and were decently moist. My only feedback is I wish the chocolate cupcake/frosting had a little chocolate flavor to it. read more

Amazing! Best cupcakes I've ever had! I picked up some red velvet, carrot, lemon (my favorite) and some chocolate chip cookies that I couldn't resist. Customer service was great too so I'll definitely be back. No need to check out other bakeries on Yelp. This one is truly the best! read more

Thank you to Stacey and Sweetheart Baking for creating a lovely cake for my event. I was planning my event from out of state and Stacey was so helpful in finding out exactly the type of cake I was envisioning. She suggested that I send her photos of my bouquet in order to match the frosting flowers as closely as possible. I really appreciated her interest, professionalism and helpfulness in making my day special. The cake was both delicious (carrot with cream cheese frosting) and beautiful! Thank you, Stacey! read more

We ordered about 12 for my wife's birthday. We only got pics of these two before they were eaten lol. But the presentation was beautiful for all the ones we ordered. They were all DELICIOUS. We opt for smaller ones so we have a chance to sample different flavors, and we enjoyed all of them. The birthday cake edible cookie dough tasted EXACTLY like you'd expect and it was delicious but WAY too sweet for me I could only have a few bites. The cupcakes were all moist and fluffy. The frosting is whipped but has a thick texture to it. I really liked the Oreo mudslide, which had a cinnamon flavor to it. And the Snickers cupcake had delicious peanut butter frosting. I will say though, it was all too sweet for my wife. read more

Phenomenal chocolate cookies! Decedent brownies. I just felt that there was low variety of items for a bakery & that everything had SO much icing on it! read more

Best bakery in town! These ladies never disappoint! From awesome custom orders to their monthly menu... stopped by today for some mini cupcakes, snickerdoodles and the BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE BAR! If I could leave 10+ stars I would, this place did a incredible job on my daughters custom Ariel cake. Might I add, they only had 4 days before the party notice (due to some other issues at another bakery). They totally exceeded my expectations and were so friendly and professional. I will never go back to my old bakery, this place is beyond amazing in comparison to the place I used to go to. I have found my new go - to bakery and I love it! Reasonable pricing and very yummy cakes! I even ordered cupcakes for my sons class here after and I tried their cheesecake bar it was the best cheesecake bar I've ever had! Nothing beats a good bakery with reasonable pricing. They did a incredible job with the cake! I will keep coming back for all my kids birthdays! read more

Heather is so incredibly talented. I have purchased many desserts from this bakery and every single one DOES NOT DISAPPOINT!! She has been so accommodating through COVID as well; she does curbside pick up and will come right out to your car. I love and recommend Sweetheart Baking to everyone I know! read more

I ordered a 6 inch bday cake for my nephew for his 11th bday. He likes vanilla with vanilla topped with vanilla. And he LOVES the Seahawks. It was the bakery's idea to put the team's colors on the side of the cake. I loved the extra special touch! The cake was delicious!! Thanks so much for making a boy's bday extra special during the pandemic. read more

I was trying to surprise my brother with gender reveal cupcakes and the staff here were so incredibly helpful! They helped me navigate ordering via grub hub, gave me recommendations for flavors, and did not charge me to put blue frosting in the cupcakes. They even played along and told him I recommended the lemon when he picked it up so that would be the first one he tried to reveal our secret. Best part of all was my brother and his family loved all of the flavors! I was so impressed at how helpful the staff were!! read more

The cupcakes here are moist and come in a variety of delicious unique flavors. The employees are extremely kind and helpful. We order from them for every birthday now. I recently placed an order for a belated Mother's Day. I highly recommend. read more

Covid Alert! These ladies not only have the best sugar cookies in the world, they also have the best Masking policy I have seen anywhere. I go here often for a quick sweet treat as I can't have too in the house at one time and every time I have gone in, whoever is working is ALWAYS fully masked up. Their products are great, they are great and they care about the rest of us. GOOD JOB LADIES! read more

So grateful to have found this spot! The bakery itself is absolutely gorgeous. I needed a last minute birthday cake and thought I was out of luck, but I pleaded to Heather to help me out and she really delivered. Ordered a birthday cake on a Thursday afternoon and it was available for pickup on Friday at noon. It was such an amazing vanilla cake with buttercream icing, and she gave me some candles too. You won't regret working with them. read more

I pulled up and called since they only have curbside pick up. She immediately came out with a menu that I got to keep. I picked 2 cupcakes and the one that was for my friend she decorated it for her bday. That was so nice of them! read more

I live nearby the bakery, unfortunately. When I first went to the bakery about a year ago, I tried their chocolate chip cookies. I was hooked. The best cookie I've tasted in a very long time. Since then I have tried other items and found them to be of the same high quality. I hope this review doesn't lead to a lot more customers for this bakery. read more

amazing company!! I have been looking for a place that does deliveries for baked items to surprise my boyfriend while he's at home and I'm at work and they fortunately do delivery through doordash. They are extremely helpful whenever you call them in regards to what you're looking for specifically and they were even willing to write a note to put with the cupcakes for the surprise for my boyfriend. I HIGHLY recommend this place! I don't even need to taste the cupcakes to know they're amazing. read more
