Wow a friend of mine bought me a dozen cookies. These cookies are so good. I got them when they were warm out of the over. The peanut butter cookie I ate on the way home. It was still warm and it melted in my mouth. These are expensive cookies but they are some of the best I have tasted. If I ever need another cookie fix I will be sure to go here again. read more

I love crumbl! Are they spendy? Yes. But is it a 'treat'? Yes. Regular treat? Also yes. I enjoy how they are ever changing. They have their good cookies and their bad (preferences) but the uniqueness of it all is really nice! It's a weekly surprise where even their stable chocolate cookie switches from sweet to semi sweet. Nothing boring about this place! Their cookies are big! Bigger than my fist which makes it pretty much double the amount of a normal sized cookie. Customer service is always great! Super nice, helpful, happy, probably hyped up on sugar all the time. App is convenient and easy to use. You can order at one of their kiosks which helps us less-than-social types. Recommend their Lemon Poppyseed if you come across it! Definitely my all time fav. Side note: for parties you can order mini, which are pretty much regular sized, cookies! Minimum I think is 100 cookies? But you get a big menu to choose from. read more

I did not even want to give you one star but that's the only way I can do my review well January 17 I had placed an order on line it was delivered to my home the delivery was very fast I was shocked that being said I went to go take one out feeling g very disappointed at this time my cookies were all hard like bricks I said that never happens theses are definitely not fresh seeing they make their cookies fresh for every order am I right so AnyWho I called the store and I said yeah I just got my order and my cookies which they should still be warm weren't and it took one out and I couldn't even bite into it. It was so hard and I'm not exaggerating. Both of my friends are there to experience the same thing so the lady on the phone says that they were fresh we made them fresh. I said no you didn't. These are not fresh. Yes yes they are She commented back and went on to say that they were made fresh. I said how on earth can these be fresh? They're not even warm in their heart as a rock she argued with me to say the least I said can I please talk to the manager her reply was I am the manager I want you've got to be kidding me are you for real dude? I go. This is how you treat your customers. I can't believe it. I'm so I was so appalled I don't I don't usually complain about things, but this one I had to cause I was really really wanting that birthday cake cookie OK I'm sorry but I did and it and all the cookies that I got were hard. She was very rude and considerate wouldn't give me any phone numbers to higher up our email customer service relations nothing so I want to say I don't think she really was the manager, but who's to say then the next day I called another Crumbl to find out if I can get the name of the manager to the one by the mall and she acted like I was asking for something that I was not allowed to have. She acted like she was oblivious so I never got that information either so yeah I'm really upset. Never got apology. Emailed customer relations four times even chatted with them on Crumbl the point being is this is a manager supposedly and they're talking to me like this. I was so nice to her on the phone and she basically called me a liar so I don't recommend the one by the mall Cascade station in Portland. I recommend Haily. read more

The cookies are good here and look as advertised; however, the parking at this location on the weekends is horrendous! And the 'young' employees don't even try to find curbside order customers. This location is part of a strip mall across from the very busy Olive Garden. There are only 2 spaces in front of Crumbl's door labeled '15 minutes'. The remaining curbside spots, about 5-6, are shared with other businesses in the strip mall. I had to circle the lot 3 times before finding a spot on the other end of the curbside spaces. I saw an employee watch me park, but never came out. About 5 minutes later, as I'm about to call them, I see her step out on the sidewalk and look around. She saw me but seemed to ignore me because I wasn't parked right in front of the store. She finally came down because I rolled my window down and looked at her. She said my name, and I nodded. I explained that the parking situation was crazy for curbside, and they may need to look further than the front door for orders, especially on the weekends. She did apologize for the wait, but didn't seem to really care. She just said she couldn't see me and turned around and walked away. Very dismissive. I'll be going back to the other Vancouver location in Hazel Dell. Their parking situation isn't nearly as bad. read more

The cookie was rock hard and when I told them he felt it and said "yeah it's hard, that's how it's supposed to be". I've had these before and they were soft. I asked if they could exchange it and he said no and there's nothing they could do. They charge the price of ONE cookie that they could make a whole batch and can't even correct an order. Not Acceptable. read more

I've ordered milk and cookies twice, and both times, I've only received cookies. I'm guessing this happens pretty often. Oh well. Cookies are big, a little on the sweet side, and can be a bit over the top. It's pretty much a novelty cookie. Try it once, and probably never go back. read more

5 people standing around and no one in the store I walk up to the counter because I thought since no one was there I could just give my order and I had a gift card I wasn't sure how to apply it. Stood there at the counter waiting and a girl said can I help you with an attitude like what are you doing. I said I wanted to get six cookies and she stared at me and made me feel bad for asking. I finally said forget it and turned around and walked to the wall table to order. Of course the stupid table wouldn't scan my card so I had to manually enter it- still no one in the store and no one offering to help. I placed my order and walked to another restaurant ordered there and walked back and they still had not placed six cookies in a box. Just horrible service and they ask for a tip when you don't get help from anyone and they're more interested in chatting with coworkers than helping customers. Cookies were overly sweet (mainly the ones with icing which was unusual for them) and tasted like they had been sitting for a couple days. read more

This was one of the dirtiest Crumbls my family has been to. The floors in the entry way are filthy and caked in dirt, the front door and windows are covered in greasy handprints. Just not a super appealing look. Where the cookies are made did look clean, but we just couldn't look over the filth of the floor, counters, kiosks, etc. read more

Idk what all the hype is about? These are average cookies with icing and stuff on them. They've also eliminated human interaction so customer service is non existent. You look at a menu and order from a kiosk. Mostly just a novelty. I don't like business's replacing humans with robots and computers read more

Delicious! So fun having new choices weekly. Some are good, some are not the best, some taste like pure sugar, but they're still good!

Would never order here. They force you to give personal info and get their app just to see selection and price.

Not this location in particula, just crumble in genera. Service is amazing, cookies are beautiful, and the design of all the locations I've been to are beautiful. But, the cookies are far too sweet, but perfect if you have a really big sweet tooth. My biggest problem though, is that they do not advertise that non of the cookies are vegetarian, kosher, or halal, so like me, you could unknowing consume them thinking they were fine. there are also no vegan options. read more
