I stopped by this location recently and wanted to share an honest but respectful review. When I…read morewalked in, I was greeted by the staff, which I really appreciated. The woman who took my order was wonderful -- she offered great suggestions and took the time to explain the seasonal drinks, which was helpful since I don't visit coffee shops often. That part of the experience was genuinely positive. That said, the overall atmosphere made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I later learned the locations are franchised, and I believe the owners may have been present during my visit. Unfortunately, there was very little warmth or friendliness from them. There were no smiles or welcoming gestures, and at times I felt stared at, which made the experience feel awkward and uninviting. I tried to brush it off, took a few photos, and carried on, but the lack of friendliness continued, which left me feeling uneasy. I always try to support local businesses and give thoughtful reviews, so I wanted to share this in the hopes that it's taken as constructive feedback. The drinks and front-line service were great -- I just hope the overall environment can become a bit more welcoming in the future.

They have a lot of things- esquites (corn in a cup w/ cheese & mayo- so like elotes but in a cup), elotes, tamales (these might be seasonal, I'm not sure), fruit cups, hot cheetos with cheese, mangonada, fresca con crema, bionico, diablito, chamoyada, chicharron preparado, smoothies, crepes, etc. I haven't tried everything, in fact, I've only gotten their fruit cups with mango and tajin because I'm a creature of habit and it's an amazing, healthy snack on the go. Next time I venture into the mall I'll definitely try some of their other foods. My mom didn't know what tajin or chamoy was and wasn't sure how she'd like it on fruit. I tried to explain it because I'd eaten it a lot when I lived in California briefly- she's pretty open minded so she agreed to go in and check it out. The employees here were the absolute sweetest and prepared a little sample to let her try a bit of both before she committed. She ended up ordering a mixed fruit cup including watermelon, mango, and cucumber and chose the tajin. She loved it! This place is very spacious and clean looking. There's also pretty close to an entrance of the mall- right under the food court- so it's really convenient, even if you don't want to go into the mall at all! I hope this place stays open because I really love it and recommend it to everyone I know who lives in the area.

The service was excellent and the person was friendly! I didn't know what to get and it was my first time. I told the girl this and, she then asked "sweet or no sweet," and I said sweet, of course. She recommended me the white cow mocha. It was really good! She did let me know that an extra espresso shot was free (I'm unsure if that happens every time) and I said yess. Overall I will go back there again!

I got some sort of Glittery Red Bull and it was very good. Too much ice though, unfortunately. The barista was ok, she said hello and made a good drink. The first thing that stood out was the service. There was only one server working the dining room during a busy lunch rush, and you would never have known it. She handled every table with professionalism, confidence, and genuine warmth. She made me feel like I was the only guest in the restaurant, checking on me often without ever making me feel rushed or forgotten. It honestly felt more like being welcomed into someone's home than eating at a restaurant. She deserves a lot of recognition because she absolutely elevated my entire experience. I wish I had gotten her name because she earned every bit of this compliment. For my meal, I ordered king crab legs, snow crab legs, shrimp, and crawfish. I chose to mix all of the seasonings because I thought it would create the biggest flavor. Unfortunately, the food itself was much blander than I expected. The potatoes, corn, shrimp, and especially the king crab legs needed a lot more seasoning. Considering the price of king crab, I was hoping for a much bolder flavor. The snow crab legs were probably the highlight of the seafood. When my server noticed I wasn't completely satisfied, she immediately stepped in to help. She brought me extra garlic butter and additional Old Bay seasoning, and that made a huge difference. She didn't ignore the issue or make excuses--she genuinely wanted me to enjoy my meal, and I really appreciated that. Overall, I'd give the service a perfect 10/10. The food, based on this visit, didn't quite live up to the hype for me, but the menu is huge and there are still plenty of things I'd like to try. Because of how well I was treated, I'll definitely be back and I'll be hoping to get the same server again. Great hospitality can make all the difference, and she absolutely proved that today.
